  • 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS 1

With its first registry from 25th May 1988, this beautiful Ferrari in the unusual combination of red with red leather was handed over to its first owner from Romont on the 28th May through the garage Zenith in Sion. Probably towards the end of the 90s the 328 received a new owner also from Romont. Later, the pretty targa was sold to the Zurich area, where in August 2019, it was acquired by the last owner with then 57’992 kilometres showing. As part of a major collection and exhibition the Ferrari was driven only very sparingly, resulting in a total mileage of now 58’700 kilometres only. This 328 GTS is in very good and cherished condition and will be sold with the last major service including cambelt change performed in July 2019 at 57’860 kilometres. The last veteran MOT was performed in July 2019. 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. A genuine piece of German automotive design and engineering history, the W113 230SL has become one of the most desirable classic roadsters on the market – and for good reason. This beautifully preserved example is a testament to timeless design, mechanical quality, and driving pleasure. With its low center of gravity, precise steering, and responsive six-cylinder engine, the 230SL offers a surprisingly modern driving feel for a 1960s classic. The automatic transmission makes it an ideal grand tourer – perfect for weekend drives or daily commutes. The 1967 Mercedes-Benz 230SL Pagoda came impressively equipped for its time and still holds its own in terms of comfort, engineering, and practicality. Some of the features this car includes is a 2.3L straight six engine, 4 speed automatic gearbox, independent front and rear suspension, factory removable hardtop finished in the same colour, retractable soft top that folds away nicely under the rear deck and more. This Pagoda is finished in Cavansite Blue with Black and Blue Leather Interior. The paintwork is in great condition and so is the brightwork. The interior beautifully complements the car’s exterior tone. The dashboard features a body-coloured upper fascia, elegant chrome accents, and a perfectly preserved wood trim that stretches across the dash and center console. The Blaupunkt Stereo System sits lovely in the center, flanked by functional climate sliders and period-correct toggle switches. The seats are period correct and the bolsters remain firm, with no sagging or excessive wear. The seat bases provide a comfortable, upright position. The car has benefitted from regular servicing by various Mercedes Benz specialists and the renowned Rodger Edwards of Amersham. As part of its careful preservation, this Pagoda has received new floor sections. The original floors were carefully removed and replaced with OEM-spec steel panels. The boot floor was also replaced. Amongst the history file includes lots of old MoT Certificates, Previous Service Work, Old Invoices, Original Owners Manual, Tax Discs, Current V5 and more. 1967 Mercedes-Benz 230SL Pagoda W113 Automatic Classic Connection If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1960 Ferrari 250 SWB

Introduced in 1959, the 250 GT Berlinetta was designed with three objectives: first, to be more aerodynamically efficient; second, to be as compact as possible; and third, to provide appropriate accommodation and luggage space for a true grand turismo automobile. In the process, Pininfarina and Scaglietti created one of the most beautiful automobiles of all time, a succinct, straightforward and purposeful blending of form following function that is pleasing from all aspects. As the 250 GT SWB Berlinetta, it has established a reputation and following, second only to its successor, the illustrious 250 GTO. Pininfarina’s body design as executed by Scaglietti on the 2400mm short wheelbase chassis excels in all aspects. The 250 GT SWB Berlinetta was immediately successful in racing and remained so until its place at the head of the GT pack was gradually assumed by the GTO. The list of competition successes is so long as to be pointless to recount in detail but included GT category wins at Le Mans in 1960 and 1961, Tour de France wins in 1960, 1961 and 1962 and of course Stirling Moss’s pair of Goodwood Tourist Trophy wins in 1960 and 1961. The 250 GT SWB Berlinetta is the last true dual purpose grand turismo built in quantity by Ferrari – or anyone else for that matter – and is in all respects a fitting milestone to mark the end of a legendary age. #2067 GT Delivered new with a steel body in 1960 to its first Italian owner this car was sold to it's 2nd owner - Gastone Crepaldi - owner of the illustrious Milan Ferrari dealership in 1967. 