  • 1957 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce Spider

The Alfa Romeo Giuletta started as a 2+2 coupe dubbed the Giulietta Sprint, introduced at the 1954 Turin Motor Show. A year later, it was joined by the 4-door Berlina and a few months later by the open two-seat Giuletta Spider with bodywork by Pininfarina. A faster version of the Giuletta Spider was also introduced around this time, dubbed the Giuletta Spider Veloce. It featured dual Weber carburetors, hotter cams, a cold-air intake, and higher-compression pistons which combined took the horsepower numbers up to 91 from the 79 hp of the regular Spider. Only 2,796 Spider Veloces were ever produced. It is believed that only 50 Spider Veloces were built between 1956 and 1957, with 37 built in 1957 and a mere 18 in 1956. This particular example, Chassis # AR149502264, was delivered new to Hoffman Motor Car Company in New York on December 17th, 1957 with a Rosso exterior and a black leather interior. This Alfa’s documented history begins ten years ago when it was listed for sale by a broker who found it in a barn in Bethel, Connecticut. Despite sitting for an undetermined number of years, it was an overall solid vehicle with minimal amounts of rust. The current owner and consignor commissioned a full, bare metal restoration of the car that we helped oversee and was finished in September of this year. The body was done by an Alfa specialist in Florida in the original color, while the chrome was handed off to James Abbott, Inc. and DGM Custom Polishing & Finishing of Philadelphia, PA. The engine, transmission, and all corresponding mechanical aspects were fully rebuilt and reconditioned by Proper Noise in Reading, PA. This extensive process left the car looking and running like the day it left the Alfa Romeo factory. It has racked up only 168 miles on the odometer since the completion of the restoration. According to the official Certificate of Origin provided by the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese, Italy, this Spider Veloce is a numbers-matching example with the original 1,300 cc four-cylinder engine still in it. It has original sand-cast Weber carburetors numbered in succession, the correct Marelli generator, a Bosch starter, and the correct badges and decals installed. The correct Marelli starter for the car was just rebuilt and will be included in the sale. Not only is this car an extremely rare example of a beautiful classic Alfa, but its age makes it eligible for The Colorado Grand, Hagerty’s California Mille, and other similar vintage sports car rallies that will allow this car to be enjoyed the way it was meant to be. Both events are extremely exclusive, with The Colorado Grand limiting attendance to sports and sports racing cars manufactured before 1960 while Hagerty’s California Mille is only open to pre-1958 vehicles. Upon purchase, the new owner will receive extensive documentation detailing the car’s restoration process, the Certificate of Origin, factory books and service manuals, as well as the original tool kit, jack, and spare. The Details EXTERIOR Body And Paint This car has undergone a thorough and comprehensive Concours grade restoration which has left the exterior of the car in outstanding condition. The body was taken down to the bare metal, any metal issues were tended to and the car was then beautifully repainted in its original red color. The paint was expertly laid down and remains in outstanding condition, with fantastic color and finish. The body is wonderfully straight and panel gaps are spot-on throughout the car. There are no perceivable cosmetic issues with this car and it would serve wonderfully on the show field. Glass And Trim The side windows appear to be original and are stamped Securit. They do contain some very light scratches which are only perceivable under direct light and close scrutinization. The front windscreen appears to be a replacement unit and has a sticker labeled KAL Laminated. The headlights are clean and tidy with no cosmetic issues, same with the tail lights. The marker lights situated below the headlights appear to be possibly original and show a bit of their age in the finish. The chrome throughout the car was all redone during the restoration and remains in fantastic condition, with perfect shine and finish. Rubber components were also all replaced and remain in perfect condition throughout. Wheels The wheels remain in factory-fresh condition, with perfectly shiny chrome plated centers, smooth painted rims, and center icons that show no issues. The correct Boranni stickers adorn each of the wheels as