- 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda 2
Available now, this stunning 280SL Pagoda from Hemmels is finished in Anthracite Grey with beautiful Tan Leather interior. This breathtaking 'perfect' classic has been restored according to the uncompromising standards of our Neugeboren Process, ensuring it looks, feels and drives like new. Those familiar with us know how incredibly rare it is to find a "new" Hemmels classic available for immediate acquisition. The car was originally created for a client just before the initial lockdown in the UK. The client necessarily confined the car to being displayed in his private garage, having covering approximately 1,000miles since completion. It has also just had a major service carried out by ourselves, ensuring it 'ready' for it's new owner. Desirable Hemmels options include Audio Upgrade with Navigation, Hemmels HEC Engine Performance Enhancement which brings additional horsepower with electronic fuel injection and ignition. It's sympathetically added, so the aesthetics of the engine are maintained as the electronic fuel injection is discreetly housed within the original mechanical unit, while the electronic ignition is located inside the distributor cap. For accuracy, timing is taken from the crankshaft pulley. The aim is not wild performance, but stronger mid-range urge and cleaner running. Hence, this is an incredible opportunity to obtain a 280SL Pagoda of the absolute highest possible quality from Hemmels without having to wait for the typical 18-24 month build period. Respectfully, we anticipate a significant interest in this Pagoda, and we advise potential collectors to contact Hemmels poste haste. In fairness, Hemmels will be replying to enquiries in the order in which they are received, be it by phone, email or other means. 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda Hemmels Vault If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1968-ferrari-330-gtc-by-pininfarina-1
This fetching example of Maranello’s elegant touring coupé claims both Ferrari Classiche certification and a restoration conducted earlier this year, resulting in a particularly desirable GTC. Specified as a European example with instruments in kilometres, chassis number 10841 was completed in January 1968 finished in Grigio Fumo Metallizzato paint over an interior trimmed in Nero leather by Franzi. The Ferrari was then sold to three-time Mille Miglia entrant Franco Mosters. By the mid-1970s the 330 was exported to the United States, where it was owned by marque enthusiast John Karas of Chicago. Mr Karas presented the coupé for two consecutive years at the FCA’s Annual National Meeting, first in May 1975 at Rockton, Illinois, and then a year later at the Mid-America raceway outside St. Louis, Missouri, where the car won 1st in class. By 1979 the Ferrari passed to Jim Sfetko of Kansas City, Missouri, and he may have retained possession for several years before the car returned to Europe by the late-1980s. In May 1990, the GTC was sold to noted Dutch collectors Sander Van Der Velden and the famed Fritz Kroymans, and the car remained in Switzerland for nearly two years before being shipped to Kroymans’ collection in Hilversum, the Netherlands. After nearly 20 years with Kroymans, the Ferrari was acquired in 2010 by a collector in Germany, who only briefly kept the car. Upon returning to the Netherlands, chassis number 10841 was issued a Ferrari Classiche “Red Book” in November 2011. Returning to German ownership in 2013, the Ferrari was the cover car of the March 2014 issue of Ferrari World. In 2025, the 330 GTC was treated to a full restoration that included a rebuild of the matching-numbers engine, refurbishment of the Borrani wire wheels, trimming of new carpets, and a refinish in the authentic paint colour. It presents today with its matching-numbers chassis, engine, and gearbox. Now stunningly refinished in the authentic livery of Grigio Fumo paint over Nero leather, chassis number 10841 presents with considerable elegance, offering an ideal acquisition for the distinguished collector. 1968 Ferrari 330 GTC by Pininfarina RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1983 Ferrari 308 GTSI
This 1983 Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole is powered by a 2.9-liter quad-cam V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in red over black leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a removable roof panel, pop-up headlights, air conditioning, a gated shifter, electric windows, and 390mm alloy wheels with Michelin TRX tires as well as an aftermarket Sony CD stereo, carbon-fiber doorsill plates, and intake and exhaust components. The car was acquired by its current owner in September 2020 and was listed on BaT in September 2021. This 308 GTS Quattrovalvole has 42k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment in California with an owner’s manual, a tool kit, spare parts, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean title. The car is finished in red and features a black removable roof panel, pop-up headlights, dual power-adjustable Vitaloni mirrors, louvered rear quarter windows, a vented decklid, and polished aftermarket exhaust outlets. The bumpers were refinished under prior ownership, and photos showing blemishes in the finish and a misaligned driver’s door are provided in the gallery below. Five-spoke 390mm alloy wheels are finished in silver and wear 220/55 Michelin TRX tires. The car features fully-independent suspension with double wishbones front and rear, and