This early Testarossa, completed in 1986, with its single high mounted rearview mirror (also called flying mirror) and centerlock rims is a Swiss delivery and was first registered on the 23rd of February 1987 through the AD Autodiffusion S.A. in Meyrin. In 2018, with then around 25’000 kilometres showing, the rare Testarossa - only around 1’400 examples in this specification were built - was taken over by the vendor from its first owner. Before the handover the bumpers which showed little stone chips were repainted in order to obtain a Veteran MOT. The last owner clearly cherished his Maranello racer and regularly entered it in historic rallies. In 2020 both fuel pumps were replaced and in 2023, at 29’000 kilometres, the owner commissioned a major service including a replacement of the cambelts. Maintenance receipts exceeding 27’000 Swiss francs since 2018 are available and will be handed over with the car. A sports exhaust system is currently installed; the original system is available and will be delivered with the vehicle. With two owners and now 30’000 kilometres driven, a FIVA ID, a full service booklet and a complete document folder, the Ferrari is in very good and much loved original condition. The last Veteran MOT was completed in July 2018. However, for a Swiss buyer, the Testarossa will be freshly MOT’d.
