  • 1990 Porsche 911

A far cry from the 911 Classic by Singer, the DLS or ‘Dynamic Lightweighting Study’ take a more holistic approach to improving every element of the iconic 911. Where as the Classic sought to deliver the ultimate overall experience of a 911, embodied in an understated – but still carbon fibre bodyshell, the DLS project set out to understand, embrace and accentuate each of the intricacies that are unique to the Porsche 911. Far from intending to deliver a modern driving experience, the DLS is still very true to its origins. A hands-on, analogue interface, with a manual gearbox and race-oriented 4.0 naturally-aspirated flat co-developed with Williams. Consulting the likes of legendary Porsche engineers Hans Mezger and Norbert Singer during the development phase, Singer and Williams have worked in unison to heavily fettle the air-cooled powerplant. In production trim, it now offers around 500hp with a rev limiter coming in at 9,300rpm. With the engine starting life as the standard 964 3.6 litre, works were carried out to revise almost every moving part. Titanium con-rods, aluminium throttle bodies, carbon intake trumpets, a bespoke carbon airbox, fuel injectors with twin injectors and a ram-air induction system fed by inlets in the iconic rear ¾ windows that keeps the profile so pure and true to the classic 911 style. If somehow you’ve dismissed this car so far, the startup of the Inconel and titanium exhaust will serve an overdue wake up call. This example was supplied to its first keeper in July 2022 in Holland. With Singer pre-running in their cars, the owner was able to enjoy the car from the off and set out on his first adventure touring Italy. Shortly after, the car made its way to the UK, completing a tour of the North Coast 500. This very DLS stands apart from others as one of just a handful of examples to receive colour-tinted carbon fibre. In fact, this example has a build sheet of optional extras totalling $370,000. The exterior is finished in Singer Bespoke Black Olive , with the interior choosing an extra-range Nubuck colour from Spinneybeck's swatches. $17,900 - Singer bespoke paint to sample Black Olive $8,495 - Ghosted light with contrast lettering $35,690 - Lower trim and decklid insert $17,425 - Nickel bead blasted bright trim $1,365 - Wheels with gold tint $5,120 - Wheels centre RS gold tint $6,460 - Rocker trim bright finish $4,560 - Corner light trim bright finish $2,240 - Decklid badge in gold $10,400 - Front trunk - visual carbon - tinted $3,415 - Engine bay exterior colour panels The green-tinted carbon fibre is not limited to the exterior, with the interior seeing a $80,000 of extended carbon fibre options, couple with just under $73,000 of extended leather and bespoke finishings. Included in these options: $17,400 - Interior colour leather to sample 'CA 1252' $13,870 - Upper trim package leather to sample 'MM 1711' $14,565 - Mid trim package interior colour $20,845 - Lower trim package interior colour $2,970 - Interior accent package interior colour (leather) $1,200 - Steering wheel leather to sample - 'MM 1711' $2,225 - Floor mats - leather interior colour $9,465 - Dashboard accent package - visual carbon - tinted $14,285 - Mid accent package - visual carbon - tinted $4,245 - Centre tunnel accent package - visual carbon - tinted $20,150 - Seat accent package - visual carbon - tinted $6,700 - Seat centres contrast weave $6,395 - Seat grommets - bright trim to match $12,515 - X- brace carbon fibre - visual carbon - tinted $3,680 - Gear knob - visual carbon - tinted $3,450 - Steering wheel centre - visual carbon - tinted Having covered just 5,900 kilometres from new, this Dynamics & Lightweighting Study is ready to use and enjoy. Presented today after a visit to Singer, for a full service and several cosmetic improvements including new undertrays and refinishing of the wheels to ensure this example presents on the button. The car has has also been to Topaz Detailing for a renewal of its PPF. 1990 Porsche 911 D.K. Engineering Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1993 Porsche 968 Clubsport

When Porsche released the 968 in 1991, it was the last of a few things, including the last new front-engined Porsche until the Cayenne arrived in 2003 and the last of a series of water-cooled front-engine rear-wheel drive models that began in 1976 with the 924 and later the 944. While the 968 was supposed to be yet another revised model of the 944, dubbed the S3, Porsche decided it would be best to make it its own model thanks to the significant changes the engineers had made to the chassis. To appease those with a love for speed, Porsche released a lightweight version of the 968 dubbed the “Clubsport” from October 1992 to 1995. Many of the luxury features of the 968 were removed or made an option in pursuit of sheer performance. The car had less sound deadening, manual windows, manually adjustable lightweight Recaro racing seats a revised and lowered suspension system, wider 17-inch wheels, a thicker, three-spoke sports steering wheel with no airbag, non-heated washer jets, no engine bay vanity covers, no rear wiper, no rear seats, and a smaller battery. 