Chassis F102BB 29057 was completed in October 1979 and delivered new on February 27, 1980 by Bremen Automotive in White Plains, New York. After several years of active use, it was imported into Switzerland in 1986, with customs duties and Swiss taxes paid, and was homologated and serviced that same year by Ferrari Autodiffusion Geneva. A 30,000 km service followed in 1988, after which the car saw limited use for nearly three decades. In 2018, the 512 BB underwent a comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic recommission at Barhofer Automobile in Singen, Germany, totaling €46,000. The work included an engine-out service with timing belts, valve adjustment, and resealing, a gearbox rebuild with a new 2nd/3rd-gear selector, cylinder-head refurbishment, new suspension and steering bushings, rebuilt shocks, a water-pump and cooling-system overhaul, and conversion of the air-conditioning system to R134a. The car was also repainted in Rosso Chiaro with the correct satin-black lower cladding, and the interior and brightwork were refreshed. Since 2019, the car has been maintained exclusively by Ferrari Zürich (B.I. Collection AG). Service records show consistent attention and modest use: in 2020 the car received cosmetic detailing and alignment work at 34,200 km; in March 2021 it returned for a full annual service including ignition rebuild, new tachometer sender, carburetor adjustment, and electrical contact cleaning; in September 2022 it underwent a systems check with carburetor tuning and rear-brake caliper rebuild; and in August 2024 it was fitted with a new battery, fluids checked, and test-driven in preparation for photography. Accompanied by its original warranty card, Swiss homologation documents, and a complete service record from 1986 through 2024, this 512 BB presents in its correct Rosso Chiaro over Beige interior with Swiss registration and taxes paid. It represents the final and most refined iteration of Ferrari’s carbureted flat-twelve grand tourers—freshly serviced, fully documented, and ready to be experienced as intended. 1980 Ferrari 512 BB ISSIMI, Inc If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1965 Maserati Mistral 3.5 Spyder
Completed on 15 March 1965, this Mistral Spyder was initially finished in Argento Metalizzato (Salchi #106E1) over a Rosso Connolly (Rosso-pac.1603) leather interior. It was sold new to Jaguar Daimler Distributors, Inc. of New York for display at the 1965 New York Auto Show, per historical documentation provided by the Maserati Club. Its first known private owner was Joseph B. Quatman, a prominent Ohio lawyer and philanthropist, who purchased the car in 1966. Mr. Quatman traded it in for a Maserati Ghibli in 1968 via Trident Importers, Inc. of Pennsylvania. The car was restored in the late 1990s, after which it was acquired by its current owner—himself a restorer by profession—in 2006. It is now handsomely finished in black over a crème Connolly leather interior. Further, a rebuild of its numbers-matching engine, completed in March 2020, saw the car’s 3.5-liter inline-six upgraded to 3.7-liter specification. While the Mistral was originally equipped with Lucas fuel injection, it has since been fitted with triple carburetors—a common conversion that provides better and more reliable performance. The original fuel injection system is, however, included in the sale. In 2024, at a reported cost of approximately $25,000, the car was sent to Italy for inspection by Maserati’s Classiche program. Upon review, it was found to retain its original, matching-numbers chassis, engine, and gearbox, and factory-numbered body and trim panels. The car is accompanied by a Maserati Classiche dossier including its Blue Book and Certificate of Authenticity, maintenance and restoration invoices dating from the 1980s, and historical documentation. Notably, it successfully completed the Copperstate 1000 twice, most recently while in the possession of the consignor in 2008. A show car from birth, this immaculately presented Mistral Spyder offers its next owner a sublime example of one of Maserati’s greatest gran turismos, one benefitting from year after year of unbridled care—a sports car equally at home on the open road and on the concours green. 1965 Maserati Mistral 3.5 Spyder RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1997 Ferrari 456 GTA
