Chassis 017284 was supplied new in the UK, finished in Rolls-Royce Royal Blue over a Ferrari tan leather interior with Ferrari blue piping and a dark blue mohair hood, fitted with a Ford 302ci V8 small-block high-output engine with electronic fuel injection paired to a Borg-Warner five-speed gearbox and fitted with the following options: wing-mounted wind sunvisors, three-eared wheel spinners, exterior side air vents, front air intakes and a cockpit roll bar. In the early 1990s the car was acquired by the owner of a prestigious offshore powerboat racing team and underwent a ground-up rebuild. Finished in the team’s bespoke Lethal Magic livery to match their Cougar 41 race boat, the car’s horsepower was significantly increased with the addition of a Vortech supercharger, increasing power from 225 to 400 hp. The recondition was executed to a very high standard an aluminium bonnet air intake and bespoke lightweight aluminium wheels were fitted and every gauge, switch, cap, radiator and engine bay component were refinished, anodised and laser-etched with the Cobra motif, an Alpine audio system and speakers were installed plus a custom aluminium boot floor, engine bonnet inlay and electric door catches. Acquired by its 5th and current owner in 2023, who commissioned a recondition including a full repaint in Daytona Grey, a reupholstered black interior with new black carpets, the stereo system has been updated with a pioneer GM-D9704 amplifier and Sony head unit and the Vortech supercharger rebuilt. The car shows no imperfections and the panel gaps and fit are excellent. Several subtle Lethal Magic details have been retained as a nod to its unique history, though these can be easily changed depending on the new owner’s preferences. Presented in excellent condition throughout and complete with its history file. Viewing is highly recommended. 1989 AC Cobra Mk IV O'KANE LAVERS Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. This Jensen FF MkI is a rare and beautifully presented example. Delivered new to Miss Sebag‑Montefiore and supplied through Ever Ready Garage in Dublin, the car originally left the factory in a special blue metallic over grey leather trim with a factory radio — details confirmed by the original pre‑delivery checklist and accompanying factory correspondence within the history file. The first owner retained the car until the late 1970s, when it passed to an Irish musician and entrepreneur, and it remained well-loved until being acquired at auction in 2018. Immediately after purchase the car was entrusted to Cropredy Bridge Garage — widely regarded as the world’s leading Jensen specialists — for a comprehensive and photographed restoration which was completed in 2019. Work included fully stripping the body to bare metal, removal of any corrosion, repair of chassis tubes where required, and a bare‑metal repaint in Charcoal Grey. The Chrysler‑sourced V8 was fully serviced and inspected; transmission, gearbox, suspension and all electrics were reconditioned to marque standard. The interior was sympathetically restored but deliberately left original in appearance to retain period character. The restoration is fully invoiced and extensively documented with photographs; total restoration expenditure exceeded £100,000. Cropredy Bridge’s in‑house capabilities — body, engine, trimmers and parts — make them the definitive workshop for an FF restoration, and their work on this car reflects that expertise. This Mk I, with its documented early history and showroom‑quality, Cropredy‑executed restoration, represents a desirable opportunity to acquire an FF that combines authentic provenance and meticulous workmanship. 1969 Jensen FF MkI The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1948 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sport Pininfarina Cabriolet

This superb and rare short chassis Pininfarina convertible was sold to Prague when new. Not only is it a very early example which features its original and rare all alloy bodywork but it also has special details to the body made for the first owner. The pictures on file from its very early days show the rare and original bodywork. Already in the early fifties it arrived in the U.S.A. where it belonged to Alec Uhlmann, among others. We also have pictures on file from the late sixties when in the USA being prepared for restoration. In the early nineties it was comprehensively restored and after that it was sold to a Belgian collector who took great care of it. When the car came to Holland it had a non matching engine (un-numbered) and was then changed for another but correct SS engine. The previous owner had the engine rebuilt at the excellent mechanics at Mugello Engineering. We then sold the car to the current owner. Since then the car has entered the 2022 & 2023 Mille Miglia on the freshened mechanics. The car is accepted in the Registro Mille Miglia (eligible). With the car comes its history file with all appropriate FIVA papers and EEC registration. Few automobiles rival the elegance and racing lineage of the Alfa Romeo 6C 2500. The 6C 2500 became one of the most expensive and refined cars of its era, attracting a worldwide celebrity clientele, particularly those enamored with the highly desirable top-of-the-line Super Sport Cabriolet. 1948 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sport Pininfarina Cabriolet Very Superior Old Cars If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 Spider 1

