The BMW 8 Series of grand tourers were introduced during the 1980s, designed for potent performance and aimed at the high end of the motoring market. It is to Klaus Kapitza that we owe the outstanding aerodynamic body of the 850. The C in BMW 850 Ci stands for Coupé and indicates that the model is a two-door coupe body style but does not really differ from the previous 850i. The pop-up headlights are a hallmark of many iconic sports cars from that era. 30 years have passed and yet the charm is still at work… This 1993 BMW 850 Ci was first delivered in France and is now a cherished collector’s item in Belgium. Dressed in a captivating Calypso Red, the classic coupe stands out with its sleek lines and unmistakable presence. As shown on the pictures, the interior and the black leather of the seats are still in very good state. Powered by an impressive V12 engine, it has been meticulously maintained throughout its life, reflecting the care of its previous owners. With a six-speed manual gearbox and a relatively low mileage of just 128,000 km, it combines the thrill of driving with the assurance of reliability. User manual and service book are available. Among the equipment, you will find electric front and rear windows as well as electric front seats with position memory. The BMW 8 series remains a rare, desirable object that has just gained the oldtimer status. If you too fall in love with its unique line, its majestic V12 and its deep red, contact us. We will be happy to give you more information and present it to you in real life.
