Among the 200 examples built, chassis 061 stands apart as one of the most decorated and hard-fought cars to emerge from Boreham’s hallowed workshops. Originally registered C200 JJN and completed in January 1986, #061 is a true ex-Works car, constructed as a left-hand-drive rally chassis by Ford Motorsport Boreham. For the 1986 season, Mike Taylor Developments Ltd. ran the car on behalf of Ford Holland and #061 competed wearing the traditional Ford blue-and-white works livery and a one-off scarlet-and-white Team Belga livery, reflecting its versatility and identity as a championship-winning machine. In the hands of Stig Andervang, #061 became instantly recognizable and synonymous with speed and precision. That season proved extraordinary.
