  • 1968-alfa-romeo-1750-gtv-serie-1

The 2-door coupé, one of young Giorgetto Giugiaro’s absolute masterworks, is based on the Alfa Romeo Giulia platform and had its debut in September 1963 at the Frankfurt IAA. Initially called Giulia Sprint GT the car received its own Giugiaro/Bertone designed coachwork and was offered until 1975 in varying shapes and with varying displacement engines from 1.3 to 2 litres. Our 1750 GTV, of the much sought after first series cars with standing pedals, was delivered in Rome on the 18th May 1968. In 1970, the gorgeous Alfa Romeo was acquired by a Signor Marini in the Viterbo province, where the coupé had four further owners. In December 1991, the 1750 GTV was imported into Switzerland but never registered. In October 1994 the car was acquired by a new enthusiast in the French part who, with the intention of registering his car, had it repainted in its original colour. Probably due to lack of time the coupe remained partly disassembled and after a minor electrical fire was parked in a garage. In 2025, the Alfa, after a long hibernation, was rescued and brought back to life. It received a new dashboard, new wood veneer inlays, new rubber mats in the interior and in the boot as well as a new rear exhaust silencer. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced, and a major service was performed. Today, the rare 1750 GTV presents itself in good to very good condition. The coachwork seems original without any welding repairs and the original interior would let us assume that the 58’500 kilometres correspond with an actual mileage off 158’500 kilometres. The last Veteran MOT was completed in May 2025 allowing the beautiful Italian to be registered immediately. 1968 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV Serie 1 Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1950 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sport Cabriolet by Pinin Farina

According to Angelo Tito Anselmi’s book, Alfa Romeo 6C 2500, chassis number 915766 was purchased new by Prince Aly Solomone Khan and registered in Como under the registration “CO 30455” on 31 October 1950. At the time, the Prince was married to the famed American actress Rita Hayworth, for whom he purchased a second 6C 2500 SS. In February 1953, the Prince sold chassis 915766 to Tessiture Gildo Guenzoni S.r.l., and it was reregistered on 6 March 1953 as “VA 36245”. In September 1956, the car passed to Umberto Torreta, and then in November of that year to Michele Verola, for whom it was reregistered in Milan. Later exported to the United States, in 1985 it was owned by Hobart Phelps of Sacramento, California, and subsequently by Knute Kolmann of San Carlos, California. In 1991, it was returned to Italy by Claude Ferioli and joined the current Italian owner’s collection in 2004. The Alfa Romeo received a four-year restoration and is now presented in a striking shade of black over a scarlet leather interior and matching soft top; the all-black wire wheels complete the utterly striking appearance of the stunning Pinin Farina coachwork. The car is accompanied by a copy of the estratto cronologico as well as a collection of restoration photos and import documentation. It is a spectacular automobile and one deserving of discerning ownership. 1950 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sport Cabriolet by Pinin Farina RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1985 Ferrari Mondial Quattrovalvole

May my enemies live long enough to see my success Launched in 1980, the Ferrari Mondial took over from the 308GT4. It had the same V8 engine in the middle, but on a longer wheelbase. Instead of Bertone's striking style, the Pininfarina-designed Mondial was like an elegant Italian symphony of cortesia: better equipped, more comfortable, with real 2+2 seats (which Ferrari admits are especially suitable for children and small adults) and still good for 140 mph. The 6-or also known as the "QV"-supplied from 1982 has four valves per cylinder instead of two. The power of the 2.9-liter V8 increased from 214 to 240 hp as a result of this upgrade. The finishing touch secretly longed for. The Mondial 8 is still considered one of Ferrari's most reliable, cheap to maintain and practical models. And that's just good news. Is the Mondial a real Ferrari? Yes, and the Quattrovalvole especially so. As soon as you get in, you notice that all the bells are shaped around the driver and the eight-cylinder, behind your back, gives off a wonderful sound. When you bring it to life, you can hear the cooling water sloshing and the gasoline pump humming. Ingegneria Emozionale! The prancing Modena-ros has 240 horsepower and a dogleg 5-speed automatic transmission, perfectly matched. Today, the Mondial QV is more desirable by the minute. Something about jump on board and don't miss this opportunity later you'll regret.... And ours? In the best color combination Rosso Corsa with beige leather inside. Largely in possession of its first paint. It has driven only 20 thousand miles, which makes it a true collector's item. As Enzo himself used to say, "Too much is not enough. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright May my enemies live long enough to see my success Launched in 1980, the Ferrari Mondial took over from the 308GT4. • 1973-ferrari-365-gtb4-daytona-by-scaglietti