well. INTERIOR Seats And Surfaces Much like the exterior, the interior of this Veloce Spider was beautifully attended to during restoration. The seats are free of any issues, perfectly stuffed, and with smooth clean seating surfaces and tight stitching. The crinkle finish on top of the dash shows no issues, and the painted front is smooth and colorful. The door cards fit perfectly and the chrome trim throughout the interior is wonderfully done. The correct ribbed mats adorn the floors and the fir walls and fit well with no issues to note. Functionality And Accessories Everything on the relatively spartan interior functions as it would have the day this example left the factory. The doors open and close with ease and the windows wind up and down smoothly. All the gauges appear to read their appropriate functions as intended. The shifter moves smoothly through its range of motion. ENGINE BAY AND TRUNK Engine Bay The engine bay follows the theme of top-tier craftsmanship, with the correct finishes, clamps, and stickers adorning surfaces. Hoses, tubes, and wires are all brand new and remain in fantastic condition. Painted surfaces are smooth and bright. The finish of the block and valve covers is a delightful and clean silver color. Correct Marelli and other components adorn the engine bay throughout leaving this highly correct and ready for the show field. Trunk Area The trunk area is clean and tidy with the correct ribbed black mat adorning the floor and a proper Magneti Marelli battery tucked away on the passenger side. The painted surfaces are smooth and tidy, showing no signs of metal issues beneath. The black rubber seal around the edges of the boot lid is brand new and supple. There is also a Salchi paint decal situated on the back wall of the trunk rounding out the correct nature of the trunk area. Underside The underside of this car is beautifully finished and reflects the careful craftsmanship as well as the scant 168 miles covered since the completion of the restoration. Factory-correct finishes abound with smooth and issue-free painted surfaces throughout. All mechanical components look brand new and show no signs of any issues. Much like the rest of the car, the underside remains highly correct and in show quality condition. MECHANICALS Engine The entire engine and transmission systems were completely rebuilt by the experts at Proper Noise in Reading, PA and it shows in the strong running and driving nature of the car. It fires to life with relative ease and once up to temperature idles smooth and clean. Out on the road it makes excellent linear power with flat spots or stumbles with a glorious and raspy exhaust note emanating from the rear of the car. Transmission The transmission shifts incredibly smoothly, engaging gears with ease. The clutch takeup is spot on and holds power well throughout the rev range. Despite it only having 4 gears, it is still extremely useable, even at modern highway speeds. Brakes And Suspension The braking system feels tight and responsive, bringing the car to a smooth and controlled stop with no issues to note. The suspension is smooth but compliant with no odd road noises or behavior. Truly a joy to drive! Tires The tires are period correct looking and brand new Pirelli Cinturato CA 67 on all four corners. They have but 168 miles on them and remain in excellent condition, with solid side walls and basically new tread. DRIVING EXPERIENCE Light and nimble would be the two best adjectives to describe the driving experience of these early Veloce Spiders. With a relatively spartan, but well-trimmed, interior, it puts the driving experience first and foremost. The power is ample, thanks to the lightweight nature of the car, with a beautifully raspy exhaust note. The turn-in is nimble and the road feel is fantastic. These cars are truly a joy to drive and it's one of the reasons they tend to be utilized so often on vintage rallies and tours. This particular example, being such an early model, means that is eligible for some of the more exclusive events, such as the Colorado Grand and Hagerty California Mille. Thanks to the fastidious restoration, this car would be just as at home motoring through one of these rally events as it would be on any show field in the country. 1957 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce Spider LBI Limited If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1964 Lotus Elan 26R

