This 1960 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in black over black vinyl and is powered by a fuel-injected 283ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a white convertible top, 15? steel wheels, a push-button radio, an analog clock, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror. The car won a first place award from the Antique Automobile Club of America at the Annual Grand National Meet in 2003 along with preservation awards in 2000, 2003, and 2004. This C1 was acquired by the current owner in 2024 and is now offered on dealer consignment as part of Mohr Imports’ UpShift Collection with prior awards and a clean California title. The car is finished in black and exterior equipment includes a white soft top, quadruple headlights, fuel injection badging, split chrome bumpers, fender vents, and dual exhaust outlets. The 15? steel wheels feature spinner-style covers and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown whitewall tires. The car came equipped from the factory with an independent front suspension and semi-elliptical rear leaf springs. The cabin features two bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl along with a color-coordinated dash pad, carpets, and door panels. Equipment includes lap belts, an analog clock, a push-button Wonder Bar radio, and a dash-mounted rearview mirror. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a sweeping 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, battery charge, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles, less than 500 of which were added under current ownership. The 283ci V8 features Rochester mechanical fuel injection and was factory rated at 250 horsepower. The stamping on the engine pad is shown above. The CR suffix is consistent with a 283ci V8 rated at 250 horsepower and designated for a 1960 Corvette with fuel injection and a manual transmission. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
