  • 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 1

Built in March of 1996, this 993 Carrera Cabriolet is a particularly special example that was delivered new to Stuttgart in May of 1996 before being shipped to California, where it lived for almost 20 years. This Carrera has numerous special features, but the most notable is the stunning Forest Green Metallic Paint to Sample- ordered at a time when the PTS program was not commonplace. Under the current ownership, this Carrera was updated with new European bumpers, and the speedometer and odometer have been converted from miles to kilometers, with the odometer showing 125,110 km. Fitted with 17” Cup wheels and Porsche Crest wheel caps, this car is in absolutely stunning condition throughout. The interior is wrapped in Cashmere Supple leather, which perfectly complements the dark green on the exterior. It is also fitted with the rarely seen but very desirable Aluminum dial faces- these add some visual interest to the interior but look much higher quality than adding red or yellow faces to the gauges. These aluminum accents are paired with brushed stainless Carrera sill plates, an aluminum shift knob, and hand brake lever. The driver and passenger both get power-adjustable seats with heating, but the driver’s seat is also fitted with power lumbar adjustment for added comfort on long drives. Powering the 993 Carrera is a 3.6-liter M64 Flat-6 engine that produces 272 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque and loves to pull hard all the way to the 7,000 rpm redline. 1996 was the first year of the VarioRam system on the 993, which features variable length intake runners and is designed to optimize both low-down torque and high RPM power. The implementation of this system resulted in an increase of 14 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque. In this Carrera, the engine has been freshly serviced and is ready to be driven. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual Getrag gearbox with Porsche’s famous floor-hinged pedals. Power is then sent to the rear wheels through an optional limited-slip differential- a crucial option in any 993. With this 993’s multiple trips back and forth across the Atlantic Ocean, it is safe to say that it has quite a story to tell. The original owner clearly knew what they were doing during ordering and produced a one-of-a-kind 993, in a classic specification that appeals to both the driving enthusiast and someone looking for a convertible to cruise around in. 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera ISSIMI, Inc If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso by Scaglietti 1

Introduced at the 1962 Paris Salon, Ferrari’s 250 GT/L was undoubtedly one of the most attractive grand touring cars ever built. Intended as a replacement for the 250 GT coupe, the “L” stood for Lusso and featured an all-new interior arrangement highlighted by a revised dash panel and leather upholstery throughout the cabin. Built to cross continents in unrivalled style while cossetting a driver, passenger, and plenty of luggage, it looked simply stunning whilst sitting still and just as beautiful at speed. Mechanically, Ferrari’s Tipo 168 U engine was the ultimate development of the short-block Colombo 3.0-litre V-12, featuring outside-plug ignition and single-cylinder porting that had proven so successful in the 250 Testa Rossa and California Spider. Further improvements were made to the chassis including four-wheel disc brakes, coil-over shock absorbers at all four corners, and a rear Watts linkage that had been perfected on the 250 GTO. While the bodywork itself was designed by Pininfarina, the construction of it was carried out by Scaglietti and it is truly amongst the pair’s very best work. Boasting Ferrari’s now-typical egg-crate grille, its delicately curved fenders gave way to a bright, airy cabin and flowed into a fastback “Kamm tail". Originally owned by jet-set luminaries and celebrities, such as Steve McQueen, the Lusso was built in a modest quantity of just 350 examples over roughly two years of production. The GT/L has since evolved into one of Maranello’s most collectable production models, essentially the final and most developed evolution of the revered 250 GT lineage. The Lusso offered here, chassis number 5913, was completed as a left-hand-drive model for the United States market in Grigio Argento over Nera on 13 July 1964, and later that month delivered for sale to Luigi Chinetti Motors, the prominent distributor and importer in New York City. Its subsequent history is unknown, but it made its way West and in June 1987 was offered for sale in the Los Angeles Times by MDR Enterprises of Marina Del Rey, California, by which time, like so many Ferraris of the era, it had been finished in red with black interior. It is next known to have been owned in 1999 by Mel Farrar, owner of Farrar Precision Engineering in Sheffield, England. in whose long-term, loving ownership it bore the cherished registrations “460 GTO” and, later, “MEL 8”. It is believed that the car was restored in England for Mr Farrar in the late-1990s, in Rosso Chiaro over Crema interior. The car would be proudly and widely shown by him at several Ferrari Owners' Club of England national meetings and concours events through the 2000s, finally being offered for sale from his ownership in 2013. Subsequently it was purchased around 2016 by an owner in London, in whose ownership it was driven in the Rallye Padre-Figlio in Monaco in October 2018. In 2019 the car was issued its Ferrari Classiche certification with accompanying Red Book, noting that it retains its matching-numbers chassis, engine, gearbox, and bodywork. Further improving its credentials, it has recently been refinished to its striking and handsome original colour of Grigio Argento, retaining the excellent tan interior fitted in its previous restoration. Receipts are on file for the new finish as well as for additional mechanical sorting, including the fitment of a new balanced clutch and flywheel in 2019 and assorted general mechanical repairs in 2023, both undertaken by Joe Macari in London. Chassis number 5913 also benefits from a full rebuild of its matching-numbers engine, having been completed in the autumn of 2024. A wonderful Lusso to either exhibit with pride, or to drive and enjoy, this marvellous example is fitting of the most discerning tifosi. 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso by Scaglietti RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1955 Alfa Romeo 1900 C SS Berlinetta