For Lotus, 1962 was arguably the most important year in the company's history. In a short space of time, they launched the revolutionary 25 Grand Prix, the first true monocoque, and the revolutionary 26 or 'Elan', an equally revolutionary road car. If the 25 won the British company its first Formula One championships, the Elan confirmed the small firm's seriousness as a sports car manufacturer. Lotus founder Colin Chapman could be forgiven for not building a competition version of the Elan. However, this did not stop his customers from taking their production cars to the track. First modifications Although the production car had fabulous handling and low weight, it had to be prepared for the track. Private teams such as Walker Racing and Chequered Flag took up the challenge and made various modifications to the steering and braking. Chapman followed the private efforts with great interest and even allowed his factory drivers to participate. The 1963 and 1964 seasons were very successful, and the cars were driven by the likes of Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart and Sir John Whitmore. As a businessman, Chapman quickly realised that there was a market for a factory-built racing version of the Lotus Elan. Elan 26R Chapman retained all the modifications made by his customers. In addition, the suspension was extensively modified with larger anti-roll bars and adjustable racing booms. The fibreglass body wheel arches were widened to make room for larger wheels and tyres. The Lotus four-cylinder DOHC engine was offered with a Cosworth or BRM tuning package. Interestingly, customers later discovered that the engine worked best with a Cosworth block and a BRM cylinder head. Dubbed the "Elan 26R", the competition car was offered with a Roadster body, roll bar and separate hardtop. Although no two cars were identical, most 26Rs were fitted with streamlined headlights and four-spoke wheels. Success The Elan 26R was fully homologated during the 1964 season. The race car weighed about 600 kg and its 1558 cc engine could produce between 160 and 175 hp depending on the settings. Its closest rival was the Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ, which was very light if a little heavier and also had a powerful 1.6 litre engine. Like David and Goliath, the racing Elan was also capable of matching cars with much larger displacement. While the Ferraris, Aston Martins and Jaguars outpaced the Elan in a straight line, the little Lotus was a match for it in the corners. The Elan was particularly effective on twisty or fast tracks like Goodwood. Lotus never entered the 26R Elan under its own banner. Instead, it supported private teams, notably that of Ian Walker, who had been instrumental in developing the cars in the first place. Walker took his golden Elans all over the UK but also to the rest of Europe. Along with several other teams, the Elans have done nothing but dominate their class. The most successful 26R driver was future Lotus F1 driver John Miles. In 1966 he won the Autosport championship with 15 race victories in a Willment-prepared car. One of his most memorable victories came at Brands Hatch, against a V8-powered Sunbeam Tiger. As his bonnet came off, he was forced to make a pit stop. Once removed, he reeled in the entire field and passed the Sunbeam on the final lap. Today With many cars sold to customers as kits, it is difficult to give an exact figure for the number of Elan 26Rs produced. Most brand experts agree on a figure of 97 cars. Today, the 26R is still very popular with historic racers who sparkle at the wheel of the Elan. Many standard production Elans have since been converted to 26R specification. Our "26R20" car is not only one of the few original 26Rs from the period, it's also one of the 3 cars converted by Shapecraft in 1964. The Shapecraft conversion involved the use of an aluminum "Fastback" hardtop riveted and bonded to the Elan's body. The conversion was ordered and sold by Surbiton Motors Limited, a Lotus dealer and Jack Brabham's agent. The owner, Barry Wood, was a private driver who raced the Elan in competition. SURBITON Motors was a small operation, with just three employees: Barry WOOD the driver-manager, a salesman, and Mr Chris BURTON as mechanic. In 1963, Barry WOOD bought an Elan S1 from Lotus. He prepared this car by modifying its front end and adding a profiled fixed roof of his own design, which he had made at SHAPECRAFT, a companý based in TOLWORTH, SURREY, specializing in aluminum work for the aerospace industry. These modifications were carried out by hand, directly on the car, making it the prototype of the future car. WOOD persuaded SHAPECRAFT to make a mold for future production. By 1963, Surbiton Motors had entered the car in several races. Barry finally decided to market only the