1993 Clubsport models were only available in Grand Prix White, Black, Speed Yellow, Guards Red, or Maritime Blue with matching seat backs. Clubsport decals were standard in either black, red, or white, but they could also be deleted if wanted. The 968 CS used the same 3.0 L M44 I4 engine from the regular 968 backed by either a 6-speed manual, which this one is equipped with, or 4-speed Tiptronic automatic. The Clubsport weighed 2,910 lb (1,320 kg), or around 220 lb (~100 kg) lighter than the regular 968, which gave it a 5.6 second 0-60 mph time and a top speed of 162 mph (260 km/h). Clubsport models were only available in the UK, Europe, Japan, and Australia, and a total of 1232 were produced over three years. This particular example, Chassis # WPOZZZ962PS815259, was first registered in August 1993 in the Netherlands. It was painted in Speed Yellow over a Black/Speed Yellow Leatherette & Cloth interior, the same color scheme it wears today. Options included Equipment for France, a higher amperage battery, the rare limited-slip differential, air conditioning, and the anti-theft package, according to the Porsche Production Specifications document. It was very well maintained throughout the years, with a plethora of service records attesting to this. Some significant service records to note are new adjustable Koni shocks from V.D. Gugten in Bodegraven, Netherlands, in March of 2013 and new timing belts from RS Motors Porsche Centre West-Vlaanderen in Ingelmunster, Belgium, on July 5th of 2018. Around 2018, the car was imported into New Hampshire, where it was enjoyed until we acquired it sometime in June of 2023. We entrusted Mark Cavanaugh in Beverly, NJ, with performing the few services this 968 CS needed to be as perfect as it could be. Items included new door handle gaskets, windshield wipers, lower plastics, thermostat & seals, wheelhouse liners, power steering reservoir & hose, along with a few hose clamps, minor touchups, and repairs. If a track car is what you’re after, you cannot go wrong with a Porsche 968 CS, especially one with the LSD option like this one. The difference in handling will absolutely be clear over one without the LSD, and the impact of the 220 lb loss over the regular 968 is hard to overstate. Upon purchase, the new owner will receive the original owner’s manual, tool kit, factory brochures, German paperwork, the service records on file, and an extra set of keys. EXTERIOR Body And Paint This example was treated to a full repaint some time ago, and currently, the paint remains in excellent condition with a deep, consistent shine that looks great even up close. The body is straight down the sides with no noticeable dents or door dings. The door open and shut as they should with the correct Porsche 968 sound. The hood was removed at some point, likely for painting, and is ever so slightly out of alignment, and the factory stickers on the underside of the hood were removed. The bumpers have an acceptable fit though the seals are not seated perfectly, as is common with most 968s. There are some rough edges in the door jams showing evidence of paintwork as expected. Overall, the paint and body are that of an excellent driver, with nothing serious to note besides minor imperfections. Glass And Trim The glass appears to be all original, including the windshield with Sekurit etchings on each pane. The windshield has a fair amount of peppering and one chip that was filled in at some point. The driver’s side window has some light scratches, as does the passenger window though not as bad. Nothing that warrants changing but notable nonetheless. The trim is in good condition, with some slight aging in some areas. We had the rocker trim replaced as well as the door handle trim, which are all now excellent. The trim around the windows is nice and supple though the door seal trim on both sides is slightly aged. The rubber trim on the top corner of the rear hatch is slightly deformed but acceptable. Overall, it is our opinion that none of the trim needs further attention. The headlights are correct Bosch units and in good condition. Brake lights and turn signals are also in good shape, with only minor stone peppering. Wheels The wheels have all been refinished and present well, with only very small blemishes here and there upon very close inspection. Nothing that warrants any further attention. The brake calipers are excellent, with no fading or chips. Notable Flaws A few chips can be found on the passenger side quarter panel trailing edge next to the brake light. Some slight fish eyes in the driver’s side door jam and on top of the quarter panel. In the passenger side door jam, there is a small penny-sized blemish above the door latch that was touched up, likely due to rubbing at some point. There are also a few touched-up paint chips on the front bumper. The rear bumper has a small one-inch scuff on the edge of the license plate and a couple of tiny touched-up chips though overall, nothing really warrants attention at the current