This low-mileage, family-friendly 456 offers a sensibly guided entry into the addictive world of Ferrari V12 GTs. Produced from 1992 until 2003, the Ferrari 456 and later 456 M are front-engined 'Grand Tourers' in true Ferrari tradition and were an overdue replacement for the outdated, front-engined 412 which had been the company's premium four-seat V12 car for many years. The name 456 refers to the fact that each cylinder displaces 456cm3 and this was the last Ferrari to use this naming convention. Despite its supercar performance, 436bhp, 0-60mph in 5.2 seconds, and a top speed of 188mph, the 456 has a relatively unstressed engine which has proven to be a very reliable unit. Its looks are smooth and understated, and distinctive external features include a small grille with fog lights on the outside, bonnet-mounted air scoops (removed on the 456M), and pop-up headlights, making this the last Ferrari to do so. The model was warmly received by press and enthusiasts alike and, although not produced in large numbers, was always gently in demand by 'silver-haired' Ferrari owners before the 456M was eventually replaced in 2004 by the 612 Scaglietti. Imported from Hong Kong in 2020, this right-hand drive automatic gearbox car remained with its first owner but was not UK-registered until 1st April this year. It's finished in Tour de France Blue over a natural tan leather interior and has only covered some 36,750km (22,840 miles) from new. When the car arrived, it had all its relevant NOVA documentation indicating that there were no taxes or duties outstanding, but it's clearly now UK-registered and good to go for any potential purchaser. It's supplied with both keys, its original book pack and some earlier invoices. Our diligent vendor sent the car to specialists Keys Motorsport to have it completely gone through prior to the sale, and the list of work included a major cambelt service, cambelt tensioner bearings, cam cover and inlet manifold gaskets and a few adjustments to the ignition timing. 14 hours of labour are listed on the invoice, which totalled £3,558. The Ferrari now runs perfectly and sitting on a set of refurbished alloys with new branded tyres, looks simply fabulous. Good-looking and practical, Ferrari 456 GT four-seaters are now getting the attention they have so long deserved, with the inevitable upward movement in values so, as they say in Italian, 'Battere il ferro quando egrave caldo' (Strike whilst the iron is hot). 1997 Ferrari 456 GTA Iconic Auctioneers Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1991 De Tomaso Pantera Si
Description: The Pantera Si developed by Marcello Gandini was presented to the public at the 1990 Turin Motor Show. Including the crash test prototypes and development vehicles, only 41 examples were built until 1993. Minus the four Pavesi Targa, only 34 coupés were produced. According to the available production records, this Pantera Si was delivered in Italy in 1991 via “Garage Italya”. In 2002 the car went to Switzerland and in 2006 it changed hands to Sweden. Since 2018 the car has been based in Germany. All factory documents including the original service records and the warranty card come with the car. The ownership history is fully traceable. All work carried out is documented by invoices. Due to the weak market in the early 1990s, only 41 Pantera Si models were built. Two were used for crash tests and one was reserved for the De Tomaso Museum. Thus, only 38 were sold to the public, four of which were converted into Targas. With the large wing at the rear of the body, there is no denying a clear resemblance to the Ferrari F40. However, one paid only a fraction of the price for the Pantera Si. A unique opportunity to acquire this rare collector’s item in an excellent original condition with only 33,000 km mileage. - 1974-ferrari-dino-246-gts
This Dino GTS was supplied new by Maranello Concessionaires and their records show it was first delivered in March 1974 to Mr Thompson. Originally specified in Rosso Bordeaux over Beige, this car was originally specified with electric windows and the addition of both the extremely rare and highly desirable wider, sand-cast Campagnolo alloy wheels, flared arches and the leather ‘Daytona’ seats. As such this example forms the ultimate roof-off, Dino specification; a "Chairs and Flares" GTS, built as one of just 6 RHD examples of such worldwide. Accompanying this example is a large history volume including a copy of its original order document and continuing from there. Purchased by its second owner in 1977, a Mr Guthrie of Devon who would service the car regularly, close to his home using a local rally and motorsport specialist. The car received its first MOT in 1977, three years after delivery marking the mileage as 18,270 miles. At the time of sale, Mr Guthrie confirmed the history of the car to this point, verifying the mileage and that it had only ever been used during the summer months. This GTS had 3 owners in the UK averaging 2000 miles per year up until 1982 when the car was purchased by its fourth owner. Mr D. Parkinson purchased the car in the UK ahead of movement to his home in South Africa. He had the car loaded in Rotterdam ahead of its transport by sea to Johannesburg. Mr Parkinson would retain the car for just shy of 20 years. Servicing the car in locally, the file details requests for countless parts from UK suppliers including Graypaul Ferrari of Nottingham and Maranello Concessionaires who delivered items to his UK business before finding their way to him in South Africa. In 2012, the car was purchased by Mr McCryst who instigated a comprehensive, bare-metal restoration of the GTS with Carrozzeria Viglietti. At this time the colour was changed to