stopping power is provided by a ventilated disc at each corner. The bolstered seats are trimmed in black leather upholstery and are accompanied by matching door panels. Appointments include air conditioning, electric windows, carbon-fiber doorsill plates, and an aftermarket Sony CD stereo with Boston Acoustics speakers as well as a gated shifter with a dogleg gear pattern. The consigning dealer states that the shifter must be pushed down to engage first gear and associated service parts are included in the sale. The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation consisting of a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,700-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. An analog clock and oil-temperature gauge are housed in the center console. The six-digit odometer shows 42k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership. The mid-mounted 2.9L quad-cam V8 is equipped with four valves per cylinder, Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, and an aftermarket intake tube and exhaust system. The oil-pressure sending unit does not work, and the smog pump, air-injection tubes, and catalytic converter have been removed. Work performed in 2020 included rebuilding the water pump and replacing the fuel filter, spark plugs, camshaft seals, timing and engine-accessory belts, and distributor and valve cover gaskets. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. 1983 Ferrari 308 GTSI Mohr Imports, Inc. Beautifully presented in Almandine Red, this Mercedes 300SL exudes the quality for which the R107 model is rightly renowned. It was delivered new in March 1989 via Neyland Motors and first registered in the name of Sunny Haven Caravan Distributors Ltd in Swansea. Neyland Motors was a Mercedes main dealer in Milford Haven, and continued to look after the car until April 1992, by which point it had covered 17,779 miles. The Mercedes ended up spending almost 30 years in South Wales. It was owned by a Barry-based enthusiast between 1995 and 1999, and was then sold – via Performance Cars and Marine in Cardiff –to a new owner who lived in nearby Penarth. He then kept the 300SL until 2016, covering less than 2000 miles every year and having it serviced by a local independent specialist. The Mercedes was then put into storage for the last two years of his ownership, after which it was sold back to Performance Cars and Marine. Some minor repairs were carried out to the front bulkhead before the Mercedes passed to a new owner in 2017. The car’s history file meticulously records its servicing and MoTs over the years, with recent work including overhauling the braking system and installing a new German Sonnenland hood in 2021, fitting a new radiator and four new Michelin tyres in 2023, and having the petrol injectors replaced in 2024. Used only sparingly in recent years, this Mercedes 300SL is being offered for sale having still covered only 53,000 miles from new, and is a cherished, well-maintained example of this stylish and superbly engineered soft-top. ! 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL The Classic Motor Hub If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1974-alfa-romeo-1600-junior-zagato
This rare 1600 version of the Junior Zagato was imported from Italy where it remained its life into Belgium by a well known specialist. The car had an ASI Gold plate showing its originality. Somewhere it has received a repaint in its Bianco Spine as it was from new. The engine is the correct tipo for the 1600 Junior Zagato! In 2015 our client purchased this lovely example and had it meticulously inspected and service by a long term Alfa aficionado and engineer. He was amazed with the exceptional untouched under carriage of the car as most have had rust problems. The car was then Dutch registered and the car was used for a nice trip to Italy. More recently the car was serviced and new stiffer springs and yellow Koni shock absorbers were fitted. The interior is very original and nicely kept with the correct Zagato carpets and black vinyl interior. The car is a joy to drive with a strong engine and excellent shifting gearbox. Model history The Alfa Romeo 1600 Junior Zagato is a lightweight two-seater coupé based on the Giulia platform and designed by Zagato. Produced between 1972 and 1975 in limited numbers – only 402 examples produced – it is one of the rarest production Alfa Romeos of its time. It is powered by Alfa’s proven 1.6-litre twin-cam inline-four engine with twin carburettors, producing around 109 hp and paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The car features independent front suspension, rear-wheel drive, and disc brakes all around. Zagato gave the Junior a distinctive look focused on function and aerodynamics. The design, by Ercole Spada, includes a low nose, sharply cut tail (Kamm tail), and lightweight aluminium panels combined with steel. Compared to other Alfa GTs of the era, the Zagato stood out for its minimalism, compact dimensions, and attention to weight reduction. The 1600 model introduced subtle design and interior updates over the earlier 1300 version, as well as improved performance. This is a rare and interesting alternative to the more common Bertone-bodied Alfa coupés, offering the same mechanical charm with unique styling and lower production numbers. 1974 Alfa Romeo 1600 Junior Zagato Very Superior Old Cars If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The body, engine with approx. 