  • 1991-ferrari-348tb-zagato-elaborazione

This particular example, Chassis # ZFFKA35B000090069 started life as a Ferrari 348 TB sold by Charles Pozzi Ferrari in Paris on June 24, 1991 to a Monsieur Dominique Bouhours of Neuilly Sur Seine, just outside of Paris. The original order on file shows it was finished in Rosso Corsa 300/9 over a Beige interior. Optional equipment included a radio and a factory alarm. The total price was ₣670,600.00 or apx. $140,000. The first owner took delivery two days after it arrived at the dealership, and in short order sold it to its second owner a week later on July 3, 1991. The second owner promptly contracted Zagato to transform the 348 TB into a Zagato Elaborazione, which had just been revealed that same year at the Geneva Motor Show. The cost of the conversion was 250,000,000 Italian lire, or around $140,179. This Zagato Elaborazione notably features the smooth bumper with a single intake and the Sports seats. The exact details of the conversion and correspondence can be found in the “View Documents” section above. This 348 was then registered in Paris on April 23, 1993, as a “348 Zagato,” and was subsequently serviced at the Charles Pozzi Ferrari dealership. Documents note an odometer replacement on July 1, 1996, at 4,034 km (2506.61 mi). Current mileage shows around 3,174 km (1972.23 mi), bringing the total mileage today to around 7,208 km (4478.84 mi). We see occasional service and other receipts relevant to the vehicle up until about 2000/2001. Referencing the registration and insurance stickers on the windscreen and available records, it is believed from this point until late 2024 the car remained dormant in a parking garage in Paris. Until LBI’s discovery and purchase, bringing it stateside as likely one of the only examples in the US. This 348 retains all of the Zagato modifications as well as its original drivetrain. The body is finished in the same Rosso Corsa 300/9 color as delivered, while the interior was refinished in black at the time of conversion. Only ten of these coachbuilt Zagato masterpieces exist, and it is believed that only three or four were finished in Rosso Corsa. The low mileage, limited ownership, high marques of originality, detailed records and accessories suggest that this Zagato bodied Ferrari checks all the boxes for the serious collector. Its rarity and importance cannot be overstated. Upon purchase, the owner will receive all of the original Ferrari documents, the original owner’s booklets, multiple sets of keys, tool kit, the Zagato invoices and paperwork, the Zagato tool used to remove the center caps of the OZ wheels, and the Zagato car cover. 1991 Ferrari 348TB Zagato Elaborazione LBI Limited If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1962-jaguar-e-type-38-series-1

The Jaguar E-type was a performance landmark during the 1960s and even a standard car still feels fast today. This particular example, however, has been beautifully upgraded throughout and now offers an even more impressive driving experience. The Heritage Certificate in the history file confirms that chassis number 886653 was built at the Browns Lane factory on 21 August 1962. It was then dispatched on 30 August to Jaguar’s Swedish distributor, Fredlund in Stockholm, finished in Carmen Red with a Beige interior. More recently, the E-type returned to the UK in need of a complete restoration. Its owner commissioned a rebuild that would turn it into a comfortable, reliable and fast long-distance tourer, and its huge specification is testament to how every detail was considered. Having been completely stripped down, it was converted to right-hand drive and gained alloy doors, boot panel and bonnet. New rear wheelarches were fabricated that were wider than standard, in order to cover the more substantial 245/60 rear tyres. At the front, 225/65 tyres were specified, and all round the E-type now sports split-rim alloy wheels in the style of the famous Dunlop rims used by Jaguar during the 1950s and ’60s. Extended louvres were let into the aluminium bonnet in order to improve cooling, and work in tandem with an alloy radiator, electric cooling fan and a high-flow water pump. It’s running on fuel injection with Jenvey throttle bodies, with a tubular stainless-steel exhaust manifold, an upgraded alternator and electronic ignition. A spin-off oil filter has been fitted, too. The braking system features four-pot calipers front and rear, with Aeroquip hoses, while the standard gearbox has been replaced with a five-speed unit – a popular E-type upgrade. An alloy fuel tank was installed, while the suspension is adjustable and a rear anti-roll bar has been fitted. The quality of the interior matches the specification elsewhere. Upgraded seats have been installed, along with a DAB radio and a smaller wood-rimmed steering wheel. The windscreen is heated and LED lighting was fitted. The finishing touch was a stunning respray in the modern Jaguar shade of Portofino Blue, and this spectacular E-type is being offered for sale with a photographic record of its painstaking build. It comes with a car cover and represents a brilliantly individual take on this ever-popular classic. 1962 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Series 1 The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1952-alfa-romeo-1900c-sprint-touring