Alfa Romeo entered into the postwar era with a new twin-cam, four-cylinder engine design, which was a configuration that would dominate the Italian automaker’s portfolio for decades to come. Initially arriving in Alfa Romeo’s Giulietta lineup in the mid-1950s, the twin-cam would go on to power the updated Giulia range and it would remain there until the early 1990s. Sporting elegant coachwork designed and built by Pininfarina, the 1.3-liter Giulietta Spider was a huge success and continued virtually unchanged in 1.6-liter Giulia guise when the latter joined the Alfa lineup in 1962. A hood scoop, necessary to clear the larger engine's taller block, easily identified the new model. The larger engine boosted maximum power of Alfa's venerable twin-cam four from 80 to 92 brake horsepower and the car's top speed to 109 mph. Reliability was likewise enhanced and the larger engine was noticeably smoother and less temperamental. The Spider offered here is recorded on its Museo Storico Alfa Romeo certificate as having been built on 29 November 1962 and delivered to New York the following January, finished in Rosso over Grigio interior. It was acquired by the late Terence E. Adderley in 2013, reportedly after 30 years of ownership by the seller, Andy Manganaro of Xenia, Ohio, a passionate enthusiast of Italian sports and racing cars of the era. It is still finished in the classic Italian shade of red, its original hue, with a black interior piped in red as a wonderful accent. While never fully restored, it was upgraded earlier in life to the more potent Veloce specifications with a 129-horsepower engine, delivering its power through a five-speed manual transmission. The engine itself was rebuilt for the prior owner in 1990 by well-known Alfista Jon Norman, with the receipt included in its file. Bearing a wonderful patina throughout, this would be an entertaining driver in the sun and surely much-appreciated at local cars-and-coffees. 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 Spider RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1983 Lamborghini Countach 5000S

The Overview The Lamborghini Countach is the quintessential 80s car. Designed by Bertone’s Marcello Gandini, the same mastermind behind the Miura and the Espada, it had the wedge shape and pop-up headlights that helped define that automotive era. The Countach began with the LP400, which packed a 3.9L V12 with 370 hp. The LP400 was superseded by the L400 S, which downgraded the engine to 350 hp but added wider tires, its signature fiberglass wheel arch extensions, and an optional V-shaped rear wing. Another update came in 1982 in the form of the LP500 S, which increased the engine size to 4.8 L and updated the interior. The 500 S is oftentimes called a 5000 S in some markets, but it is not the same as the LP5000 Quattrovalvole that came after it. Only 321 examples of the 500 S/5000 S were ever built, sealing the rarity of these already highly sought-after cultural icons. This particular example of a 5000 S, Chassis # ZA9C00500DLA12593, was imported to the US through Rarewala Enterprises in California and sold to its first owner, who was located in Illinois. It originally wore a Blu Acapulco paint job over a Champagne interior. Through comprehensive research and speaking directly with Marcel Wallenburg of the Countach Registry, we do believe that the first and original owner of this car was Walter Payton, of NFL fame. Payton played for the Chicago Bears for a stunning 13 seasons, racking up numerous accolades and leading them to a super bowl victory in 1986. In 1984 he was given a Countach as a bonus by one of his biggest sponsors, the Kangaroo Shoe company, after breaking an NFL record for rushing yards. He was widely known for his iconic Countach, finished in a dark midnight blue color (Blu Acapulco) and wearing a license plate that read “WP 34”, which he would drive around Chicago, often getting himself in trouble for speeding. The Countach was still a rare sight in the US at this time as any cars that were brought into the country had to undergo a rigorous process to become federalized by companies such as Rarewala