FERRARI’S SPECTACULAR 365 GTB/4 A paragon of 20th Century sports car design, Ferrari’s 365 GTB/4 featured revolutionary styling by Leonardo Fioravanti, unlike anything else yet created in the company’s history, and marked their first use of a 4.3-liter dual-overhead-cam engine in a road car. Actually a stopgap model while a forthcoming rear-engine, flat-twelve model remained in development, it surprised everyone with its sheer success, and developed a special, lasting cachet among the marque’s vintage front-engined V-12 berlinettas. With a staggering output of 352 horsepower, the 365 GTB/4 dethroned the Lamborghini Miura as the world’s fastest production car. Utilizing dry-sump lubrication that enabled a lower placement of the engine, a five-speed transaxle that provided ideal 50/50 weight distribution, and all-wheel independent suspension, the Daytona offered crisp handling characteristics at speed. Wide wheels with superior tire contact and four-wheel disc brakes rounded out a superb all-around package that eventually proved worthy of competition applications. As the final front-engine Ferrari to feature a derivation of Gioacchino Colombo’s classic short-block V-12, the Daytona was the ultimate evolution of 20 years of development, constituting the triumphant conclusion of a generation of vintage Ferraris. Such was its performance that it was nicknamed Daytona, honoring Ferrari’s dominating 1-2-3 podium sweep in the 1967 24 Hours of Daytona, something that became a point of legend—even if the name was not officially sanctioned by Enzo Ferrari. CHASSIS NUMBER 16943 Marque authority Marcel Massini notes that the 365 GTB/4 Daytona offered here, chassis number 16943, was completed on 23 October 1973, and delivered to East Coast distributor Luigi Chinetti Motors of Greenwich, Connecticut. Massini indicates that the car may have been exhibited by Lake Forest, Illinois, dealer Knauz Continental at the 66th Annual Chicago International Auto Show in the spring of 1974. Actual final delivery was not until that September, when yet another famed Ferrari impresario, Algar Enterprises of Paoli, Pennsylvania, sold the car to Ian S. Murray, a vice-president of the agricultural commodities brokerage firm, Cook Industries, in Memphis, Tennessee. By 1976 the car was in the ownership of Frederick Fitzgerald, who advertised it in both the New York Times and AutoWeek as having 3,100 miles and “never driven in rain.” It was sold in 1977 to the partnership of Dick Barbour and O. Edgar Rouhe of California, eventually passing to Mr. Rouhe alone; he retained ownership of the car for nine years. It then passed to Bruno Broseghini and then to longtime Ferrari connoisseur and enthusiast, Charles T. Wegner, returning to Illinois with 3,980 miles. Mr. Wegner sold the car in 1995 to Arthur E. Coia II of Providence, Rhode Island, who the following year had it refinished to the original color by Shelton Ferrari in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—still the most major work that the Ferrari has received in its low-mileage life. Mr. Coia occasionally exhibited the car, including winning its Platinum award at the Cavallino Classic in Palm Beach in 1999. In 2004, chassis number 16943 passed to Marc Fisher of Greenwich, Connecticut, who repeated its Platinum at the Cavallino Classic four years later. After keeping the car for nine years, he sold it to another East Coast enthusiast, beginning a series of short-term ownerships, eventually culminating with its arrival in the present significant collection in the summer of 2014. It has remained in good company there for the last decade. It is in beautiful condition for its age, with satisfying originality of components (including the numbers-matching engine and gearbox) throughout, as noted in the accompanying Ferrari Classiche Red Book issued in 2024. Displaying only 5,710 miles at time of cataloguing, believed to be its original mileage since new, this Daytona remains original and unrestored aside from the aforementioned refinish to its correct color. In addition to its Ferrari Classiche Red Book, it is accompanied by its original warranty card. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright FERRARI’S SPECTACULAR 365 GTB/4 A paragon of 20th Century sports car design, Ferrari’s 365 GTB/4 featured revolutionary styling by Leonardo Fioravanti, unlike anything else yet created in the company’s history, and marked their first use of a 4.3-liter dual-overhead-cam engine in a road car. Surely one of the lowest-mileage Daytonas available, this car has led the sedate life that all deserved but few did, and is worthy of the finest collection. Manufactured on April 13TH, 1965 at the FORD plant in Dearborn (Michigan) first delivered to TURNER FORD INC, official Ford dealer in East Kellogg, Wichita (Kansas). It mounts the K code engine, the most powerful engine offered for the Mustang in 1965, a V8 289cui (4,700 cm3) 4-V (Autolite four-barrel carburetor with manual starter) Hi-Po 271HP with the optional 4-speed gearbox manual transmission. This particular unit boasts a long list of equipment over the standard Fastback model. Factory order with GT equipment (dual exhaust), Rally-Pac (clock + tachometer), Padded sun visors, “Visibility Group” package (driver's mirror with remote control, two-speed windshield wipers and interior mirror with mode Night and Day), Full Center Console, Tinted Windows, AM/FM Radio, “Styled Steel” Wheels, and Redwall Tires. This vehicle underwent a complete and thorough restoration maintaining its original “Rangoon Red” exterior color with its standard red vinyl interior. All the elements were renewed or replaced by original FoMoCo components in order to be a candidate in the elegance contests, which gives it a differential character due to the fact that vehicles in “STOCK” state are increasingly scarce. All the mechanical components such as the engine, transmission and differential are the original ones with which it comes from factory.