the brighter Rosso Corsa hue that the car would remain in until 2020 The Dino was purchased by a South African resident who repatriated the car to the UK when the owner moved in 2018. The car remained in our storage facility until 2020 when DK sold the car to its current keeper. Intent on returning the car to its as-new colours and condition, the new owner tasked DK Engineering with a comprehensive bare metal and total restoration. Over the course of 18 months, DK Engineering carefully and meticulously stripped the car to bare metal, to execute the body restoration. At the same time every mechanical component was rebuilt in house to concours and detail correct specification. With the metal work complete, the car was once more refinished in its original Rosso Bordeaux. Assembly was carried out within our workshops before trim work was completed by O’Rourke of Guildford. Since completion in 2020, this example has found home as a part of a prominent global collection. Offered for sale today, this is a rare opportunity to acquire one of just 6 RHD 246 GTS ‘Chairs & Flares’ built by the factory. Accompanying this car is its history file, original leather Dino pouch, jack, toolkit and Ferrari Red Book Classiche Certification. 1974 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS D.K. When it was produced, it was the most expensive road car produced at a cost of $400,000. Powered by a 2.9liter Twin Turbo V-8 and pumping out 479hp and 426 lb-ft of torque; it propelled the roughly 2,900lb car to 0-62mph in 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 199mph. The F40 was outfitted with an all new revolutionary Pirelli P-Zero “Asymmetric” tire that had Kevlar into the tire. The U.S. F40's were produced from 1990-1992. Approximately 215 U.S. examples were produced. Of the 215 examples, approximately 22 of them were produced in 1992. This is one of the most documented U.S. F40 examples in existence. It has been fastidiously maintained. It was delivered new to Classic Ferrari in Texas. It was in 2 Ferrari collections for a long time in each collection. It had never missed a service interval and has a binder full of records. It has around 8,300 miles and it presents as though it has 1,500 miles. This car was cryogenically cleaned from top to bottom. It has been Ferrari Classiche certified, it has been shown and judged at the Cavallino Concours where it earned a Platinum and earned “Best Super Car.” This is one of the most complete and documented F40's in existence and has absolutely no stories that accompany it. Delivered new in 1965, this Ferrari 275 GTB, fitted with the favourable six-carburettor setup, is one of only 11 RHD examples to ever leave the Maranello. The car was ordered by a VIP client of Ferrari, Dr Wilkins, better known as Dick Wilkins, who owned an impressive array from the Maranello marque including a P4, 250TR and, in partnership with Rob Walker, the 250 SWB driven by none other than Stirling Moss, which he owned at the time Moss won the Tourist Trophy at Goodwood in 1960. When Dr Wilkins ordered this car, the car was built to the ultimate specification, which most importantly meant fitting the six-carburettor setup. The original specification chosen was Rosso Chiaro exterior paint over a black leather interior with grey carpets and headlining. Additional factory optional extras included full leather seats and Borrani wire wheels. The car went on to later be acquired by Mr D.A. Harrison, owner of D.A. Harrison and Company, of Wigton, Cumbria, a gentleman in the haulage and storage industry. The 275 was then purchased by a MR C.W. MacDowall of Ingatestone who proceeded to place the registration of ’27 WY’ on the car. Later on, in 1972 the car was then sold to musician, songwriter, record producer and known Ferrari enthusiast Mr Eric M. Stewart, of Tadworth, Surrey, best known as the lead vocalist for pop groups The Mindbenders and 10cc. Eric also owned a RHD 275 GTB/4, a RHD 250 SWB and, most notably, a 250 LM. This 275, like Eric’s entire Ferrari collection, was maintained without regard to cost by Graypaul Motors in Loughborough. In late 1977, the car was exported and sold to successful industrialist Mr Elliott R. Coyle, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, USA. An avid collector of fine English guns and exotic cars, Mr Coyle owned the car for over four years, until 1982, when it was purchased by a Mr Dave Becker who went on to own the car for the next 21 years. After this period of ownership, the car was then brought back to the UK in August of 2013. Shortly after, the car was then sent back to Modena where it underwent a full nut and bolt restoration carried out by Ferrari specialists over a two-and-a-half-year period. Brandoli were responsible for the body and assembly, Cremonini for the paintwork, and Luppi for the interior. Meanwhile, in the UK, specialists GTO engineering were entrusted to carry out the mechanical aspect of the comprehensive restoration. Following the completion of the restoration in Italy, the car was granted Classiche certification in its totally period correct specification. On 2-3 July 2016, the car had the opportunity to showcase its restoration on the lawns of the Heveningham Hall Concours where it proved to be a real head turner. In 2024, this 275 was refinished in the period correct shade of Grigio Scuro retaining the wonderfully sumptuos and inviting chocolate brown Connolly Vaumol crushed grain 890 leather. Furthermore, this example has recieved handpainted Scuderia shields as seen on competition Ferraris. This stunning example of Ferrari’s 275 is available to view at our showrooms outside London by appointment immediately. 