The car offered here for sale is a true and factory lightweight being an M471 specification example that was completed at the factory in January 1973. Delivered new to Switzerland, this example was finished in the now iconic combination of “2201/11” (Grand Prix White) with Blue script. In true spirit of ‘M471’, the first owner opted for the lightest trim possible, without any other options. The RS was supplied new to Mr Durst by dealership Autohaus Moser, Thun on 19th February 1973. Durst would retain the car for four years, ahead of its sale to Mr Suremann of Wallisellen near Zurich who would keep the car a further 6 years. Its third owner, Mr Hug would purchase in 1983 from Cigolla Porsche of Waldshut-Tiengen, maintaining it locally with Garage Baumann. In 1988, the 2.7 RS was sourced from Garage Albert Ulrich of Dubendorf by avid Goodwood racer Norman Grimshaw who purchased the car and imported it into the UK. The car was subjected to a strip down and the restoration was commenced but was bit completed before its purchase by its next keeper in 2002; well-known collector and expert in historic Porsches, Russell Edmond Harris. Having owned over eighty examples of 1973 2.7 Carrera RS and more than 20% of the 1974 3.0 RS factory production, Edmond Harris retained this example along with a second car in his private collection. Tasking famed expert Neil Bainbridge of BS Motorsport with a completing a comprehensive restoration, there are a wealth of invoices on file documenting restorative works to the shell. Towards the end of the restoration in August 2008, the car was placed for sale for personal reasons and was reassembled using the engine as it was removed. Autofarm handled the sale to Mr Cavezzale who would retain the car for five years. Cavezzale completed the comprehensive nature of the restoration and tasked Autofarm with full suspension, engine and gearbox rebuilds. In October 2013, the 2.7 RS moved to Holland, finding residence with the nephew of the owner of the Porsche Centre. Mr Dullaart cared for the car for two years ahead of its return to the UK by noted Ferrari & Porsche collector, Mr Hart. Between 2019 and 2022, the RS was kept in the car of Mr Probert who once more tasked BS Motorsport with looking after the car. Some rectification works were carried out by Bainbridge including the fitment of the correct headlining and new fuel lines to accommodate modern fuel. Sold by DK Engineering the most recent custodian, the 2.7 RS has most recently been stored as a part of a prominent collection within our secure storage facility. Today the car remains in “as restored” and superb condition being presented in its original colour combination and being matching numbers. It has now covered a thought-genuine 71,140 kms from new and just over 7,000 kms since the rebuild was completed. The car is accompanied by a superb file that documents and traces the car back to its first owner as well as containing a wealth of invoices confirming the extent of the full restoration and indeed its superior quality. A report by noted expert Jochen Bader was carried out in April 2025 and is available to view on request. • 1971 BMW 2800CS

The BMW 2800 CS was the first in a series of coupes produced from 1968 to 1975, internally known as the BMW E9. The Karmann-designed 2800 CS replaced the 2000 C and CS and used a new straight-six engine dubbed the M30. The larger engine required both the wheelbase and the overall length of the car to be increased, yet the car was still lighter and more agile than the series it was replacing, weighing in at 1,420 kg (3,131 lb). The 2.8 L engine put out 168 hp through a 4-speed manual transmission. Only 276 examples of the 2800 CS were produced in 1971 out of a total of 6,283 produced over four years before the E9 range was replaced by the E24 6 Series. As a follow-up to the BMW New Class line, the 2800 CS continued the automaker’s pursuit of creating sporty automobiles while retaining the luxurious feel they had come to be known for. Many of the design cues used on the 2800 CS, like the longer nose and straight-six engine, would become staples of BMW and give the car both a timeless look and modern usability in today’s traffic environment. Today, the 2800CS remains highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike. Thanks to their low production numbers, timeless good looks, and a high degree of useability, they have garnered a fantastic following in the collector car community. Pricing over the past 5 years has been steady with a general upward trend. We see these cars as solid investments, not very likely to pop in value but also highly unlikely to lose any value as well. They present a fantastic opportunity to purchase and use the car as intended while retaining the money invested. As is the case with any collector