fixed-roof concept. He exhibited the car on stand 33, at the Racing Car Show organized by the British Racing & Sports Car Club at the West Hall Olympiad in London from January 22nd to February 1st 1964. It was at the Racing Car Show that Lotus Components Ltd exhibited, on stand 19, the Racing version of the Elan under the name 26R. Barry WOOD immediately ordered a 26R at the show, and persuaded his friend Les ARNOLD to do the same. ARNOLD receives the 26R4 on April 14, 1964. The 26R20 is delivered to WOOD on June 2, 1964. Both cars will be identically modified by SHAPECRAFT, with the profiled aluminum roof, rear ventilation and side windowś, but they will keep the original front nose. A third car, the 26R7, will be made for Dick CROSSFIELD, without the side windowś. These three cars were the only ones produced by SHAPECRAFT for Surbiton Motors. The 26R20 was in the hands of Barry Wood for the 1964 season. At the end of that season, the car was sold to Steve Thompson, "opposite Lock Club", who would continue to enter the fast Shapecraft in British races. Throughout its life, the 26R20 will always be kept racing, to enjoy a new, busy career in historic racing. From 1981 to 2011, the 26R20 is owned by Tony Thompson, the great Lotus Elan guru and driver. Our Lotus will continue its sporting destiny, under the care and expertise of Tony Thompson Racing. In 2011, it changes hands and becomes the property of several French collectors, before joining the stable of Georges Verquin, amateur driver and regular participant in Peter Auto races. Once again, George successfully entered his rare shapecraft in numerous races in Europe: Spa, Porto, Le Mans Classic... At this time, it was the talented Philip Harper who took a closer look at the 26R20's racy mechanics. In 2021, through Historic Car, the car joined an important collection of Lotus cars from Northern Europe. Today, the car is offered with numerous parts, its HTP valid until 1931 and complete documentation going back a long way in the car's history. The car is deliver with a lovely spare parts package. Ready to race, it has recently benefited from a thorough overhaul (New paint / new gearbox, new brakes...). The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright For Lotus, 1962 was arguably the most important year in the company's history. There are many peaks in the life story of the Porsche 911. One of them refers to the car we are now proudly offering you: the 911 Turbo! This car was introduced to the public in 1974. The Turbo could clearly be recognised by its huge rear spoiler and the widened body. The first generation of this model, 3.0 litre/260 hp, is seen as the "Ur-Turbo" by many enthusiasts and collectors and is the most sought after example. The car at hand belongs this generation. On 30 June 1976, 9306700652 was registered with its first owner, Mr Schneider from Lübeck, Germany. A copy of the "Fahrzeugbrief" (a vehicle registration certificate) has been preserved. The amount of documentation that comes with the car maps the car's entire life journey. In 1985, the car switched ownership. The new owner, Steve Less from the USA, used the car sparingly. In fact, from 1986 to 1997, the car had no use at all. Then the car came into the hands of Mr J. Kupczyk, who was also based in the USA. He took well care of the car as borne out by the numerous invoice. In 2013, with a mileage of 41,723 km, the car returned to its country of origin. The new owner, Mr P. Scherer, ordered a very extensive technical revision. He invested tens of thousands of euros in the car. The extensive valuation report that was drawn up at the end of 2013 gave 9306700652 a "note 1" appreciation in all categories. In 2016, the car came to the Netherlands. An exceptionally beautiful car, but the engine had some issues. Given the car's excellent state, and its rich history, it was decided to embark on a complete overhaul of the engine. The invoice totalling 26,000 euros shows the work done in great detail. After this revision, the car covered only 500 km, and it will require some patience before the car's power can be fully put to use again. What we have to offer: A first generation, iconic "Ur 911 Turbo", certified by Porsche AG, fully matching (VIN, engine number, gear box, colour, interior) and fitted with a sliding roof. The lying parts were repainted, the other parts still have their original coating. The interior of the car has not been touched. The original manual and a wealth of invoices and documents describing the life of this spectacular car have been preserved. • 1968 Ferrari 208 GTS Turbo Intercooler