Enterprises. According to Marcel Wallenburg, there were only two 5000 S examples produced in Blu Acapulco that were imported into the US. The first was this car, shipped from the factory in July of 1983. The second example was not completed and shipped till early 1984. The first entry on the CARFAX for our car listed here, DLA12593, shows the first owner residing in Arlington Heights, Illinois in November of 1984. Walter Payton famously resided in Arlington Heights, located on the north side of Chicago, and would be seen driving his Countach around the area routinely. In addition, we uncovered a newspaper archive from the Journal Gazette of Mattoon, Illinois, dated Wednesday, October 14, 1987, discussing Payton’s car being up for sale at Lake Forest Sportscars with 19,000 KM and an asking price of $79,000. This coincides with the second CARFAX entry, which shows DLA12593’s second titled owner residing in Addison, Illinois, in December of 1987 and 19,000 registered kilometers. Another excellent supporting fact is that when Payton owned the car, he had aftermarket speakers installed in the door, which are visible in one of the iconic Kangaroo Shoe posters, with the driver-side door up and Payton perched on the sill. Mr. Wallenburg was kind enough to reach out to one of DLA12593’s previous owners, who resided in Germany and owned the car when it still wore its original Champagne interior, to ask if the car had these unique speakers when he owned it. It took a bit of digging to find some old photos, but sure enough, the same unique aftermarket door speakers were present on the car during his ownership. So while we do not have defacto proof, such as an old title with his name and VIN on it, the puzzle pieces do align to the extent that we are extremely confident that DLA12593 is the famous and long lost Walter Payton Countach. For a better breakdown of all the evidence surrounding our conclusion that DLA12593 is the famous Walter Payton Countach, please watch the video above or check out the pdf in our documents section, both of which break down all the evidence. It appears that Payton possibly traded the Countach for a Ferrari Testarossa at some point in 1987. It looks like the Countach resided in the Illinois area for another 2 years until 1989, when the car made its way to Texas before being exported to Europe, where it spent the next few decades and was repainted red and then white, likely sometime in the late 1990s. About 10 years ago, this Countach, now residing in Germany, underwent a full restoration and repaint. During the restoration process, the U.S. specification side reflectors were filled in. This change can be viewed by looking at the inside of the quarter panel from the trunk area and while it does not detract from the current state of the car, it does provide evidence that in the past this was a U.S. specification car. The comprehensive restoration involved the removal and complete dismantling of the engine, with every individual component being cleaned and refurbished or replaced before being reinstalled. The body was stripped down to bare metal before the current black paint job was professionally applied. The interior was also reupholstered in black leather to match the new color of the body, with the seats now sporting contrasting blue piping. Every step of the process was photographically documented and bound in a hardcover book that is included with the car. In May of this year, the engine and gearbox were serviced and certified to be in perfect working order before the car was later sent from Wang, Germany, to Lamborghini of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark. We imported it back to the US in August, where we treated the undercarriage to a steam cleaning and replaced the battery. As it sits, this is a low-mileage and well-sorted example of a pre-QV Countach. With a storied past and freshly sorted mechanicals, this is one of the better ones to own and provides a great avenue into Countach ownership. And given the potential provenance of being one of the more famous Countachs in history, having been likely owned by the great Walter Peyton, there is certainly an added value to this already wonderful example. Upon purchase, the owner will receive two keys and the book detailing this car’s restoration. The Details EXTERIOR Body And Paint The black paint, while not original to the car, was professionally coated roughly 10 years ago and is in nice condition overall. Throughout the front bumper and hood, there are some minor small chips, as well as a 1-inch long scratch on the top left portion of the hood and a 2-inch long scratch on the lower left portion of the lip. The wide fender arches at the rear of the car have suffered some peppering as well. The body, however, is very straight, and the panel gaps align nice