A Stunningly Restored Example of the Series I 1900, Arguably the Most Beautiful and Finely Detailed of the Touring Bodied 1900s. In 1950 when Alfa Romeo launched their all-new unit bodied 1900 series, unprecedented demand for the innovative and stylish car immediately propelled Alfa Romeo into larger more profitable markets. The 1900 platform was versatile and technically sophisticated. Many of the finest Italian coachbuilders were immediately consulted to design and construct bodies for the 1900. This important move allowed a key transition from traditional body on frame coachbuilding, ultimately extending the viability of coachbuilt artistry as the auto industry evolved. The resultant range of stunning special body configurations made the 1900 one of the leading platforms among European coachbuilders of the 1950’s. Among the most desirable and arguable the most elegant of the coachbuilt 1900s is the Touring bodied 1900C. Touring Carrozeria’s patented Superleggera (super lightweight) construction employed specifically on the 1900, utilized a formed steel sub-frame, cleverly enveloped by a lightweight aluminum skin. In the Touring design, the classically inspired coupe utilized a clean and fluid lower body accented only by crisp raised character lines exquisitely formed into the alloy body. The delicately constructed upper body was only lightly garnished by trim and beautifully proportioned glass. This simple elegance had an even sportier touch when offered in the shorter 2,500mm wheelbase, as the 1900C Sprint. The Sprints performed exceptionally well in competition, delivering multiple wins in competition throughout the world. This lovely Touring Superleggera Coupe is from the first-series of production, which was manufactured from 1951 to 1953 by Carrozzeria Touring. Among the evolution of this series, the most desirable is the earliest of the four sequenced body designs due to the low roof, smaller rear window, fluid canopy design, recessed door handles, and prettier grille brows, all of which embody the finest of the original design details and handmade alloy coachwork. This particular car was completed in early 1952 and is known to have spent time in Italy and later in Germany. A Dutch Alfa Romeo collector is also reported to have owned the car for more than 20 years before selling it to Paolo Stallone, an Italian living in South Germany. The current owner purchased the car from Stallone in 2012. After his purchase, the current owner reviewed the condition of the car and decided to embark on a complete restoration. The car was placed in the care of experts at Laboratorio Lopane in Italy who are renown throughout the world for Alfa Romeo restorations, particularly for their specialization in alloy body panels. During this time, it was revealed that a steel nose had been constructed for the front of the car. The decision was made to then strip the car completely, and fit a new alloy nose to the body using original Touring specifications. At the same time, the body was placed on a rotisserie fixture allowing for comprehensive alloy work, metal work as needed, and careful restoration of the original body. As work grew, it became clear that a total restoration was the only proper way to honor such an important car. Four years later, the car emerged from restoration including a beautifully finished interior from Maili in Milano, with mechanical and electrical work performed by Metzemacher of Koln, Germany. Restoration work was documented with detailed photos and invoices. Approximately $200,000 was spent on the restoration with the goal of achieving not only a high quality finish, but also a cohesive and elegant presentation that properly represents the refined craftsmanship and elegant design of the original. Today, this elegant Alfa Romeo 1900C presents in superb condition, with beautifully finished deep red paint, applied with consistent coverage and excellent final polish. The lustrous and