4 years later the car was rebodied by Drogo and registered to a French owner. In 1978 racer and collector Rob Lamplough bought the car and had it rebodied with a GTO style body in 1981 and subsequently campaigned the car in a number of events. After changing hands in 1987, 5 years later the car came back to Rob Lamplough who race the car at the 1992 Coys historic at Silverstone. That year the car was sold to Allen Lawson and the the car was restored with an alloy body by Terry Hoyle and Chris Lawrence. We acquired the car in 1995 and displayed it on our stand at the Coys historic meeting at Silverstone. 25 years ago we wanted £345,000 for the car(!)....In 1997 #2067GT was sold to Bernard Carl and then next actively competed on the 2005 Tour Auto by Harley Cluxton with the number plate "250 SWB". Bought by a Belgian in 2008 the value and significance of the car was recognised and it was sent to Carrozzeria Sport Auto of Bachelli and Villa near Modena to be completely restored with a steel body as per it's delivery specification. Subsequently passing through a few collectors and a regular on the Tour Auto, we acquired the car in 2013. The quality of the restoration and condition of the car was recognised by the Ferrari factory with the assignment of red book Ferrari Classiche certification. In 2014 we sold this special car to it's last owner who has cherished the car for 8 years and enjoyed it on a number of events. Like a number of 250 SWB’s, this car was rebodied in period as many were used as racing cars, campaigned enthusiastically and often leading a pretty hectic life. We should not forget that these super rare Ferraris are more than sixty years old today. Fortunately most 250 SWB’s, have now been fully restored and are now back in their original configuration - like this example - evidenced by its Red Book Classiche certification by the Ferrari factory. A superb example of the ultimate true road/race Ferrari GT. 1960 Ferrari 250 SWB Talacrest If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS

Following a production run of 154 Dino 206s, Ferrari introduced the Dino 246 GT and GTS in 1969. Now boasting a 2.4-litre V-6, this engine produced 15 more horsepower over the previous 2.0-litre unit and was noticeably quicker than its predecessor. The new Dino could sprint to 100 km/h in just over eight seconds. The 246 Dino boasted near-perfect weight distribution, partly thanks to its mid-mounted engine layout. From 1971 to 1974, Ferrari would produce the final iteration of the Dino, designated the “E Series”. These Dinos were equipped with dual-Weber DCNF7 carburettors, increasing the top speed to 239 km/h. Inside, the dashboard was revised, allowing for the installation of a radio and sliding heater controls. Built on 21 December 1973, this Ferrari 246 GTS Dino was a late “E-Series” example. Finished in the dazzling colour of Marrone Dino Metallizzato over a Beige Vinyl interior, chassis 07474 was optioned with the desirable Daytona-style seats. Collected directly from the factory by first owner Franz Wiedemann, little is known of this Dino’s early life. In 2015, 07474 was discovered as a restoration project in Japan, having covered approximately 37,000 kilometres. It was purchased by the current owner, and exported to Poland. In 2016, the well known Piotr Bem Restoration stripped 07474 back to a bare shell. The owner having close ties to Ferrari sent the chassis for repairs to Vaccari – the original chassis fabricators – photos of which are on file. Returning from Italy, the body was resprayed in its factory-correct colour of Marrone Dino Metallizzato. The engine was rebuilt, as were almost all other major systems, save for parts of the interior. The restoration was completed in 2023, and this 246 GTS was featured in the October edition of Polish classic car magazine Classicauto, and displayed at the Rozalin Concours d’Elegance. As of June 2023, this Ferrari Dino 246 GTS has been certified by Ferrari Classiche and data from Matthias Bartz, corresponds to its matching numbers chassis, engine and gearbox. The Red Book is estimated to arrive in January 2024, but please contact an RM Sotheby’s representative for further details. Freshly restored and having covered a little over 2,100 kilometres since completion, this desirable and beautifully specified Ferrari Dino 246 GTS retains its matching-numbers engine. 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1984 Jaguar XJS TWR Group A Ex-Walkinshaw Percy Brundle