Elio Zagato, scion to the famed Italian coachbuilding family, was a devout motorsport enthusiast and co-founder of the Sant Ambroeus racing team. When one of his friends joined the team with a Touring-bodied Alfa Romeo 1900, Zagato, for obvious reasons, advised him to change his mount posthaste—but not before noting that the 1900 C, with its short-wheelbase chassis, alloy-head dual-cam engine, and advanced suspension, would have excellent performance potential with bodywork by a different coachbuilder...namely, his. Soon he had created a delicately beautiful coupe, with featherweight aluminum-alloy bodywork with Plexiglas windows. About 39 berlinettas were built by Zagato to this design on the 1900 C SS chassis, and they were widely raced with considerable success all over Europe during the late 1950s. Today they are admired for both their beauty and their surefooted skill, and are among the most collectible Italian sports cars of their generation. The car offered here is that which was originally delivered to Dr. Vincenzo Fornasari, a favored Zagato customer who had also acquired a Maserati A6G/54 bodied by the firm. The Alfa was driven by his son, Luigi Fornasari, a well-known Italian sportsman of the period, in several Italian races, including completing the 1955 Mille Miglia, 11th in class and 38th overall. It finished 3rd in class and 11th overall in Bolzano-Mendola, 1st in class and 11th overall in Aosta-Gran San Bernardo, and 2nd in class and 5th overall in the Stella Alpina all in that same year. By 1959 the Alfa had moved to the United States, and that year was advertised in a West Coast sports car magazine by Ernie Mendicki of Oakland, California, a well-known performance dealer, enthusiast, racer, and collector of the time. Subsequent owners reportedly included Jim Keown of Monterey. Later, in the 1970s, the car was vintage-raced by then-owner Jim Cesari of Palo Alto quite extensively, most prominently in events at Sears Point where it competed against other well-known California enthusiasts. It was subsequently sold in the 1980s, moving through owners in Texas and Switzerland, and competing in the Targa Florio in 1986 and the Mille Miglia Storica in 1987 with owner Ugo Piccagli. It was acquired for its present owner’s collection in 1990 from the well-known Swiss broker, Albrecht Guggisberg. The car wears an older restoration with much evidence of use on the track since its completion, but is still charming and attractive throughout. At some point in the early 1970s, the classic and iconic Zagato “double bubble” roof, not originally used on first-series models such as this one, was added to the roofline. Accompanying the car is a small history file including an original 1900 brochure, several reference articles, and a handful of maintenance receipts from the last 25 years. Ideal for freshening and returning to any number of road rallies the world over, this Mille Miglia veteran would be a thrilling mount, allowing its new owner to savor the nimble handling and swift performance of one of Zagato and Alfa Romeo’s finest collaborations. 1955 Alfa Romeo 1900 C SS Berlinetta RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright Elio Zagato, scion to the famed Italian coachbuilding family, was a devout motorsport enthusiast and co-founder of the Sant Ambroeus racing team. • 1974 Dino 246 GTS 1