deep color reveals the signature Touring crisp wheel opening lines, rocker scallop, and taut upper canopy with rich glints of reflective elegance. This is perfectly offset by a masculine and purposeful stance courtesy of Borrani wide alloy wire wheels, which wear Pirelli Cinturato tires and are accented by chrome-plated dual-ear knock-offs handsomely scripted with the Alfa Romeo name. The wire wheels encase full-diameter alloy drum brake castings, giving the car a competition flavor, befitting the Sprint designation. The minimal chrome trim surrounding the Carello headlamps is perfectly formed and polished, while the glass accessory lights, and teardrop door handles are beautifully fit to the body. Even the proper spiral-metal rear glass gasket recesses elegantly into the rubber surround, nearly vanishing against the deep red body color. The Touring Superleggera coachwork badges, Alfa Romeo emblems, and supporting grille and side vent trim are exceptional pieces of automotive jewelry, accenting perfectly the darker body color. Often presented without bumpers to spoil the stunning elegance of the Touring design, this car is no exception, and is all the more elegant with its clean and unadulterated form. Every element of this car has been wonderfully composed with beautiful finishes and exceptional detailing evident from every view. The remarkable two-tone interior is simply breathtaking, presented in contrasting tan leather with beige cloth inserts, the softer materials across the hinged bench seats create a comforting feel, while the body colored dash and full instrumentation convey the sporting spirit. The dashboard and accompanying instruments are beautifully restored and wonderfully laid out displaying gorgeous Italian flair in design, accented by the polished aluminum and lacquered wood Nardi steering wheel. The instruments are clear, beautifully colored, and surrounded by crisp polished trim surrounding both the large and small faces with excellent visual results. Further details throughout the interior include a Touring Coachbuilders emblem embossed on the driver’s side rubber floor mat, beautifully detailed interior door handles and window cranks, and elegant wool broadcloth headliner. Overall, the interior exhibits the same excellence and attention to craftsmanship of the exterior. The engine compartment has also been comprehensively restored using correct factory finishes, correct hardware and fasteners, and proper wiring, all of which are brought together with mechanical refinement and aesthetic harmony. The textured black castings are uniformly finished with attention to detail and authenticity in every respect. The engine compartment is trimmed with engine turned aluminum, set off by the twin Solex carburetors and short flared polished intake trumpets. Proper textured finishes and correct details also support the mechanical sorting that has been done since the restoration was completed. The trunk is finished with an alloy Borrani spare wheel and Michelin tire nestled into the formed tub, while the floor is covered with a correct fluted form-fitting rubber mat. The underside of the car has been restored with the same attention to detail and authenticity afforded to the exterior. Finishes are properly executed yet not taken to the level of fussiness that would restrain one from enjoyably using the car. The floor is structurally sound, properly finished, and representative of proper restoration performed by expert practitioners with reverence toward authenticity and artistry. On the road, this 1900C Sprint delivers a delightful driving experience. Originally designed for touring, the 1900 was remarkably well balanced for a wide range of rural and urban roads, which still holds true today. The exceptional restoration performed on this car delivers not only enjoyable spirited Italian performance, further enhanced by the added horsepower of the twin-carb Sprint option, but also exemplary coachbuilt beauty and elegance. The column shift gearbox is a wonderful invitation to vintage sojourns, turning even casual drives into engaging journeys to the past. Of particular note is the ease and joy of the roomy interior, the engaging twin cam engine sounds, and the stability of highway cruising. Driver and passenger are comfortable and can engage in conversation, while easily accessing any stowed items in the rear bench area. For vintage touring and contemporary driving, the 1900C combines a satisfying balance of charm and performance in a vintage car. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright A Stunningly Restored Example of the Series I 1900, Arguably the Most Beautiful and Finely Detailed of the Touring Bodied 1900s. • 1962 Aston Martin DB4