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB 6C D.K. The Alfa Romeo GTV of the Tipo 916 series is a sports coupé from Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo. The model was introduced in autumn 1994 together with a new Spider and was built in three series with technical and visual differences until the end of 2004. Like its open-top sister model, the GTV is based on the Fiat Group's internal Tipo Due platform and is therefore related to the Fiat Tipo, among others. The coupé on offer, with a 150 hp 4-cylinder engine, 5-speed transmission and leather interior, was delivered in Switzerland, handed over by the Alfa Romeo dealership Heinis + Bachofen AG in Ettingen on April 17, 1998, and registered by its first owner on the 24th of the month. The lady remained loyal to her sporty GTV for over 20 years and ensured that it was regularly serviced by the dealership. In 2020, with a good 126’000 km on the clock, the Alfa Romeo was taken over by a brand fan in the canton of Bern, who sold the coupé to the seller in 2022. He parked the car in his small collection without ever registering it. With three owners, just under 131’000 km on the clock and a complete service history, the GTV is in good original condition with the usual signs of wear on the driver's seat. The last service, including replacement of the timing belt, tensioners, and water pump, was carried out in September 2019 at 126’000 km, and the coupé will be handed over with its last MOT dating from August 2018. 1998 Alfa Romeo GTV 2.0 TS 16V Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso by Scaglietti
The Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso is one of those rare models that transcend the automotive niche. It is not just recognized as one of the most beautiful Ferraris of all time, it is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful cars of all time, of any kind or era, period. Of course, basing the model on Maranello’s long-running 250 GT platform only helped seal its success. By the conclusion of Lusso production in 1964, the three-liter Colombo-designed V-12 engine had been in development in one form or another for 13 years, and the 250 GT chassis had steadily evolved over nine years of improvements. In the GT/L Berlinetta Lusso iteration, the chassis was even further developed with concentric rear springs and a Watts linkage on the rear axle, echoing the rear suspension set-up of Ferrari’s legendary sports-racing model, the 250 GTO. But it was undoubtedly the Lusso’s aesthetic presentation that so appealed to enthusiasts of every stripe, even catching the eye of non-automotive laymen. Bequeathed with a luxurious leather interior, the Lusso also featured a completely unique dash-panel arrangement that lent the car a distinctive character. The model’s crowning achievement, of course, was its splendid coachwork, penned by Pininfarina and realized in three dimensions by the brilliant Scaglietti. Gorgeous from every angle, and endowed with the most highly-developed iteration of the 250 GT chassis and engine, the Lusso deftly combined style and substance, seamlessly fusing power and panache. Could there be a more authentic testament to the Lusso’s brilliance than the praise of a former owner? Case in point, Sports Car Digest contributor and longtime Ferrari owner/enthusiast Stephen Mitchell recalled his first experience driving and later owning a 250 GT/L: “…the Lusso seemed like a wild animal that had slipped its leash—it revved to seven thousand and the fenders stretched forward hunting every nuance of the pavement in a predatory manner very different from what I had been used to… “In retrospect, I would say that the Lusso became a lifestyle; one that I was very grateful to experience.” LUSSO CHASSIS 5381 This beautifully presented and well-documented Ferrari claims a life of doting attention over the past 52 years, including former ownership by a well-known Canadian competition driver. According to a history report by marque expert Marcel Massini, chassis number 5381 was dispatched to Scaglietti for coachwork in November 1963, and it was completed three months later, specified for the European market with instruments in kilometers, and finished in Nocciola (hazelnut) paint over an interior trimmed with Rosso Vaumol leather by Connolly. Other than being distributed in March 1964 to marque dealer Renato Nocentini’s Garage La Rotunda