235 hp and technology of the Porsche 911 2.0 offered here were completely restored and rebuilt from 2021 to early 2023 by a well-known Porsche motorsport specialist in Holland, regardless of cost. The specialist has built up an excellent reputation in historic motorsport over the last few decades, including with leading cars in the 2.0L Cup. The initially pure racing car project, which cost over EUR 300,000, was finally completed as a noble outlaw of the road with a sensational power-to-weight ratio. The throaty sound of the engine, which has just been run in with just over 1,800 km, is a real pleasure even when stationary and the handling with short gearshift travel is simply phenomenal. This beautiful Porsche 911 is veteran-approved and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of sporty driving. The Porsche 911, also known as the nine-eleven for short, is the Stuttgart-based company’s best-known sports car and is regarded as the epitome of the brand. Body variants are the Coupé, the Cabriolet and the Targa. In the past, the Porsche 911 was successfully used as a racing car in the World Sports Car Championship and the German Racing Championship. The first 911 version built in series from September 1964 was the so-called original model presented at the IAA 1963 with a 130 hp 2-liter six-cylinder boxer engine. Even when stationary, this 911 is a homage to the original, the clarity of the mechanics and the art of omission. 1967 Porsche 911 Lutziger Classic Cars AG If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1991 Ferrari 348 TB
Most fans consider the F40 to be the best Ferrari of all time, among other reasons because it was the last Ferrari that Don Enzo saw while he was alive. But few remember that the 348 was already in development when Il Commendatore was still alive. A year after the death of the founder of the Scuderia, Ferrari's new berlinetta was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the last project, moreover, under the supervision of Leonardo Fioravanti The Ferrari 348 had smoother lines than its predecessors, the 308/328. Its side design was undoubtedly inspired by the Testarossa, but more civilized. Like this one, it had retractable headlights, a huge air intake divided into slats that ran along the entire door, and rear lights hidden behind a discreet black grille, being the only Ferrari berlinetta not to have circular lights. Its 3.4 litre V8 engine (hence its name) delivers power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox, with the first gear in reverse. Its 300 hp made the Ferrari 348 one of the fastest models of the early 90s, as it was capable of reaching 280 km/h Our unit, registered for the first time in Spain, is in an enviable state of preservation, as you can see. Everything works perfectly, and its mechanics are in top shape, ready to leave those who doubt its potential speechless. For years, the 348Tb has been considered the ugly duckling of the Maranello brand. And it is true that rivals such as the Honda NSX did not make things easy for it. But do not forget that it is still a Ferrari, through and through. If you have fallen in love, but still have doubts, come to our facilities. Auto Storica is pleased to announce the sale of this Alfa Romeo Spider 1300 Junior Osso di Sepia. This was the name given to the first generation of the Alfa Romeo Spider, the replacement for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider, due to its concave side, created by Pininfarina, which resembled the inner shell of this invertebrate Alfa Romeo planned a huge advertising campaign to promote its new Spider, with several media presentations, a week of tests for the specialized press on the roads of Lake Garda, and even the organization of a cruise from Genoa to Cannes that included the raffle of three units during the journey. However, the best publicity for the small Italian roadster came in 1967 from the hand of Dustin Hoffman, and his appearance in the award-winning The Graduate. The qualities of the new Italian two-seater with a front engine and rear wheel drive captivated fans. Even the entry-level version, the 1300 Junior, to which our unit corresponds, offered exceptional performance, in which its 89 hp of power moved its scant 1000 kilograms of weight with ease. Our unit is not only fully restored, but also has improved and more reliable mechanics, delivering an immediate response to the accelerator thanks to its larger Webber carburettors. Its interior, finished in a striking dark blue color, matching the hood and the cabin cover, contrasts perfectly with the silver of its body. And the spoked wheels are the icing on such an exclusive cake. 1968 Alfa Romeo Spider 1300 Junior Auto Storica If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1965 Alfa Romeo 2600 Touring