time. INTERIOR Seats And Surfaces The interior of the car is highly original and in excellent condition. The dash is crack free, the gauge cluster is clear, and all of the gauges work correctly. The steering wheel is excellent and appears to have either been recovered at some point, or it is a new wheel, as the material is just too nice looking/feeling to be original. The bucket seat material is excellent, save for some very slight wear on the driver's side bolster and a small half-inch tear on the seat back, only noticeable upon close inspection. The LCD clock has some bleeding, as is common for these 968s, so the time is tough to read. The carpets appear all original and are very nice. There is some wear and tear on the driver’s side kick panel and the leading edge of the carpet as the carpet starts to go vertical on both sides, likely due to people accidentally hitting that area as they get in/out of the car. The door panels are in good condition, with only the driver's side manual window crank being slightly loose though it operates just fine. The headliner is in excellent shape, as are the visors. Functionality And Accessories Everything appears to work in the interior. Dome light, gauge cluster dimmer, fog lights, normal lights, turn signals, brake lights, radio turns on, heat, central locking system, and the A/C was just serviced, though, on very hot days, it struggles to keep the cabin cool. It does appear that the trip odometer reset does not currently function, a common problem with this item during this era of cars. ENGINE BAY AND TRUNK Engine Bay The engine bay is very clean and tidy, with no obvious issues or unsightly blemishes. It appears to be largely original and correct. The hood struts work well, which is always a welcome addition to any Porsche vehicle! Trunk Area The trunk area is excellent, with the factory options code sticker still affixed to the rear of the car. The space-saver spare wheel is intact, and there are no unsightly items to note. We do believe the pull handle for the trunk release is incorrect, as it should be a T-handle type release. The trunk carpet looks slightly newer as well. The hatch struts work well as they should. Underside The underside reflects that of a good driver with no serious issues or rust besides some minor corrosion on the nuts and bolts, as well as a few areas of the transaxle. The undersides of the Club Sports had less protective coatings from the factory, so they are susceptible to more aging. Overall, it is presentable and would look even better with a dry ice blast detail. MECHANICALS Engine The engine cold starts with ease and settles down to a smooth idle. The engine sounds very healthy and accelerates freely throughout the RPM range in each gear. The power is smooth and consistent, with no stumbling. Transmission The transmission shifts smoothly with no issues. The clutch engages a little high but does not slip. There is no grinding or difficulty shifting into any gear. Brakes And Suspension The steering is sharp and without issues. The brakes feel strong, free from chattering or fading. The suspension also feels firm and precise. Tires The tires are supple with good tread life left but are dated 2012 and 2011, so we would suggest replacing them. They are Continental SportContact 2 tires all the way around. Notable Flaws As noted above, the A/C was just serviced, though, on hot days, it struggles to keep the cabin cool. DRIVING EXPERIENCE This example drives extremely well. It tracks straight down the road, makes excellent power, and attacks corners with predictable Club Sport precision. The 968 CS is the perfect marriage of manageable power and capable comfort, free from the frills of modern Porsches, which can tend to lose their sports purpose. The Club Sport has everything you need and nothing you don’t! 1993 Porsche 968 Clubsport LBI Limited If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1975 Maserati Bora 4900

The Bora was introduced to the public at the Geneva Motor Show on 11 March 1971. Maserati had commissioned the design from Giorgetto Giugiaro of Ital-design. He was briefed to combine sporting performance with aspects of design, comfort and safety. Giugiaro created a two-seater coupé with simple, very elegant lines that gave the Bora a harmonious appearance. The Maserati company was then embarking on a new era. The design, with the engine behind the driver but still in front of the rear axle, is typical of motorsport. Maserati had already used it successfully there for the first time in 1961 with the Tipo 63. The Bora transferred the innovative concept to the road. The Bora combined comfort and performance and offered a top speed of over 280 km/h, which provided great driving pleasure thanks to the exceptionally agile response of the engine and the quiet interior. From 1971 to 1978, 571 examples of the Maserati Bora were produced. Only 250 of these were equipped with the large 4.9 litre engine. According to available documents the Bora presented here was first delivered to Los Angeles in the USA after its completion in April 1975. A few years ago the car arrived in Germany via France, where it is still at home today. It is a almost untouched original vehicle. Copies of the original production documents and the order form from Maserati are available! The colour combination and engine are according to the delivery specification. A good opportunity to acquire a Bora in the sought-after version, with attractive colouring and in outstanding condition! 1975 Maserati Bora 4900 Thiesen Hamburg GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1965-ferrari-275-gtb-6c-1