One of only 12 RHD UK supplied 'Flares' Dinos built, this example was supplied new to its first owner, a Mr Bruce D. Webster in the sunnier climes of Victoria, Australia. Optioned from new with desirable 'Flares', the wider arches available on the Dino and paired exclusively with the 7.5 Inch sand-cast Campagnolo alloy wheels. Originally supplied in Rosso Chiaro over a Nero Plastica 161 interior, this car has since been upgraded to sought-after Daytona-style seats. Passing through several owners in Australia, the car spent 17 years in the care of Bill Cowan and his collection in Adelaide. Sharing a garage alongside an original 1973 2.8 RSR, the Dino was used sparingly and covered just 5,000 miles during his ownership. In 2014, the car was purchased by DK and re-imported into the UK. The original build specification including electric windows was confirmed by Tony Willis of the Maranello Concessionaires archive. At this time, DK sold the car to its current owner. For the first two years the car was used ‘as-was’, in good shape but ever so slightly tired and in need of some love. In 2016, the decision was made to restore the car to a specification that would have been available at the time of ordering. Over the course of nearly five years and when funds allowed, the car was stripped down to its bare metal form and the restoration process was ignited. This restoration was not set to be a straightforward process, DK even enlisted the assistance from Ferrari to work on some components of the restoration. As a part of its extensive works, both the body and chassis were returned to Ferrari in Modena to be carefully restored under the watchful eye of their very own Classiche department. Upon completion of the metal work, Ferrari re-painted the body in the stunning metallic finish ‘Blu Sera Metallizzato’ under the supervision of DK. This Dino is, in fact, the only example to have received such treatment to its body and chassis at the factory. With the shell out of the UK, DK set about putting the rest of the car through our comprehensive restoration process and in such, the engine, running gear and all other components underwent a comprehensive rebuild in the UK, appropriately photographed ahead of its reinstallation in the car. For the interior, the car was sent to O’Rourke Coachtrimmers in West Sussex, renowned for their multi-concours winning work. The interior colours were chosen to complement the Blu Sera Metallizzato exterior; VM3014 ‘Ochre’ with C011 dark blue carpets. In late 2020, everything was aligned and perfected to carefully re-construct, of course, maintaining the highest of standards throughout the process. Reassembly took just over a year, during which time Classiche Certification was ignited and is currently pending approval with Ferrari. Without a doubt, the result of this four-year restoration is one of the finest 246 GTS we have ever laid eyes on. An example that must be seen in person to truly appreciate. Fresh from restoration, this fabulous ‘Flares’ GTS has been road-tested and snagged, ready to be used and enjoyed on the road or grabbing plenty of attention on the concours field. After greatly enjoying the restoration process, this example, now ready for its next custodian is available to view by appointment only at our showrooms outside London immediately. 1974 Dino 246 GTS D.K. • 1981 Lancia Beta 2000 HPE Pininfarina

In the spring of 1975, the fourth body variant was a three-door station wagon coupé called HPE (for High Performance Estate). With the sedan's unchanged floor pan, the HPE is identical to the Beta Coupé up to the B-pillar. The Beta HPE was based on a Pininfarina design. Lancia took over a body concept that had already been developed in 1967 by Tom Karen and Ogle Design for the British Reliant Scimitar. The vehicle was built with a 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 liter engine, the latter being offered as a carburettor, fuel injection and in the compressor version Volumex. The passenger compartment was spacious, comfortable (including in the rear) and suitable for long journeys, as the HPE had good road holding and above-average performance. The dashboard contains nine analog instruments (large speedometer and tachometer, smaller fuel gauge, coolant thermometer, voltmeter, oil pressure gauge, thermometer and level indicator, and a clock in the center console). Even the oil level is displayed via a vacuum line on the dashboard. Another special feature was the automatic headlight height adjustment with pressure pistons, which are controlled by pneumatic sensors on the rear axle via a pressure hose. About our offer Very nice Beta HPE from the first series, which still had plenty of chrome*. Long before the established manufacturers introduced the Shooting Brake into their range, Lancia already had this wonderful car on offer, which - in our opinion - combines sporty design with high utility value. The car, which was first delivered in Switzerland, has an original and verifiable 96,000 km on the clock and is in very good condition, both visually and technically. Last but not least, the HPE survived thanks to its long-term, well-protected integration in a collection of a lover of this brand. 1981 Lancia Beta 2000 HPE Pininfarina DLS Automobile If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1964 Aston Martin DB5 3