In late 1981 Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR) was involved in an evaluation programme for Jaguar Cars after secret meetings at the famous Browns Lane headquarters in Coventry. These meetings centred on the proposal by Tom Walkinshaw to run a team of XJS’s in the new Group A regulations of the 1982 European Touring Car Championship (ETCC). TWR were at that time as both the largest and most successful touring car team in Britain. Over the course of three years, TWR built seven Group A Jaguar XJS race cars with our car being chassis TWR JC 84A005. The car made its competition debut in 1984 at Zolder where it was driven by Win Percy and team co-owner Chuck Nicholson, immediately quick with a 3rd on the grid. Next up was Mugello where 005 was convincingly on pole with Percy and new superstar F1 driver and future Jaguar Le Mans winner, Martin Brundle. Unfortunately a puncture would rob them of victory. Jaguar were happy though as TWR had taken them to the 1984 ETCC crown, beating the best from the Austin Rover, BMW, Volvo and Alfa Romeo factory teams. Shortly after Mugello, the car was hastily painted in the famous John Player Special black and gold livery and shipped to Macau where Walkinshaw took the car to victory in the Group A ‘Guia’ race supporting the famous annual Macau GP for Formula 3 cars, long considered the launch pad of many Formula 1 careers including Ayrton Senna. For 1985, chassis 005 would then go onto tackle the legendary Bathurst 1000 as part of the factory Jaguar squad. Running the number 9 on the door, Allam and Dickson were on the front row in qualifying and swapping the lead until engine gremlins confined them to the pits. The car would stay out in the southern hemisphere though racing in Japan and New Zealand – making it the last ever TWR XJS to race internationally, and therefore the most developed of them all. The car will be delivered race-ready having just benefitted from a refresh and upgrade to the engine at Moto Historics, with no regard to costs. As one of only 4 genuine TWR XJS Group A cars in existence, chassis 005 will be as welcome at the Goodwood Festival of Speed as it will be at the sharp end of MRL's Historic Touring Car Challenge. It would also be a potential winner in Peter Auto's HTC, and comes with a useful spares package. 1984: Zolder - DNF - Nicholson, Percy (3rd on the grid, water pump failure in race) Mugello - DNF - Percy, Brundle (POLE position, puncture in race) Macau GP – POLE and 1st OVERALL - Walkinshaw (the car was repainted in John Player Special colours for the race) 1985: Bathurst - DNF - Allam, Dickson (2nd on the grid, engine problem in the race) 1986: Fuji - DNF - Walkinshaw, Percy (POLE, oil pressure in race) 1987: Wellington NZ – DNF – Walkinshaw, Percy (diff) Pukekohe NZ – 2nd overall – Percy, Hahne (3rd in Qualifying, 2nd overall in race) Spares include: Dedicated tool box full of specific XJS TWR parts, running equipment. 18 wheels Crate full of engine parts, with the major components to build a spare engine Suspension Propshaft Brakes 105db Exhaust Water-cooled brake assembly 1984 Jaguar XJS TWR Group A Ex-Walkinshaw Percy Brundle Duncan Hamilton Rofgo Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1968 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV

Penned by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone, the 105’s clean and distinctive design is one of the most attractive small coupes of the 1960s and 70s. The 1750 GTV was the first evolution of the original design and benefited from Alfa Romeo’s larger 1779cc engine in addition to many other updates and modifications including to the chassis, suspension and brakes. It made for a much better driving car particularly at higher touring speeds and ensured the cars performance was better than many sports cars of the era. Arguably the ‘1750’ motor is regarded by enthusiasts as the one to have given its combination of power, torque and free revving nature. Externally the 1750 GTV also departed from the earlier cars with a new nose styling incorporating a revised grill with four headlamps. Our example is an early Series 1 model delivered in April 1968 to Pymble NSW, as confirmed by the Certificate of Origin which accompanies the car. It has been in the ownership of known ‘Alfisti’ who have kept it in wonderful order. The current owner acquired the car in 2006 and commenced a restoration in 2009. The car was then completed and registered in 2018 and has covered under 2,000 miles since that time. During the restoration the car underwent a back to metal repaint, extensive mechanical and electrical