in Prato, Italy, little is known about the 250 GT’s life over the following eight years, except that it was exported to North America circa 1969. As demonstrated by a file of documentation that stretches back to the early 1970s, in November 1972 the Ferrari was sold by Vinko Motors of Toronto to Egbert “Eppie” Wietzes, who had recently accomplished back-to-back Canadian Driving Championships in 1969 and 1970. Eventually inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame, Wietzes was active across numerous series during an impressive racing career that saw runs in Formula One, Can-Am, Formula 5000, and Trans-Am. By June 1974 the Lusso was owned by John Glover of Willowdale, Ontario, and from him the car passed three years later to Robert Young of Toronto. As demonstrated by invoices on file, Mr. Young regularly retained local Ferrari specialists Maranello Motors to source parts from Algar and perform service. The company continued to tend 5381 over the next 17 years through an additional ownership, by Jerry and Valerie Reckless, who purchased the car in 1980. During this period the Ferrari was cosmetically refinished in black over a black leather interior, and it was subsequently presented by Reckless at numerous events, including the FCA National Meeting and Concours d’Elegance in Watkins Glen, New York, in July 1985, where it earned a 3rd place award. In 1994 the 250 GT/L was sold to Maranello Motors and the dealer found a new owner in Lennox McNeely of Toronto. Mr. McNeely commissioned a significant restoration, retaining the Legendary Motorcar Company of Halton Hills to refinish the chassis, brightwork, wheels, and coachwork, while Alfieri International Automobiles of Toronto partially rebuilt the V-12 engine. The Lusso then won a Silver Award at the FCA National Meeting at Toronto and Mosport in June 1998. Three years later the car was acquired by Alfieri and quickly resold to another Canadian collector who refinished the coachwork in the current color. Acquired by the Dare to Dream Collection in September 2013, the Ferrari remains very striking in maroon paint over a black interior, and it benefits from steady service over the last 11 years, including a rebuild of the engine head in 2015 with new bearings, pistons, and timing chain; a new clutch; and the addition of an electric fuel pump. As a beautifully finished and historically interesting 250 GT/L that retains its matching-numbers engine, 5381 is a fantastic example of one of the most quintessential collector cars. It offers a delicious slice of what Mr. Mitchell referred to as “a lifestyle.” 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso by Scaglietti RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright The Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso is one of those rare models that transcend the automotive niche. The Alfa Romeo Junior Zagato 1300 is one of the most distinctive models to emerge from the post-war era of Italian automotive design. Built between 1969 and 1972 in a limited production run of approximately 1,100 units, this coupé combines the renowned Alfa Romeo Spider platform with a unique body designed by Zagato – famous for its lightweight construction and aerodynamic styling. The 1290cc four-cylinder engine delivers 89 horsepower, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. With a kerb weight of around 920 kg, the Junior Zagato offers excellent performance and sharp handling – especially notable for its time. The bodywork, made entirely of steel with an aluminum bonnet, stands out thanks to its sloped nose, recessed headlights, and an innovative glass rear hatch system – revolutionary in both design and function at the time. This model is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of Italian sports cars, not only for its rarity but also for its authentic driving experience and unique aesthetic appeal. This particular example first took to the road in Italy in June 1970. In 2009, it was acquired by its first Dutch owner. At that time, the car was fitted with a more powerful 1600cc engine, but the original matching 1300cc engine had been preserved and was included separately. In 2013, the car changed hands again, this time to a well-known Dutch Alfista. He began a careful restoration, taking his time and aiming to preserve as much originality as possible. The body was stripped and repainted, revealing surprisingly solid panels – a rarity for Alfa Romeos of this era. The interior was refurbished, and the gearbox was rebuilt. In 2017, the car was purchased by its most recent owner, a respected collector of classic automobiles. His goal was to reinstall the original matching 1300cc engine, which was still stored separately with the vehicle. Before being refitted, the engine was fully rebuilt. Once all restoration work was completed and the car became part of an impressive private collection, it was only sparingly driven. 1970 Alfa Romeo Junior Zagato 1300 Veni Vidi Vici Classic Cars BV If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer.