and even as they should. Glass And Trim The glass appears to be all original to the car and presents nicely. The trim around the windows in some areas, such as the corners, has suffered a small amount of flaking, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance of the vehicle. Wheels 3 of the 4 wheels are in very good condition showing no signs of rash or scuffs. The driver-side rear wheel has a few knicks that are documented in our photo set. Notable Flaws There are some scratches and knicks around the front end and a good bit of peppering on the rear fender arches. A larger scratch is present on the hood as well as on the left side of the front lip. INTERIOR Seats And Surfaces The interior presents in fantastic condition, having benefited from being redone during the previous restoration. The leather is soft and high quality to the touch around the sills and dashboard. The steering wheel is showing signs of use with a few small scuffs on the sides, outside of this no major scratches or tears to note. The carpeting is in good condition, and all surfaces fit and look as they should. Functionality And Accessories During our testing of the vehicle, it appears that all items in the interior work correctly as they should. The doors open and close with ease, and all switches, buttons, and knobs appear to function properly. The gauges read their requisite functions as they should. ENGINE BAY AND TRUNK Engine Bay The engine bay is correct and tidy. All of the hoses and lines are correct and in wonderful condition. The electronics appear to be all newer and in good order. Painted surfaces are smooth and free of blemishes. It appears that it was well attended to during the restoration and has been kept in top shape since. There are no signs of any issues either cosmetic or mechanical. Trunk Area The front trunk is fitted with the correct spare tire with rubber hold-downs and is in great condition. Painted surfaces appear appropriate, and electronics and wiring look well tended to and in good order. There is a battery cutoff switch located on the crossbar above the spare. A bit of dirt and grime hides in the corners, but nothing that detracts from the otherwise tidy front trunk. The rear trunk is clean and in good order. The carpeting retains good color and texture and fits well. There are no signs of any issues, past or present, here. Underside The underside appears consistent with the rest of the vehicle. Solid metal throughout, with painted surfaces showing as you would expect, given the mileage. There are no signs of any issues past or present here and overall suspension components etc., appear well looked after and in good order. MECHANICALS Engine The 4.8L V12 springs to life with no hesitation and sounds wonderful with the aftermarket exhaust that it is equipped with. Once up to temperature, it settles into a loud and rumbling but consistent idle. Out on the road it makes fantastic power with no flat spots or stumbles in acceleration. Transmission The shifter slots in the gates smoothly with little resistance and provide direct and tactile shifting feedback. The clutch is heavy in stereotypical Countach fashion, but the catch point and take-up feel appropriate. It holds power easily throughout all the gears and rev range, showing no issues to speak of. Brakes And Suspension The brakes bring the car to a stop in a controlled manner with no issues to note. The suspension is smooth but taut, with no odd noises or behavior. Tires The car wears the correct and hard-to-source Pirelli P Zero Assimetrico tires on all four corners. The sizing is, of course, staggered, with rears being 345/35/ZR15 and the fronts 255/50/ZR15. DOT date codes for the tires read late 2011 for production, but the tires are in excellent condition, with ample tread, solid sidewalls, and plenty of life left in them. 1983 Lamborghini Countach 5000S LBI Limited If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1983 Nissan 240RS Group B

The Nissan 240RS was a compact yet powerful machine which left its rightful mark on motorsport history and competed in what was undeniably the golden era of rallying, the utterly bonkers 'Group B'. The car was developed by Nissan’s new motorsport division, Nismo, and powered by their revvy FJ24 2.4-litre inline-four engine producing 240bhp and offering remarkable performance. Combined with its Silvia-based chassis, the 240RS was agile and controllable on all sorts of terrain. Piloted by legendary drivers such as Masahiro Hasemi, the 240RS showcased Nissan's engineering prowess and bolstered their rallying reputation. Although short-lived due to the demise of 'Group B', its impact resonates to this day, earning the 240RS a well-deserved spot in the hearts of rally enthusiasts. It was produced in small numbers, as so many homologation