Delivered new in 1965, this Ferrari 275 GTB, fitted with the favourable six-carburettor setup, is one of only 11 RHD examples to ever leave the Maranello. The car was ordered by a VIP client of Ferrari, Dr Wilkins, better known as Dick Wilkins, who owned an impressive array from the Maranello marque including a P4, 250TR and, in partnership with Rob Walker, the 250 SWB driven by none other than Stirling Moss, which he owned at the time Moss won the Tourist Trophy at Goodwood in 1960. When Dr Wilkins ordered this car, the car was built to the ultimate specification, which most importantly meant fitting the six-carburettor setup. The original specification chosen was Rosso Chiaro exterior paint over a black leather interior with grey carpets and headlining. Additional factory optional extras included full leather seats and Borrani wire wheels. The car went on to later be acquired by Mr D.A. Harrison, owner of D.A. Harrison and Company, of Wigton, Cumbria, a gentleman in the haulage and storage industry. The 275 was then purchased by a MR C.W. MacDowall of Ingatestone who proceeded to place the registration of ’27 WY’ on the car. Later on, in 1972 the car was then sold to musician, songwriter, record producer and known Ferrari enthusiast Mr Eric M. Stewart, of Tadworth, Surrey, best known as the lead vocalist for pop groups The Mindbenders and 10cc. Eric also owned a RHD 275 GTB/4, a RHD 250 SWB and, most notably, a 250 LM. This 275, like Eric’s entire Ferrari collection, was maintained without regard to cost by Graypaul Motors in Loughborough. In late 1977, the car was exported and sold to successful industrialist Mr Elliott R. Coyle, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, USA. An avid collector of fine English guns and exotic cars, Mr Coyle owned the car for over four years, until 1982, when it was purchased by a Mr Dave Becker who went on to own the car for the next 21 years. After this period of ownership, the car was then brought back to the UK in August of 2013. Shortly after, the car was then sent back to Modena where it underwent a full nut and bolt restoration carried out by Ferrari specialists over a two-and-a-half-year period. Brandoli were responsible for the body and assembly, Cremonini for the paintwork, and Luppi for the interior. Meanwhile, in the UK, specialists GTO engineering were entrusted to carry out the mechanical aspect of the comprehensive restoration. Following the completion of the restoration in Italy, the car was granted Classiche certification in its totally period correct specification. On 2-3 July 2016, the car had the opportunity to showcase its restoration on the lawns of the Heveningham Hall Concours where it proved to be a real head turner. In 2024, this 275 was refinished in the period correct shade of Grigio Scuro retaining the wonderfully sumptuos and inviting chocolate brown Connolly Vaumol crushed grain 890 leather. Furthermore, this example has recieved handpainted Scuderia shields as seen on competition Ferraris. This stunning example of Ferrari’s 275 is available to view at our showrooms outside London by appointment immediately. 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB 6C D.K. • 1969-aston-martin-db6-vantage-mkii

Beautifully presented following extensive recent work that included a respray in its original shade of Dubonnet Rosso, this Aston Martin DB6 is a rare Vantage model that still boasts its original matching-numbers engine. Chassis number DB6/3596/R was completed at the Newport Pagnell factory on 4 February 1969 and first registered on 14 March. It was sold new via Aston Martin dealer Arnold G Wilson, and although it’s a late Mk1 model, it subsequently gained Mk2-style flared wheelarches. The DB6 had only two owners between 1978 and 2019, the second of which used it on numerous tours to Switzerland, Spain, France and Ireland. They covered more than 30,000 miles in the Aston, using it all year round and always making sure that it was fastidiously maintained. During their ownership, the front suspension was rebuilt, a new clutch and balanced flywheel were installed, the propshaft was replaced, the engine received a top-end rebuild with an unleaded conversion, and the linkage to the triple Weber carburettors was rebuilt in order to further enhance the car’s already impressive performance. A new windscreen, front grille and front bumpers were also fitted, and not only was the DB6 driven enthusiastically, it was also displayed at prestigious events such as the Hampton Court Concours of Elegance. It was at one of those events that the owner met someone who’d owned the Aston Martinduring the 1970s. He reported that the Mk2-style flared arches had been done by the time he bought the car, and also that he’d fitted a Mk2 gearbox. The original Mk1 unit had apparently failed after he rebuilt the engine and then forgot to refill the gearbox with oil… After passing to a new owner in 2019 and forming part of a private collection, this DB6continued to be used and enjoyed on lengthy tours. Now being offered for sale at the Classic Motor Hub, it comes with a comprehensive history file as well as a Heritage Certificate, and is a supremely usable example of this muscular, stylish grand tourer. 