In everyday life we often find that we should recalibrate our quality standards. Especially with vehicles from the 70s, 80s and 90s we are becoming more and more picky and looking for the famous "fly in the ointment". Unfortunately, we are increasingly reaching limits that either the manufacturer in question never reached when assembling the new car, or that the conscientious restorer could not improve despite all his care. This applies to both normal bread-and-butter cars that were never made to meet high standards, but also to luxury brands such as Ferrari, which, due to their intended future use, were notoriously never able to achieve the stoic suitability of a Porsche, BMW or other rivals. When, for example, have you seen a bright red Ferrari with winter tires and skis on the roof - driven boldly - driving up a snowy pass in the Dolomites? Or in a traffic jam during rush hour in the autumn rain? In the vast majority of cases, these thoroughbred Italian sports cars were driven under the very best conditions from the very first kilometer, never on salt roads in winter, never in the stress of everyday life. Most of the time, all inspections were carried out on time, because even in the regulars' table, it was becoming more and more common to hear that, for example, a neglected timing belt could result in a horrendously expensive engine overhaul that would hit any wallet hard. However, since practically all Ferraris from these years had a remarkable market development, these striking representatives of what is probably the world's most famous sports car manufacturer are more often stroked than driven. This may protect them visually, but from a technical point of view, these precious cars are often not doing themselves any favors. In addition to the regular exercise of such hot-blooded cars, regular maintenance is also important so that these automobiles convey to us all what makes them special - tamed racing cars with precision mechanics that are as fascinating as they are delicate, revving multi-cylinder high-performance engines, open gearshifts with gears that click into place like a signal box... You all know what I mean. Ferrari is pure fascination and a purely emotional, irrational matter of the heart. The global fan community is therefore committed to it, cheers for their brand at every Formula 1 race and celebrates every new model that is introduced accordingly. Enough chatting, now to our red, 8-cylinder highlight with a tiny 2000 cc displacement. Maybe we should start with this: Despite - or perhaps because of - the exceptionally well-preserved condition, an incredible € 57,000.00 was invested in this example over the last 11 years so that it would not be exposed when assessed by classicData specialists: result grade 1-, market value € 125,000. The reader should not draw hasty, completely wrong conclusions from this. This is by no means a particularly trouble-prone Monday car, but rather the case of 2 previous owners who wanted to turn one of the best-preserved examples of the 208 GTS turbo into probably the best one available. In our view, they succeeded, even if we don't know all of them on the market. What we can do, however, is to get a precise picture of the vehicle in front of us: the more we deal with this complex sports car, the more we realize that there is simply nothing left to improve on this Ferrari. After all, despite its extremely low total mileage, this vehicle is fast approaching 40 years of age. People tend to use the mileage of such a car as a key parameter of its current condition. In our view, however, the time factor is the far more important point. All of the components that make up such a vehicle are not designed and developed to last for decades. For example, every seal, regardless of material and quality, ages, becomes brittle, hard and therefore leaks. It doesn't matter whether it got old while standing or driving during this aging process. It just gets old... and the same goes for joints, cable sheaths, switches and many other components. Every car manufacturer wants to sell cars, both today and in many decades to come, which is why they build solid (not to be confused with immortal!) cars in the best case scenario, which age over the course of their use and will therefore be replaced at some point. So if a Ferrari is almost 40 years old in front of us, it has basically already had 2-3 car lives behind it. Accordingly, the expectations and demands should be placed on the original abilities - an older gentleman should no longer be forced to perform at his best... 1968 Ferrari 208 GTS Turbo Intercooler DLS Automobile If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright In everyday life we often find that we should recalibrate our quality standards. • 1964 Shelby Cobra 289 1