work. It still presents extremely well to this day. The body is in very good all-round condition with minimal panel work being required once the paint was removed. There are some stone chips and marks on the body due to age, but none are significant. The car had a colour change by its previous owner to red from its original Biancospino but it suits the car well. The interior is in the original Nero. All the stainless steel brightwork is in wonderful order and sets the car off beautifully. The wheels although from a later model 2000 GTV are refurbished and are in perfect condition. The interior is just lovely with everything as it should be. An unmarked steering wheel greets you and the dash and dials are something that just looks perfect to the eye. The dash has been restored at some point and the current dash pad is well made and is a practical addition. The desirable ‘flying buttress’ seats have been reupholstered and are just a lovely feature. The instrument binnacle looks spot on with only a little frosting to the rev counter cover, but this is being picky. The headlining is fresh and perfect to the eye. The timber veneer to the centre console is not original but a good match and is well fitted. The carpets are new and unmarked. Turn the key and the engine fires up to a familiar Alfa growl. Out on the open road this car is just superb. The gearbox is excellent with no issues with the synchro’s. It is accurate, smooth, and quick to work through the gears and using it is quite addictive. The engine is responsive and pulls extremely well benefiting from the carbs being rebuilt and tuned. The engine bay is clean and largely original. The boot is excellent and lined with carpet. These 105’s are great driver’s cars, and we can see why they are so sought after. Freshly restored cars are still fetching well north of $100,000 and this car represents good buying. The car will be serviced and ready to be enjoyed by its new owner. 1968 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV Сlassic Сar Market If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1963 Porsche 356 B Carrera 2 2000 GS

Among the last of those 278 B-Series Carrera 2 GS Coupes produced by Porsche, chassis 122629 was completed at Zuffenhausen on 3 December 1962 and destined for the United States clad in Ivory (6204) over blue leatherette with blue carpets. By 14 December, it had been delivered to John von Neumann’s famous Los Angeles-area Porsche distributorship, Competition Motors, and sold new to its first owner—a Dr. Clifford Earl Easley of Torrance, California. For his part, Dr. Easley is likely to have paid around $7,500 for the privilege of owning an example of Porsche’s most radical, powerful, and expensive production car then available. By 1999, this Carrera 2 had turned up in the care of a noted early 911 and 356 Porschephile from northern New Jersey. Around this time, the car is believed to have been entirely refinished in its factory-correct color combination, although the German square weave carpets were updated to a pleasing gray shade. Different Porsche 356 owners’ registry entries from 2002 and 2003 note 122629’s subsequent condition as “concours, restored.” Additionally, at this time this Carrera 2 GS was updated with an attractive suite of “Deluxe” type improvements including Marchal headlamps and fog lamps, lap belts, an Eberspächer gasoline heater, and wood-rimmed steering wheel. In 2006, it was acquired by another New Jersey-based Porsche enthusiast, and registered with the cheeky historic plate, “4 CAM.” During his nine years of ownership, this Carrera 2 was regularly looked after by the award-winning Porsche specialists at Paterek Brothers, and in 2006 they fitted a complete set of factor-correct, ultra-rare Porsche ATE annular brakes. Observation of 122629’s present equipment shows that it still is powered by the numbers-matching, 2.0-liter, Type 587/1 engine unit as listed on its factory Kardex. At the time of the 2000 GS’ 1962 release, the 547/1 was Porsche’s most radical production version of the Fuhrmann-designed, double-overhead cam, air-cooled, four-cylinder “boxer” engine. Exceptionally compact and power-dense, the 587/1 can propel the 2000 GS Carrera 2 to around 60 mph in only 9.2 seconds and onto a maximum speed just shy of 125 mph. Chassis 122629 was purchased by the White Collection in 2015, and since then has been sparingly enjoyed, though always admired; it has been started and run to operating temperature monthly while in the collection. Its future caretaker could undoubtedly present this car with pride at regional concours