The story behind this collectible... Timeless, elegant, rare. These are the words that dance through your mind like an opera when you look into the enchanting eyes of the Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider. This four-wheeled diva, sprung from the brilliant minds of Milan's Carrozzeria Touring, might just be the chicest car ever. With its 6-cylinder, 2.6-liter engine and bodywork as light as an Italian espresso, this old-timer makes a mark of class without any effort. Only 2,255 of these stars left the catwalk of the production line before the factory finally elegantly closed its doors in 1965, making this Spider not only rare but also as desirable as front row seats at an Italian fashion show. The Alfa Romeo 2600 (Tipo 106) ruled the roads from 1962 to 1968 as Alfa Romeo's six-cylinder flagship. This was the final chord of an era, as this was the last Alfa with an inline six-cylinder engine and two overhead camshafts. A rare piece of history on four wheels (and let's face it, rare is always good - it gives you a perfect excuse at home to explain why you added yet another car to the collection!) This Dutch beauty has always stayed wonderfully indoors and has been pampered over the years as if she were a star of an Italian movie. Recently she underwent a treatment in which her gearbox was overhauled and she was given a couture roof.... She is now eager for new adventures on the strada. What are you waiting for? Let this timeless bellezza enchant your life. She's a beautiful lady with a big heart. 1965 Alfa Romeo 2600 Touring Cool Classic Club If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. - 1981-bmw-635-csi-e24
The BMW E24 is a four-seater luxury coupé from BMW and the first model in the 6 Series. Production began in October 1975 as the successor to the E9 series. At the time of its launch, the 630 CS with a 3.0-litre carburettor engine and the 633 CSi with a 3.2-litre fuel injection engine were available. The standard equipment was quite extensive by the standards of the time, including comfort features such as central locking, electric windows, electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, height-adjustable driver's seat and longitudinally adjustable steering wheel, as well as safety features such as power steering with safety steering column and laminated glass windscreen. In order to fill the sporty niche again after the two more comfort-oriented base models, the 635 CSi with a 3.5-litre fuel injection engine with 218 hp was added to the model range in 1978. This model differed from the other two models in its appearance, with front and rear spoilers and side trim strips. The 635 CSi on offer, with 5-speed gearbox and leather interior was first registered in Italy in 1981. The history of this elegant coupé is unknown, but it was last registered in Bari. At the end of 2023, the BMW – with 123’765 kilometers on the clock and fresh from servicing – was purchased by a Swiss collector from a dealer in Agliana, near Florence, and then imported. Since then, the noble Bavarian has spent most of its time parked in a dry hall and has been driven very little. For reasons of space, the car is now being sold with a heavy heart. With probably only 123’920 km on the clock, the 6 Series is in good to very good condition. The paintwork is beautiful, the black leather seats and steering wheel were reupholstered a few years ago and the carpets have been replaced. The inline six-cylinder engine runs smoothly, as is typical for the brand, and the gearbox shifts well. This beautiful BMW will be handed over to a new owner with Italian papers and Swiss customs duty paid. 1981 BMW 635 CSi E24 Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright The BMW E24 is a four-seater luxury coupé from BMW and the first model in the 6 Series. The BMW E9 was built between December 1968 and December 1975 by Karmann at its plant in Rheine. The range consisted exclusively of six-cylinder in-line engines with a displacement of between 2.5 and 3.2 litres and an output of 150 to 206 hp. In 1968, the E9 replaced the BMW Coupé 2000 C/CA/CS of the “New Class”, on which it was based and which had been built since 1965. The biggest, immediately visible change to the body was a front end adapted to the “BMW family” with four H1 headlights. From 1968 to April 1971, only the BMW 2800 CS with a 2.8-litre carburettor engine and 170 hp was available. In April 1971, this model was replaced by the 3.0 CS (also with a carburettor engine and now 180 hp). In autumn 1971, another model variant was added, the BMW 3.0 CSi with Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection, which was otherwise identical to the BMW 3.0 CS. This model had 200 hp, accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and reached a top speed of 220 km/h. According to the information available, our 3.0 CSi - one of only 8,144 vehicles built - was delivered in Italy and registered for the first time on 11 December 1972. The sporty coupé was brought to Switzerland by its first owner in its early years and registered here. In November 1979, with around 107’000 km on the clock, the CSi was taken over by his last family of owners. Over the past 46 years, the BMW has been driven with pleasure, always treated well and conscientiously maintained. In 1980, a replacement cylinder head was fitted and in 1984, at 132’000 km, the connecting rod bearings were replaced and a replacement gearbox was installed. Probably in 1989, the car was fitted with a Getrag 5-speed sports gearbox and, at the end of the year, the body was completely restored, fitted with new front fenders and a new trunk lid, and repainted in its original “midnight blue metallic” colour. In 2010, new carpets were made and fitted in the interior, and in 2013, the CSi received a new black leather interior trim. As the documents dating back to 1978 show, the indicated mileage of just under 200’000 km is verifiable, and the BMW is currently in good to very good condition and has been very well maintained. Numerous spare parts, such as the 4-speed gearbox and the original seats in grey velour, are available and will be handed over with the car. The last veteran MOT took place in May 2025, meaning that this rare Bavarian can be registered immediately. 1972 BMW 3.0 CSI Oldtimer Galerie International GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer.