Arguably Aston Martin’s most recognisable model to date––and one of the most desirable classic cars in existence––the DB5 perfectly encapsulates a wave of confidence swelling at Newport Pagnell in the mid-1960s. The all-new and eternally popular DB4 of 1958 sold well and underwent gradual mechanical and styling evolution over its near five years in production, with the later Vantage forming the basis of the DB5. Its triple-SU-fed engine was enlarged to 3,995 cc––for the DB5––by increasing the motor’s bore to 96 mm. Exploiting the new engine’s potent 282 brake horsepower became easier due to a ZF five-speed manual transmission (or optional three-speed Borg-Warner automatic). Production of the DB5 amounted to just 1,022 made from September 1963 to the end of 1965––123 convertibles, 12 “shooting brakes” and 887 examples to wear the conventional saloon bodywork. The model was a popular choice among celebrities with former keepers including Sir Paul McCartney, Peter Sellers, and rockers Mick Jagger and Robert Plant. This elegant California Sage example was delivered new to Aston Martin dealer Brooklands of Bond Street on 26 October 1964––confirmed via correspondence in the history with Aston Martin Lagonda. The firm’s dealer sticker is still attached to the rear window and, according to the accompanying documentation, this DB5 visited the dealer’s then-newly opened service/parts department on 28 Wellington Road, St John’s Wood, London for a ‘timing chain mod’ on 13 May 1965. The documentation––a copy of the original build sheet and guarantee—also records a 10,000-mile service at the same time, plus the fitment of a new gearbox, clutch, and drive shaft. A more up-to-date email chain in the car’s history file records correspondence between Graham Searle––founder and former General Manager of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club––and dealer Auto-Kinetic, in which Graham outlines what’s known of the car’s history. The car was apparently sold to its second owner in South Africa, where it remained until 1991, before returning to the UK. Graham also confirms that he was entrusted to oversee the car’s recommissioning for the road at Bristol-based specialist Auto Classico in 2002. More recently still, invoices are present for various body panels from Aston Martin specialist Puddleduck in Warwickshire in 2009, plus an invoice for three refurbished SU carburettors from Pit Lane Engineering, Winchester in 2011. Owned by the vendor since 2007, the car’s condition today seems to reflect an excellent level of care and typifies a true 1960s dream machine. 1964 Aston Martin DB5 RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series 3

Arguably the most well recognized sports car of the 20th century, the Jaguar E-type offers a perfect combination of sleek lines and high-performance. Just as it did when first revealed to the public in 1961, it is still igniting passions today. The iconic Jaguar E-Type has evolved over the years. The initial 3.8-liter model had a lack of footwell space, uncomfortable seats, massive brake fade and an engine prone to overheating – yet it was loved. Ten years and numerous improvements later, Jaguar launched a V12 engine in its E-Type, transforming it with an infusion of torque and horsepower. Along with the engine, other significant modifications were made, including power steering and power brakes. The result was a very fine and quite sophisticated, grand touring car ready to conquer the winding roads with grace. This 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III V12 is dressed in a striking shade of red with a well-preserved black leather interior and a black soft top. It was delivered new Left-Hand-Drive to the United States, NY in 1973. At that time, the car was painted in Turquoise with a dark blue interior. Here is the list of its options and equipment: leather steering wheel / Becker Mexico radio / black leather seats / black floor mats / air conditioning / black fabric soft top / 15″ spoke wheels / two windshield wipers / Stromberg carburetor / four exhaust outlets / radio antenna / burgundy belts / headrests The chassis no. UE1S23595BW still has its number matching V12 engine as shown on its Jaguar Heritage Certificate. The Jaguar E-Type Series 3 holds a Belgian road registration as oldtimer. It is in good condition and drives well. After being imported in Europe via Italy, it was bought in April 2015 by a Belgian passionate who cherished the car for 8 years and drove it regularly to take part in historical rallyes, including two in South Africa. The current owner used it only on special occasions. Today, the odometer shows a mileage of 25.750 miles. For the last ten years, the E-Type has been regularly maintained by a Belgian specialist who did the following works in April 23 : complete maintenance and lubrication / oil filter change / expansion vessel replacement / 2 new rear shock absorbers / carburetor overhaul / headlight adjustment / front winch geometry and steering wheel centering / starter fastening / 12 spark plugs. 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 AD Sportscars If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer.