d’elegance and marque gatherings. It is accompanied by an owner’s manual and service books, tools, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and a selection of invoices from previous ownership. Sure to bring a smile to the face of any fervent Porsche enthusiast, this handsome Carrera 2 2000 GS Coupe represents a pivotal expression of Zuffenhausen’s famed Carrera nameplate, epitomizing the manufacturer’s continued dedication to building competition-bred performance cars. 1963 Porsche 356 B Carrera 2 2000 GS RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright Among the last of those 278 B-Series Carrera 2 GS Coupes produced by Porsche, chassis 122629 was completed at Zuffenhausen on 3 December 1962 and destined for the United States clad in Ivory (6204) over blue leatherette with blue carpets. • 2000-lotus-esprit-v8

When the Lotus Esprit entered production in 1976, its dramatic wedge shape—draped in Giorgetto Giugiaro-penned “folded paper” styling—was a radical departure from the quirky Europa that it replaced, giving the British sports car manufacturer a welcome exotic edge. The Esprit proved so successful and popular that it was still in production over two decades after its introduction, though it benefited from numerous styling and engineering enhancements over the years. The Esprit’s edges were softened by new bodywork penned by Julian Thompson for the introduction of the Series 4 in 1994. However, the ante was upped further in 1996 with the introduction of the new V8 model. Mounted behind the driver in a midship position was a Lotus-developed Type 918 twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-8 engine—a motor that, with an output of 350 horsepower, answered any concerns drivers may have had about the comparatively underpowered early Esprits. This was mated to a five-speed manual transaxle; in skilled hands, a 4.4-second 0 to 60 mph sprint was achievable, along with a 175-mph top speed. In typical Lotus fashion, this was a car that punched well above its weight. The dashing example on offer is a 2000 Lotus Esprit V8 finished in Azure Blue Metallic over a Magnolia leather interior with blue piping and Beach (honey) carpets. According to the Certificate of Vehicle Provenance on file, just eight Esprits were finished with this color combination for North America in the year 2000. Further aiding this car’s desirability, all V8s received AP Racing brakes with aluminum four-piston calipers for the new millennium, increasing the performance potential of the already-impressive sports car. An optional glass roof panel completes the wonderful specification of this Lotus. Originally delivered new to an individual in North Barrington, Illinois, through Fox Valley Motorcars, the Lotus would remain with its original owner until the selling dealer re-acquired the car in 2019. Not long after, the vehicle received a belt, cooling system, and air conditioning service as shown on an invoice dated to August 2019. In 2021, a set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires were additionally purchased for the car. In preparation for the sale, the engine received fresh oil and a new filter along with a repair to a minor coolant leak. Lastly, an older invoice from 2002 confirms a limited-slip differential was installed and the seller confirms the engine now breathes through a K&N air filter and an aftermarket muffler. A superlative Esprit, this Lotus is accompanied by a window sticker, provenance certificate, a Bill of Sale from 2000, service invoices, owner’s books, and the stock muffler. With fewer than 5,765 miles showing on the odometer at the time of cataloguing, this Lotus Esprit V8 certainly belongs to a select group of immensely well-preserved and sought-after examples. 2000 Lotus Esprit V8 RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1971 Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce

The Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce Coupe was based on a shortened Giulia (105) saloon platform. Penned by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone, the Giulia’s clean and distinctive design is considered to be one of the most attractive small coupes of the 1960s and 70s. Alfa Romeo was one of the first manufacturers to put a powerful engine in a lightweight car for mainstream production, making it a forerunner to todays performance Coupe’s. Powered by Alfa Romeo’s twin cam, all-aluminium, four cylinder 1932cc engine mated to a 5 speed gearbox producing an impressive 132 bhp. This punchy power plant ensured the cars performance was better than many sports cars of the era.
