The Jaguar E-Type is widely regarded as one of the most iconic sports cars of the 20th century, combining timeless design with outstanding performance and engineering. The introduction of the 4.2-litre version in 1964 brought improved torque, drivability and a more refined gearbox while preserving the purity of the original design. This example was originally delivered as a Left-Hand Drive Open Two-Seater with hardtop and has been carefully prepared to evoke the appearance and spirit of the extremely rare factory Lightweight E-Types. The car benefited from a comprehensive restoration approximately 20 years ago, providing a solid and high-quality base for its current presentation. The engine benefits from a Fast Road specification, offering a lively and engaging driving experience suitable for regular road use. Since completion, approximately 3,949 km have been covered. Finished in Silver Grey with blue racing stripes and a black interior, the car features Cobra racing seats and a removable steering wheel, reinforcing its purposeful and sporting character. The body presents in very good condition, with clean paintwork, well-preserved chrome and no corrosion. The interior is also well maintained. The car holds a Belgian oldtimer registration. Visible by appointment only in our showroom in Zaventem, 10 minutes from Brussels Airport.