Of all the great 1960s sports cars, few are as influential or as infamous as the legendary Shelby Cobra. A fortunate partnership between AC and their lightweight British sports car and Le Mans-winning driver Carroll Shelby resulted in the latest Ford lightweight V-8 sitting in the European fettled chassis of the Ace. The result of this transplant contributed enormously to Ford’s motorsport dominance of International Sports Car racing during the late 1960s. European chassis dynamics partnered with the power of the new V-8 meant that in competition trim, Cobras achieved an impressive record. The 260ci (4.2-litre) prototype first ran in January 1962, with production commencing later that year. Exclusively for the USA initially, Cobras - minus engines - were sent from England to be finished off by Shelby in California, and it was not until late in 1963 that AC Cars in Thames Ditton got around to building the first fully finished cars to European specification. After 75 cars had been built, the 289ci (4.7-litre) unit was standardised in 1963. Rack-and-pinion steering was the next major up-date; then in 1965 a new, stronger, coil-suspended chassis was introduced to accommodate Ford's 427ci (7.0-litre) V8, an engine that in race trim was capable of producing well in excess of 400bhp. Wider bodywork, extended wheelarch flares and a bigger radiator intake combined to create the definitive - and much copied - Cobra 427 look. This example was billed to Shelby American on the 14th May 1964 and shipped to the USA just twelve days later aboard the SS Diemerdyk, the first Holland America Line ship to be built after the war. The car was optioned new in Rouge Iris over Beige with the Class A accessories pack. The Class 'A' Accessories package added five chrome wire wheels, white wall tyres, luggage rack, outside rear-view mirror, an AM-FM radio, and antifreeze, and the car when new, totalled $5,800.05. It was supplied new by Shelby American to the Ford Motor Company in Michigan to used for sales promotion and PR. It would return to Shelby American in early 1965 at 5,177 miles to be prepared for sale. The car received a mechanical overhaul and a full repaint for an invoice totalling $720. These works took place over the course of a couple of months and the car was ready for its new owner in May 1965. Shelby American sold the car to Hi-Performance Motors in Los Angeles, less the hard top and wire wheels for just $1,000 less than list price. Hi-Performance would sell the car to Roger Moon of Paso Robles, a town halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The car would pass through Moon, to Ralph Bouchett and in the mid-1970s, to Tim Zurbriggen. It had been painted black and 5-spoke American Racing wheels were fitted. In 1979, the car was placed into storage. In 1983, the car was purchased by William ‘Billy’ & Christine Kincheloe of California. A comprehensive restoration of the car would take 9 years, the restoration would be carried out by Mike McCluskey of McCluskey Ltd. Having worked alongside Carroll Shelby restoring Cobras at the age of just 20, McCluskey would become the go-to name for their restoration in the USA and, despite originally parting ways with Shelby himself to set up his own business, it would be McCluskey Ltd whom Carroll Shelby would contact personally and task with the building of continuation Cobras in 1989. The restoration took time and no doubt the cost of the process played a role in slow progress. The Kincheloe’s were huge fans of the Cobra and American motorsport. Billy’s father had raced an Austin Healey 100/6 in the D-Class World Championship in 1960 and without doubt his passion and fastidious attention to detail would be passed down to the family line. The Kincheloe’s were immensely active socially in the Shelby American Automobile Club and the accompanying history file features a wealth of stickers, invitations, memorabilia, trophies and photographs from their time with the car. From when the car was completed in 1993 to when he parted ways with the Cobra in 2015, Billy kept a detailed logbook of each of his drives. This logbook accurately helps to date the wealth of photos and includes wonderful anecdotes and tales from his ownership. Billy and Christine affectionately named the Cobra ‘Ellen’. 