This beautifully presented Aston Martin DB4 Series IV was rebuilt to full GT specification by marque specialist Goldsmith & Young, since when it has been maintained regardless of cost. Chassis number DB4/813/R was first registered on 10 February 1962, with the same number that it still wears today – SGR 404. Finished in Black Pearl with red trim, it was sold new to Levey’s Wallpaper Stores Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne. In February 1964, it was acquired by a new owner who was based in London, and the original log book records its ownership history up to the early 1970s. Its conversion to GT specification was carried out during 2011-12, and involved far more than just upgrading the mechanical components. The car was shortened by five inches to match the dimensions of the GT, and the boot floor was changed to GT spec, with the spare wheel mounted over a 100-litre polished-aluminium fuel tank. The six-cylinder engine was initially bored out to 4.2 litres and fitted with a twin-plug cylinder head. The twin Lucas DMBZ6A distributors were converted to Lumenition electronic ignition with original copper-core HT leads, and triple Weber 45 DCOE carburettors were fitted. A remote oil-filter conversion was added, plus a full-flow oil cooler with braided hoses. More engine work was then carried out by RS Williams in late 2022. The extensive rebuild involved taking the capacity up to 4.7 litres, and a dyno test showed that it was producing 349bhp at 5500rpm and 379lb ft of torque at 4000rpm. It drives through a David Brown four-speed synchromesh gearbox. Considerable thought was given to chassis modifications. Koni SP2 front dampers were fitted, while a telescopic conversion was carried out at the rear. In order to reduce body roll while cornering, the rear roll centre was altered via a lower Watt link centre pivot, and an upgraded anti-roll bar was fitted at the front. Solid steering-rack mounts were also specified. The braking system benefits from Girling four-pot calipers front and rear, and there’s a GT-spec twin master cylinder pedal box, with bias bar. Inside, there are Ridgard RS4 racing seats with Securon four-point harnesses, plus mounting points so that a six-point cage could be installed. A Stack electronic tacho has replaced the original mechanical unit, there’s a mohair headlining, and a battery isolator switch has been added. Now presented in Light Grey with red leather interior, the DB4 has been de-bumpered and the mounting holes deleted. Lightweight polycarbonate rear quarter-windows and rear screen have been installed, although the owner decided to retain framed glass windows for the doors, he specified period correct lightweight polycarbonate rear quarter-windows and screen along with 16in chrome wire wheels to be fitted. Having been used sparingly since its restoration, this Aston Martin DB4 is offered for sale in exceptional condition and with an extensive history file that includes its original build sheet and service record, plus a photographic record of its rebuild. The painstaking way in which it was converted to GT specification is apparent in every detail, and the result is a superb example of this highly sought-after British sports car. 1962 Aston Martin DB4 The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1983-lancia-037

This 1983 Lancia 037 started life as a “Stradale” road car, which was converted into a test mule/reconnaissance car for the Group B car campaigned by the French Lancia importer André Chardonnet. During the 1983 and 1984 rally seasons, team Chardonnet utilized this car for demonstrations, development, and pre-runs. The car was painted in the same blue and white livery as the race car, with Pioneer stereo and Total fuel as the primary sponsors. Sitting on its multi-piece Speedline wheels, the car looks every bit a rally car, but can be driven without a team of mechanics to get it set up for you. On the inside, the racecar specification continues with two-tone black and blue OMP race seats featuring 5-point harnesses, and the interior is devoid of carpet. The door cards are simply pieces of sheet metal with mesh door pockets as your primary in-cabin storage. When you climb over the roll cage’s doorbar, into the driver’s seat, you are met by an almost entirely standard “Stradale” dashboard, including a 10,000 RPM tachometer with the redline at 7,000 and a 260 km/h speedometer, which sits behind a 3-spoke Momo steering wheel. A host of other gauges are laid out to the right, including temperature, fuel level, and boost pressure. In the