specials were, with approximately 200 cars built between July 1982 and December 1982, 150 left-hand drive and 50 right-hand drive cars. It’s believed that around 30 of these cars in total were then utilised in WRC and domestic rally championships around the world. This right-hand drive car presents in wonderful condition and proudly wears the original rally livery of red, white, and blue. Since our vendor’s purchase in 2021, it's been cherished and used sparingly for a few displays and show runs, never having seen competitive racing action in their ownership. However, despite its pristine appearance, the car is fully operational, running and driving as well as it looks. Chassis #103 on offer here has a fascinating and well-travelled history. It was brought to South Africa by Nissan Motorsport SA as a 'road' car and was originally purchased by the renowned South African-born Nissan/Datsun Factory driver, Koos Roos. During its early days, the car participated in several autocross events on tarmac, then a few gravel events, before eventually being converted into full 'Group B' rally-spec. Whilst in South Africa, the car changed hands a couple of more times before being acquired by Mark Donaldson, who decided to venture beyond borders, shipping the car all the way to Greece before making its way to the UK in 2010, where it caught the attention of our vendor in 2021. The car's history file tells the story of its remarkable past. Among the valuable documentation in the history file is a summary of its previous owners, DVLA correspondence, a Letter of Authenticity issued by the Nissan Motor Company in 2010 confirming its status as one of the 200 units built, and its FIA/HTP papers, which expired in 2019 but are now in the process of being renewed. With such a storied past, a well-documented history, fabulous condition and rarity factor, chassis #103 represents a unique and sought after piece of Japanese rally history, ready to continue its legacy in the hands of its next owner. With most of the 240RS models finding their way into the hands of collectors and enthusiasts, this is a great opportunity to add a seldom-seen surviving participant from the bygone 'Group B' era, a time when rallying reached unparalleled levels of excitement. This 240RS should rightfully capture the attention and admiration of discerning collectors and rally enthusiasts alike. 1983 Nissan 240RS Group B Iconic Auctioneers Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1956 Lotus Eleven Series I Le Mans

Lotus offered three different versions of the Eleven, which eventually became one of the most successful cars from the marque: the 1,100-cc, Coventry Climax-engined ‘Club’, a 1,172-cc Ford-engined ‘Sport’, and the top billing, the 1,508-cc Coventry Climax-derived ‘Le Mans’. The Eleven ‘Le Mans’ featured the more powerful 138 horsepower engine and also featured a chassis that was built some 200 mm wider. This was due to company founder Colin Chapman’s interpretation of the FIA’s Appendix Group C regulations for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and the cabin space needed to be larger to adhere to these new rules. It is estimated that only 10 examples of the Le Mans were ever built with a wide chassis. This example was constructed in 1956 and is one of the believed 10 Le Mans “wide chassis” Elevens. Its 1.5-litre Coventry Climax FWB engine is known to have been fitted to this car since 1969. Inspected by the Historic Lotus Register in the 1970s, this example lost its chassis plate in the first part of its life, with the earliest known owner purchasing it from a dealer in Birmingham in 1969. However, they deemed the car to be a period-built example and supplied it with the chassis number it bears today. The Register has also acknowledged that this Lotus Eleven is the only known example which features a “long door frame” as well as a “wide chassis”. The long doors were a period improvisation by Lotus for four cars, which raced at the 1957 12 Hours of Sebring, to enable faster egress and ingress for drivers. While later Elevens are a mixture of “wide chassis” or “long door”, this is thought to be the sole example known to feature both. Still in England in the 1970s, this Eleven became part of Count Hubertus von Dönhoff’s collection in the mid-1970s. It was later acquired by Jason Wright, the well-known collector and avid racer in 1989, who reportedly had the Eleven restored in 1999. The car was then exported to Italy, where it had four owners from 2002 to 2017 and competed in the Mille Miglia Storica three times. It was acquired by the previous Belgian owner in 2017, who went on to participate in the Zoute Grand Prix and the Mille Miglia Storica. Acquired by the current owner in 2021, this Lotus Eleven participated in the 2021 Mille Miglia Storica and was then exported to Dubai, where it competed in the 2022 Mille Miglia Experience UAE—this Lotus comes with a complimentary entry for the 2024 Experience. The car is accompanied by a history file that includes FIA HTP papers, FIVA, and CSAI passports, as well as historic UK registration documents and old MoT certificates. This attractive Eleven is highly eligible for many historic racing events around the world. 1956 Lotus Eleven Series I Le Mans RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS

Now regarded as a true design classic and ultimate 170 mph-sportscar of the day; a UK example, with just 52,000 miles, only two former keepers and an impressive maintenance record. Debuted at the 1985 Frankfurt Auto Show, the Ferrari 328 was the second model in Ferrari's long and popular line of mid-engine V8 sports cars, continuing through to the present day 488 GTB. The 328 was the replacement for the popular 308, and featured notable performance and design advancements over the outgoing model. Under the engine cover is the same transversely-mounted, fuel-injected V8 from the Ferrari 308 Quattrovalvole, with an increase in displacement. By increasing both bore and stroke, the 'quattrovalvole's capacity was raised to 3,186cc which, together with a higher compression ratio, revised pistons, and an improved Marelli engine management system, lifted maximum power to 270bhp at 7,000rpm. Top speed was raised to within a whisker of 160mph (258km/h) and 60mph arrived from a standing start in 5.5 seconds. A significant difference from the 308 is the use of galvanized steel, which greatly reduces potential rust problems compared to its forebear, however beneath the skin, the tubular steel chassis remained much as before, with all-round independent suspension by double wishbones, four-wheel servo-assisted disc brakes, and aluminium-alloy wheels, though the latter were increased in size. The interior too had come in for some subtle revision and now featured improved instruments, switchgear, and heating. The iconic Leonardo Fioravanti-designed body was updated for a smoother, more contemporary appearance with integrated bumpers and revised cooling ducts, resulting in a more cohesive and streamlined profile. Pininfarina built two variants of this mid-engine sportscar, the Gran Turismo Berlinetta Coupe and the Gran Turismo Spider, featuring a removable Targa top. The GTS offered an exhilarating open-air driving experience and afforded the driver and their fortunate passenger unbridled access to the unmistakable sound of the dry-sump Ferrari V8. In the short four year run of the 328, 6,068 examples were produced, a great success which, combined with the success and popularity of the 308, ensured the position of the mid-engine V8 in Ferrari's permanent stable. The car presented here is a UK-market, 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS which left Ferrari's Maranello factory finished in the classic combination of Rosso Corsa with contrasting Tan leather, specified with A/C. It was originally delivered new via HR Owen of Kensington to its first owner. As often happened at the time, at the end of 1991, it followed its owner to Hong Kong. It was subsequently enjoyed there by a further three expatriate owners, who, as you’d expect, lavished great care of it, covering some 40,000 miles by June 1998. In May 1999, it returned to the UK and by 2007 it had still only covered 43,000 miles. Our vendor purchased the car nearly 10 years ago (and regales the story of the seller being nearly in tears as it was driven away) and has only driven it sparingly, and just in dry weather. The service history shows it has benefited from 10x cambelt changes over its conservative 51,500 miles and is accompanied by a 3-inch folder of receipts and MOT certificates, plus its complete book-pack (with service booklet/manuals). It is currently fitted with 308 wheels and tyres, but will come to auction with the correct and fully refurbished 1986 Cromadora 'Star' alloy wheels with new tyres. In today’s collector market, very few cars offer the same stylish road presence, relatively modern driving experience and performance of the 328 and with the ability to pop the top off and listen to that glorious V8 howl, these have become very desirable classic Ferraris. 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS Iconic Auctioneers Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright Now regarded as a true design classic and ultimate 170 mph-sportscar of the day; a UK example, with just 52,000 miles, only two former keepers and an impressive maintenance record. • 1966-porsche-906-carrera-6-2

