The Jaguar E-type Series 3 OTS. A car from the time when smoking was still healthy, television had only one channel and most importantly; the time when driving was still really driving, without aids or sensation-enhancing trickery! The E-type was introduced in Europe on 15 March 1961 at the Geneva Motor Show and in the United States in April of the same year at the New York Motor Show. When the car was first shown, Enzo Ferrari called it 'The most beautiful car ever made'. He is right to this day! Our E-type is from the last generation, the Series 3. The Series 3 was introduced in 1971. The most notable change was the brutal 5.3 liter V12 engine block. Because it was such a heavy block, power steering also became standard. Furthermore, the wheel arches were slightly flared and the grille became slightly larger, to cool the muscular black cat. With the four wide exhaust tips that roar and growl when the Jaguar is started, you can't help but get in with a big smile every time as an enthusiast. This is pure passion in its purest form. Recently fully restored down to the smallest detail and driven in for you over a distance of 1,000 miles. Which in automotive terms means that she has just passed her test drive license. This beauty comes from the collection of a collector with a preference for the finer things in life and an exceptionally sharp eye for detail. This is also the right reason that she is equipped with a 5-speed Getrag gearbox, which makes long journeys on the highway a lot more pleasant without the engine having to scream like an opera singer in the revs. Step into the interior, an oasis of luxury with calfskin upholstery and dark piping - every detail has been chosen with love. This car is ideal for long journeys and perfect to take on holiday. Many smiles per liter guaranteed!! ‍