center console, one of the few concessions to comfort – power window switches. Powering the 037 is a 2.0-liter DOHC inline-4 with a Roots-Style supercharger breathing through a mechanical fuel injection system. The engine was based on that found in the Fiat-Abarth 131 rally car but with the addition of forced induction, and reportedly produced around 280 horsepower in stock form. This engine was recently rebuilt along with the 5-speed ZF transaxle, ensuring that it is in optimal running and driving condition. The exact modifications made to this car by Team Chardonnet aren’t known, but from behind the wheel, the car feels sharper and significantly faster than a regular Stradale. Although this was not the car campaigned by Chardonnet, the team’s competition 037 was destroyed and no longer exists. That makes this example a real piece of history and a real artifact from the Group B era that you can drive and enjoy. With its legendary team association, recent mechanical reconditioning, and the fact that this is about as close as you can get to driving a Group B car without a full-time mechanic helping run it, this 037 represents a rare opportunity for rallying enthusiasts everywhere. 1983 Lancia 037 ISSIMI, Inc If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1961 ASTON MARTIN DB4 GT ZAGATO

Ex-Sir Max Aitken, Bobby Buchanan-Michaelson, Victor Gauntlett. Ordered new by the Honourable Sir Max Aitken, 2nd Baron Beaverbrook (Canadian-British fighter pilot and flying ace of the Second World War, powerboat racer, and owner of the Daily Express Newspaper Group) in Goodwood Green and delivered in full DB4 GT specifications in 1961 - registering the car '418 UPE'. Aitken enjoyed his DB4 GT for over five years, before selling to Bobby Buchanan-Michaelson in 1967, who registered the car 'X 111'. He returned chassis 148 to the Aston Factory to have the bodywork modified to his unique specification, adjusting the rear to resemble the lines of a DB6 amongst other changes. The Aston Martin factory officially classified the car as DB4GT/0148/R “DB GT Special” – a unique classification, never given to another DB4 or DB4 GT. Having remained in that form for some 30 years, it was eventually time for a restoration - with Richard Williams the obvious choice. Whilst at RSW it was decided that the car should be sent to Zagato in Italy to have a genuine body DB4 GT Zagato fitted. There are only two genuine DB4 GT’s that have ever been rebodied by the Zagato factory in Italy – chassis DB4 GT 0147/R (ex-Jackie Stewart racer) and DB4 GT 0148/R. By chance they were the two cars built next to each other at the factory. Today the car has been returned to its stunning original 1961 colour of Goodwood Green with black leather, and retains its original matching engine and is in exacting DB4 GT Zagato specification throughout. Naturally, it is near perfection on the road - light and nimble handling combined with a lively and torquey semi-competition specification engine. The fantastic history files contain a huge amount of documentation to support this very special car and its unique and continuous history. 1961 ASTON MARTIN DB4 GT ZAGATO Duncan Hamilton Rofgo Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. A Corvette without the typical plastic that we usually complain about – even when it's just a lunchbox – and a Corvette that was born without a V8. It all began in 1953 at the Motorama Show in New York, where the first C1 was revealed to the public. Little did they know… a legend was born. That legendary status took a while, though. In its first two years, the Corvette was equipped with a 150 hp inline-six and a 2-speed automatic – a “sports car” in name, but not in pace. Fortunately, the chassis was soon reworked, and less than two years later, there was room for a proper 4.3-liter V8. Ours? Born in 1957 — fitted with a 4.6-liter V8 with fuel injection. Almost double the horsepower. Add in the manual gearbox and… Do. We. Need. To. Say. More. This particular car comes from a rather special home — the Bouvrie Collection, where it stood alongside four other icons to represent what Jan Bouvrie described as “the most beautiful classics ever made.” The Ferrari Dino, the Jaguar E-Type S1 OTS, the Volvo P1800 S, the Porsche 356 Speedster… and this Chevrolet Corvette C1. We fully agree with the Dutch design legend's impeccable taste. Fun fact: everything in Jan’s world was white — except his classics. Those had to be black. Our ‘Fuelie’ underwent a full restoration in the Netherlands some years ago and, most recently, a complete mechanical overhaul by the specialists at Vintech. All invoices are present. She’s now truly ready to deliver many more smiles per litre. A high-gloss black muscle car, with bright red leather interior and a manual gearbox. Miracles aren’t really our thing — but we’re pretty sure we can come to an arrangement. 