On August 10th, 1987, something truly special happened. A proud Swiss gentleman made his way to the Mercedes-Benz dealership with a smile from ear to ear. Today was the day his dream would come true: the delivery of his brand-new Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (R107). True to Swiss sensibility, he opted for the most refined and reliable specification – the legendary straight-six engine, now fitted with the updated KE-Jetronic injection system introduced in 1985. It offered smoother performance, increased power, and unmatched dependability – a choice that remains visionary to this day. Finished in elegant Nautical Blue Metallic over a full beige leather interior, this SL is the epitome of timeless style. A truly tasteful combination that perfectly complements her classic lines. The first owner enjoyed the car immensely – yet sparingly. Just 25,000 km were driven in the first two years. Since 1989, an additional 6,000 km were added, yet the car has never lacked care or attention. Always properly maintained and fully documented. Still wearing its 100% original paint and delivered with its matching hardtop – also in untouched, pristine condition – this SL has truly stood the test of time. In 2010, the car was registered in Germany, where its exceptional condition earned it a place in the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Young Classics program in Stuttgart. Now proudly available at Cool Classic Club. Are you looking for a classic with solid investment potential? Or perhaps simply a timeless icon to enjoy carefree miles behind the wheel? Maybe, like us, you fell in love at first sight. Whatever your reason – we’re here to help you make it yours.