At a time when Ferrari struggled to produce the 50 cars required to homologate a Dino V-6-powered 2-litre sportscar, Porsche almost immediately sold out its new 906. Featuring a tubular steel spaceframe chassis, low nose, “Kamm” tail, and curved windscreen, here was a diminutive low-drag racer that could still accommodate a suitcase to satisfy the rulebook. The project, realised under the direction of Porsche luminaries Ferdinand Piëch and Hanz Mezger, was shown to the press at the Zuffenhausen factory in January 1966 and sold to customers for $11,500. Just 65 chassis were produced, with only 52 examples fitted with the 901/20-type Carrera 6 engine. Newly developed for the 906, using titanium and magnesium parts, the motor was 54 kilograms lighter than that of a contemporary 911 road car. It returned 210 horsepower from 1,991 cc to propel a package that weighed only 580 kilograms. Of those cars, chassis number 906-146 offered here was delivered on 20 April 1966 to Pon’s Holland, the long-standing Volkswagen and Porsche importer. Per a copy of the Kardex sheet, the car was finished in Orange befitting of the first owner: Racing Team Holland. On 24 April the car made its competitive debut in the NAV national meeting at Zandvoort, where driver Wim Loos claimed a 2-litre class win. With David van Lennep next behind the wheel, podiums arrived at Trier and in the Paris Grand Prix at Montlhéry. The Carrera 6 enjoyed regular outings over the next year, including Ben Pon Jr chalking a brace of outright wins at Zandvoort, before the car was crashed in practice ahead of the 1000 Km of Spa. The Porsche was subsequently rebuilt at the Porsche factory in 1968 before being sold to Antoine Hezemans. Wearing a new white livery featuring a blue, white, and red (the Dutch national colours) stripe, the 906 banked three more victories before Arie Ruska bought the Porsche at the end of 1969. He raced it through to October 1971. The following year, the 906 was reportedly sold via renowned sports car dealer Rob de la Rive Box to a Dutch surgeon. The Porsche was later acquired by collector Albert Westerman, who retained it until 2002. The car then found it first non-Dutch custodian as it was acquired by the consignor owner in 2005. Treated to a body-off restoration by Gustav Ulrich and August Deutsch Mechanik (documented in accompanying photographic albums), the Porsche was returned to its period Orange hue, as it presents in today. The car was also fitted with a 911 engine. In addition to the spare correct-specification 901/20-type flat-six offered with the car, chassis number 906-146 is complemented by an expired FIA Historic Technical Passport plus inspection reports from marque authorities Walter Naeher (March 2013), Rolf Sprenger (July 2013), and Andy Prill (February 2025). A storied and successful example of Porsche’s great 2-litre sportscar, this 906 would make for a standout addition to any motorsport-centric collection. 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6 RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1956 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Normale

Rescued from long-term storage by a marque enthusiast and painstakingly restored by its next owner, this early Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint is a beautifully presented example of the stylish Italian sports car. According to the Alfa Romeo Museum archive, this 750B-series Sprint was built on 16 July 1956 and sold new in Beirut on 7 August. It’s thought that the car was owned by Dany Chamoun – son of the President of Lebanon – while he attended Loughborough University in the late 1950s. With the Alfa having been sold new in Lebanon, it’s possible that young Chamoun – a future politician in his own right – drove it from there to England in order to begin his studies. A sticker that was in the windscreen from the famous Grossglockner pass even suggested that he came via Austria. Further evidence linking this car to Chamoun came from the fact that, at some point prior to going into storage, it had been resprayed metallic green from its original light grey (Grigio Chiarissimo), a later post-1958 grille had been fitted, and the radiator sported a plaque suggesting that it had been repaired in 1959-60 by Northern Radiators of Leeds, York and Bradford. All of that work points towards front-end repairs having been carried out, and people who knew Chamoun at Loughborough recalled him having a minor accident in his Sprint on the road between Loughborough and Shepshed. During the 1960s, the Alfa was acquired by Sergeant John Robert Granville Long, who had joined the RAF in July 1946 and had several overseas postings. It’s believed that one of those postings was to Beirut and, if Chamoun had taken the car back to Lebanon after completing his studies, it’s possible that Long bought it there. He soon put it into storage and the fact that it was still on Lebanese plates when it emerged decades later suggests that it had never been