1959 Chevrolet Corvette C1 'Fuel Injection' Cool Classic Club If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. History and Background Car Cave first discovered this Renault 5 GT Turbo in October 2019 in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. At the time, it was in the care of a Renault specialist who had overseen a major restoration in 2013. We fell in love, purchased it, and drove it back to our shop in Zonhoven, Belgium. Once it landed in the U.S., the Renault was sold to a buyer in New Jersey on May 15, 2020. In 2022, the next owner—Arman of Long Island—contacted us for history. We told him when the day came to sell, give us a call. That day arrived, and this GT Turbo masterpiece is back in the Cave after extensive in-house work and ready for its next caretaker. Renault 5 GT Turbo Overview Known in Europe as the Supercinq (“Super Five”), the Renault 5 GT Turbo was introduced in February 1985. It featured the legendary 1397cc Cleon-Fonte 8-valve engine, paired with an air-cooled Garrett T2 turbocharger. With only 1,874 lbs to move, its 113 hp gave an impressive 0–60 mph time of about 7.5 seconds—far outpacing the 46 hp base model, which took 15.5 seconds. Externally, the GT Turbo was distinguished from the standard Renault 5 by its factory body kit, aggressive stance, and rally-inspired details. Restoration and Condition Beginning in 2013, this car underwent a full tear-down restoration: stripped to bare metal, resprayed, rewired, and reassembled. It still wears its striking Pearl White paint, showing only a few light imperfections from 12 years of use. The car sits on silver 14” Weller steel wheels wrapped in Continental Conti Sport Contact tires, giving it a proper hot hatch stance. A custom roll cage was installed during restoration but not permanently fixed—no holes were drilled—so it functions as a “beauty bar” without compromising originality. In our shop, the Renault recently received a complete engine rebuild and mechanical review totaling over $20,000. Work included: Engine rebuild with 500-mile break-in Turbocharger rebuild Carburetor rebuild New spark plugs, head gasket, and cylinder head Timing chain replacement Oil pan & oil pressure gauge service Alignment Full detailing Documentation of the rebuild is included in the file. Driving Experience This car delivers the raw, analog fun that modern hot hatches can’t match. Lightweight, nimble, turbocharged, and analog—it’s everything an ’80s hot hatch should be. Inside, you’ll find bolstered bucket seats, red carpet, and simple analog gauges. A Pioneer Bluetooth head unit with Kicker component speakers adds modern usability, while power windows and locks round out the features. The roll cage reduces rear seat usability, but the charm and fun factor more than compensate. ‍A Gentleman’s Porsche — restored to perfection, with its soul intact. This 1970 Porsche 911T Coupé left the factory in Stuttgart wearing a shade that would become a cult favourite: Irischgrün, paired with a refined black leather interior. Delivered new to San Antonio, Texas, and specified with period options such as rubber bumperettes and Koni shock absorbers, it represented the elegant touring end of Porsche’s now-iconic F-series. But don’t be fooled by the “T” for Touring — its 2.2-litre, air-cooled flat-six delivers the kind of mechanical charisma that made Porsche a household name on both road and racetrack. What makes this example truly special? Matching numbers, matching colours, and a restoration worthy of the Porsche crest. Between 2019 and 2022, this 911T underwent a no-expense-spared, nut-and-bolt restoration. The body was stripped and refinished in its original Irischgrün. The engine and gearbox were meticulously rebuilt. Suspension, electrics, and brakes received the same expert attention. And the interior — now reupholstered in supple black leather — remains faithful to its factory specification. Total restoration costs? Over €44,000, all fully documented. The result is a car that offers two equally compelling pleasures: to drive it as the engineers intended — light, nimble, and utterly mechanical — or to simply sit beside it in your garage with a glass of Burgundy and admire its sculpted lines. This is the kind of car we’d sell to a friend, or buy for ourselves. A gentleman’s sports car, restored with integrity, and ready for the next chapter in its story. Available now at Cool Classic Club.