03.01.1993 – Car arrives home after 10 yr rebuild - It rains for 13 consecutive days; the most rain LA’s had in 7 yrs! 21.01.1993 – Take car out for a small ride (to Prezzo to show off) 23.01.1993 – 2nd Ride …loads up, loves the freeway (3 miles) HAULS ASS- whew! – X H I L E R A T I N G!!! The logbook documents mileage, servicing and visits to events including the 1995 Ford Motor Company Mustang fantasy, where Billy proudly parked the Cobra alongside an attending guest: a P-51 Mustang. A further chance encounter in 1996 at Willow Springs saw the Cobra help introduce the Kincheloe’s to an active Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force. 12.05.1996 – PS Met Lt/Col Bozek – HE FLIES THE SR71 @ Edwards. Invited me to come see ‘The Bird’ – a dream come true. Fortunately for us all, Billy took the Cobra to visit 'The Bird' and a wonderful photo was taken of the pair together. The last entry to the log notes the sale of the Cobra in 2016 to Marc Devis in Belgium. ‘A new adventure awaits, history continues, ‘Ellen’, thanks for the ride’. Shortly after its arrival in Belgium the car was sold to its current owner in the UK. Since 2016, this Cobra has been used sparingly covering just 500 miles since its arrival. Service work has been seen to by Steve Gilbey Classics, and the car will be inspected by our workshops as part of the sale. This fantastic Cobra is available to view at our showrooms outside London immediately, ready to be used and enjoyed by its next custodian. 1964 Shelby Cobra 289 D.K. Other Cars from D.K. • 1970-mercedes-benz-280-se

Widely regarded as one of the finest post-war grand tourers, the Mercedes-Benz 280 SE 3.5 Coupé combined timeless Paul Bracq styling with the marque’s first new-generation V8 engine. Built for less than two years, with just 3,270 examples produced, it represents the pinnacle of hand-built Mercedes craftsmanship. This example was delivered new in Germany in July 1970 and remained there for much of its life, including long-term single-family ownership. Between 2018 and 2020, it underwent a no-expense-spared, bare-shell restoration to concours standards. The body was stripped, repaired, and refinished in an elegant period-correct metallic hue, complemented by renewed chrome, replated brightwork, and refinished fastenings. Inside, the cabin was retrimmed in high-quality materials, with restored veneers and instruments presenting as new. Mechanically, the car is equally impressive. Its 3.5-litre V8 was overhauled by respected Mercedes specialist Peter Finkemeyer, with a complete rebuild including pistons, bearings, gaskets, and valve seats. Suspension, steering, braking, and fuel systems were all rebuilt, while the gearbox and rear axle were serviced and resealed. The result is a car that not only looks spectacular but also drives with the refinement and vigor expected of a freshly delivered 280 SE 3.5. Imported to the UK in 2021, the car has since been kept in a climate-controlled storage bubble, professionally detailed, and protected with Topaz Paint Protection Film under a 10-year warranty. Today, it presents in near-concours condition, with immaculate panel fit, flawless paintwork, and spotless underbody. 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1970 Jensen Interceptor II

As one of only 1’128 examples of the series built, this Jensen, with the Chassis Nr. 125 5195 was built towards the end of the 1970ies and delivered to Switzerland. The Interceptor was sold by Edgar Schwyn and was first registered in the Canton Ticino in January 1971. The first owner had the lovely coupé repainted from its original reef blue to the actual marine blue. At around 1974/5 the Jensen was sold to its second owner who kept the car until 2007. In the September of that year the Brit in Italian clothing arrived with its third and so far last owner. He drove the car over the last ten years for around 28’500 kilometres and the 68’500 kilometres shown would indicate a total mileage of 168’500 kilometres. In the last years a stainless-steel exhaust system was installed, the camshaft and all hydraulic valve lifters were replaced, the air conditioning system received a new compressor and was converted to R134, the steering box was overhauled, a new carburettor was installed and the brake servo as well as the brake master cylinder were overhauled as well. All receipts for maintenance and revision work since 2007 are available. The Interceptor is in technically good to very good condition as is the coachwork which, together with the original interior show age correct signs of use. The last Veteran MOT was completed in May 2020. 1970 Jensen Interceptor II Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright As one of only 1’128 examples of the series built, this Jensen, with the Chassis Nr.