registered in the UK. In August 2013, Alfa Romeo specialist James Wheeler received a call from a relative of Long, who had become something of a recluse in later life and passed away in April 2012. His old house and garden had been neglected and trees had to be cut down in order to reach the garage, but inside were two Giulietta Sprints – this car, plus a later UK-registered model that was soon sold on. This 1956 car was found to be in remarkably solid and original condition once it was cleaned up. It was UK-registered in December 2013 and sold to a new owner who embarked upon a full restoration – most of which he carried out himself. Despite the car having spent at least 40 years in storage, bodywork repairs were limited to the boot floor, jacking points, front outriggers and one rear wheelarch. The owner reported that ‘the floor, doors, bonnet and boot lid were perfect, with no rust whatsoever’. He subsequently went right through the car, rebuilding the original engine, the back axle, the gearbox, and overhauling all of the associated ancillaries. ‘All other mechanical parts,’ he said, ‘were stripped, blasted, repaired or replaced, then repainted.’ The rebuild was a family effort – his wife helped by cleaning components in their parts washer, blasting the shell and panels with fine grit, remaking the door panels and fitting a new headlining. A new wiring loom was also installed, the brightwork was rechromed, and the respray – in the car’s rare original colour of Grigio Chiarissimo – was taken care of by a local bodyshop. Now being offered for sale at The Classic Motor Hub, this rare Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint is an exceptional example of a car that has become highly sought-after after thanks to its blend of Bertone styling, rev-happy twin-cam engine and well-sorted chassis. It comes with an extensive history file detailing the investigation into its early life and owners, and even its old Lebanese licence plates. 1956 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Normale The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The De Tomaso Pantera was built in Italy but sold largely through Lincoln-Mercury dealers in the United States with a full factory warranty. It combined Ford’s steadfast 351 Cleveland V-8 engine and American-style comforts—including power windows and air conditioning—with such European performance features as a ZF transaxle, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and rack-and-pinion steering, then wrapped it all in exotic bodywork. Simply put, it promised the best of all worlds, and it cost considerably less than a comparable Ferrari or Lamborghini. Several variations of the Pantera were produced over the years. Most recognizable to Americans is the second-generation Pantera L, which incorporated several detail changes for the US market. Most notably, the Pantera L was significantly better built than earlier examples, a fact recognized and lauded by the automotive press of the time. This very late US-market Pantera L is surely among the best-preserved examples of this rare and sought-after model. Having traveled fewer than 215 miles since new, this incredible preservation-grade De Tomaso retains its original finishes throughout¬—and it even comes with its original set of 15-inch Campagnolo magnesium wheels and Goodyear Arriva tires! A Deluxe Marti Report documents that this Pantera L was sold new by Leith Lincon-Mercury of Greensboro, North Carolina on 27 February 1975. It remains finished in its original white paint over black leatherette upholstery, and was desirably specified from new with air conditioning, power windows, power brakes, full instrumentation, and tinted glass. By 2003, this Pantera L was owned by a collector in Georgia, at which time its prior title indicated just 98 miles on its odometer. Over the next several years, the car’s mileage barely crept into the triple digits as it passed between several notable dealers, including its sale at RM’s Monterey auction during August 2008. In July 2011, a private family collection in the Pacific Northwest acquired this noteworthy De Tomaso with just 137 miles indicated at time of purchase. Over 15 years of much-enjoyed ownership, just 78 carefully considered miles of travel were added to the car’s odometer. Appreciation for preservation-grade automobiles has only grown in recent years, among concours judges and the general public alike. This impressively original De Tomaso would surely be a great prize well worth exhibiting and appreciating. Accompanied today with its tool roll, original wheels and tires (even the unused spare!), as well as a Deluxe Marti Report and history file, this is a Pantera L unlike any other. 1974 De Tomaso Pantera L by Ghia RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer.