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Vantage MkII The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 was based on the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 ‘Daytona’ and saw a short production run from 1971 until 1972. The performance from the 320 bhp strong 4390cc V12 engine is, even by today’s standards, highly respectable. The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 was a styling variation by Pininfarina on the Daytona theme. It is a sporting but comfortable GT with two occasional seats, power steering, air conditioning and self-leveling rear suspension. This nice and rare example has just arrived and comes straight from 18 years of a gentleman’s ownership. After the current owner acquired the car in 2005, it was immediately brought to Ferrari specialists L’Officina in Overijse, Belgium. The car still presents very well and the owner drove around 10.000 kilometers without any problems. • 1961 Maserati 3500GT Vignale Spyder

The late 1950s were a halcyon period for Grand Touring cars and few were more stylish than the Maserati 3500GT Vignale Spyder. This particular example – chassis number AM101.1297 – is one of only five right-hand-drive cars built and was completed on 23 May 1961. The Maserati is thought to have been sold new via Arturo Tuena in Genoa to an Englishman who was living in Italy – hence the right-hand-drive configuration. Finished in Acciaio Brunito with a black interior, it originally wore steel wheels but they were later replaced with the optional Borrani wires. As a relatively early example of the 3500GT Spyder, it featured the four-speed gearbox. Not until later in the production run did Maserati fit a five-speed unit. The car was in the UK by 1969, when it was acquired by Stuart Cawley, who had seen it advertised for sale in Motor Sport magazine. It had been repainted Cream but was still on Milanese registration plates, and having bought it for £1200 – against which he part-exchanged his Mercedes-Benz 190SL – Cawley drove it from London back home to Scotland. Having used the Maserati for a couple of years, he drove it down to Italy in 1971 so that the engine could receive some remedial work at Autocorse – as recommended by the factory. Having not been entirely happy with the results, he returned in 1972 so that a more comprehensive rebuild of the straight-six could be carried out. Cawley moved to Hertfordshire in 1975 and got to know marque specialist Bill McGrath. When Cawley later retired, he went to work for McGrath part-time, and in return Bill stored the 3500GT Vignale Spyder free of charge. Having not had much use out of the car in the later years of his ownership, Cawley eventually decided to sell it in 2000 to Patrick Martin, who he knew as a customer of McGrath. Martin had it mechanically recommissioned and in 2004 used it for the Maserati 90th anniversary celebrations in Italy. The following year, he sold the car to Edwin Faulkner, who commissioned a bodywork restoration by Jim Henshaw, during which it was resprayed in the Maserati shade of Avorio. A retrim was also carried out. Faulkner kept the Vignale Spyder on the Isle of Man and, as part of the registration process there, had to replace the original kilometres-per-hour speedometer with a miles-per-hour version. He sold it in 2010 to a UK-based owner who had it returned to its original colour of Acciaio Brunito by respected restoration firm Moto Technique. Three years later it passed to another UK enthusiast, and in 2014 it was used on the Maserati Club Scottish Tour as well as the Goodwood Road Racing Club’s Corsica and Sardinia Tour. The Maserati was displayed at concours events and was runner-up in the Club Trophy at the 2016 Concours of Elegance at Windsor Castle. It was also part of the Earls Court display at the 2014 Goodwood Revival, and was first in class and overall winner at the 2016 Maserati Club Concours. Now being offered for sale at The Classic Motor Hub in exceptional condition, this well-known and supremely stylish Maserati 3500GT Vignale Spyder has been maintained with no expense spared in recent years. In February 2022, its gearbox and steering box were rebuilt by McGrath and it benefits from electric power-steering. It also comes with a consignment of spares that includes five road wheels, a pair of front brake discs and a steering column, plus an original copy of the driver’s manual. MODEL HISTORY Maserati had achieved great motorsport success during the 1950s, but despite taking Juan Manuel Fangio to his fifth and final Formula 1 World Championship in 1957, it announced its withdrawal from racing that year. The Italian company was in financial trouble and until that point it had built production road cars in only very small numbers. That changed in 1957 with the introduction of the 3500GT, which drew on Maserati’s racing experience but would be produced in far greater quantities than previous road cars. Originally launched as a 2+2 coupé, the 3500GT featured bodywork by Touring that was mounted on a tubular chassis. Beneath the bonnet was a 3485cc straight-six that was closely related to the marque’s competition engines and featured twin overhead camshafts, twin-plug ignition and a trio of twin-choke Webers. Following the success of the coupé, Touring and Frua both built prototypes for a keenly anticipated Spyder variant, but in the end Maserati commissioned a design of timeless elegance that had been created by Giovanni Michelotti for Vignale. When it was introduced in 1959, the 3500GT Vignale Spyder featured drum brakes all round – those at the front were soon replaced by discs – while suspension was via wishbones and coil springs at the front, with semi-elliptic leaf springs at the rear. The wheelbase was slightly shorter than on the coupé, at 2500mm rather than 2600mm. Upgrades applied during its production run included a five-speed gearbox in place of the previous four-speeder, all-round disc brakes from 1962, and the development of the 3500GTI. Having been fitted with Lucas fuel-injection, the power output for this model was boosted to 235bhp – the carburettor-fed model gave in the region of 220bhp. In total, 245 Vignale Spyders were built between 1959 and 1964. When Road & Track magazine tested a 3500GT Spyder, it compared it favourably to the Ferrari 250 GT. With a top speed approaching 140mph, it certainly had the performance to go with its good looks, and it was little wonder that the Maserati became the Grand Tourer of choice for captains of industry and glamorous socialites alike. 1961 Maserati 3500GT Vignale Spyder The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright The late 1950s were a halcyon period for Grand Touring cars and few were more stylish than the Maserati 3500GT Vignale Spyder. Enquire Send to a friend Send to WhatsApp Ferrari's 201 mph F40 is the definitive supercar and has a formidable reputation alongside the 250 GTO as possibly the best road Ferrari built to date. With the F40, Pininfarina produced an era-defining creation, one that even today is instantly recognisable by old and young enthusiasts alike. F40's were closely derived from the experimental GTO Evoluzione and the road-going 288 GTO (that the F40 replaced). The design features a tubular steel chassis with bonded composite inserts, most notably around the sills and floor pan, The 2,936 cc motor produces approximately 500 bhp at 7,000 rpm with the help of two water-cooled IHI turbochargers running 1.1 bar of boost. At 1,202 kg, the F40 had, and still has, a phenomenal power-to-weight ratio. Shatteringly fast by any comparison (especially for 1988), the F40 can sprint from 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and hit 201 mph flat out making it the first production car to surpass this mystical boundary. This example was first supplied on 10th May 1989 as a ‘Diretta’ sale to Miss Elisabeth Kawan of Salzburg. Miss Kawan had earned her fame in 1982, being crowned Miss Austria and would later marry Formula One boss and serial entrepreneur Walter Wolf. The car was imported to the UK later that year by Mr Barratt who paid £895,000 for the car at the first peak of their values! Speaking recently he recalled driving the car just after purchase to the Ferrari Owners Club Christmas party in December 1989. Barratt would retain the car for several years, receiving both its 1,000 KM & 10,000 KM services in the UK. The car has been enjoyed regularly by each of its owners, and by 1996, it had covered 28,700 kilometres. The car was later exported to Holland and sold by Ferrari Kroymans who would service the car regularly between 1998 and 2002. During their time servicing the car for its owner, it would see continued regular exercise. The service history documents the mileage and during that four-year period, the car would cover a not inconsiderable 16,500 kilometres. The car spent six months in Germany before purchase by the most recent owner, in Austria once more in 2007. At the time of purchase the car was sent to Michelotto where a major service was carried out including fuel tanks and belts. In the care of the most recent owner, the car has been used more sparingly and as such covered just 3,000 kilometres in the past 15 years. The most recent owner had the car several times and most recently carrying out a major service including belts and fuel tanks once more in March 2022. This fabulous, wholly usable F40, in desirable non-cat, non-adjust form is available to view at our showrooms immediately.x 1989 Ferrari F40 D.K.