car, finding an example with great history and non-traditional colors is always the safest bet. This particular example, Chassis # 2204412, is an extremely original example that was owned and lovingly preserved by the same family for over 50 years. In that time, it has retained its original engine, much of its original paint, and all of its matching interior. It shows incredible indicators of originality, including factory stickers, inspection markings, and clamps. It was purchased new by Mr. Falk from Autos-Import S.A. of Geneva, Switzerland, in 1971 with a “Sahara” paint job and a tan woolen interior with corduroy cloth inserts. Original equipment includes power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, a rear-window defroster, and a Blaupunkt radio. The original owner passed away a short two years after purchasing the car, upon which it was passed down to his son. The son continued to own and meticulously maintain the car throughout the years, often at the same dealer it was purchased from. In 1996, the BMW was imported stateside through American Lamprecht, Inc. in Lawrence, NY, and was appraised in July of that same year by a company in Rowayton, CT, with just 41,466 kilometers (25,765 miles) on the odometer. In 2001 and 2007, it was entered in the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance and won best in class in the 2001 show. The meticulous service records continued, with the front brake calipers having been rebuilt in 2012 at La Jolla Independent BMW Service of La Jolla, CA. After 48 years of ownership, the son listed the BMW for sale on Bring a Trailer, where it was purchased by our client and current consignor. Services under its new owner began in 2021 with a new tailpipe installed at European Auto Center Repair in Norwalk, CT. In May of 2021, the car underwent a major service at Sports Car Restoration in Plainville, CT, that would last through October of that same year and total almost $20,000. During that time, it received new ignition wires, a new distributor cap, a new rotor, new fuel and coolant hoses, new carburetor chokes, a valve cover gasket, a rebuilt speedometer, odometer, and turn signals, some electric window repairs, and a replacement transmission. The transmission was replaced due to excessive grinding in the original gearbox. A used ZF S5-16 Four-Speed gearbox, in great condition, was sourced and installed, and the original was kept and will be included with the sale of the vehicle. The exterior, interior, underbody, and engine bay were also thoroughly cleaned and degreased during the service and areas at risk of rust were coated in a preventative wax coating. In November of 2022, the car visited Rennsport Automotive in Bedford Hills, NY, for new fluids as well as new spark plugs, distributor points, condenser, cap, and rotor. The valve cover gasket was also replaced alongside new V belts and a power steering filter. As it sits, following the numerous services it underwent in the past two years, this BMW 2800 CS is now a turnkey time-capsule example ready to take on anything from twisty roads to more concour shows. With largely original paint, an incredible original interior, all of the original equipment and accessories, and just ~30,000 original miles on the odometer, this rare German saloon with only one family ownership for 50 years is the pinnacle of automotive preservation. Upon purchase, the new owner will receive the original purchase agreement, all of the importation documents and service records going back to new, manufacturer’s literature, 1970s first aid kit and roadside assistance kit, tools, spare parts, and upholstery fabric, a GPS unit, a radar detector, and a BMW car cover. EXTERIOR Body And Paint The Sahara beige exterior paint is believed to be largely original and meters as such. It does appear that the rear passenger quarter panel and the lower section of the passenger door have been painted as these areas meter considerably higher. There is a spot that can be seen, under heavy scrutiny, above the passenger rear wheel arch that appears to have had some bodywork done, as the filler is visible under certain lighting conditions. According to the first owner, in 2001 there was a tire blow out in the passenger side rear that caused some damage to the surrounding area and these repairs are product of this incident. The repair work was completed very well and the painted areas blend in very nicely. The rest of the paint throughout the car is original and appears in fantastic condition, given the mileage and original nature, with smooth and consistent color throughout. There are some minor imperfections that should be expected with an original example. There are some spots of touched-up paint on the trailing edge of the driver-side door as well as some paint flaking at the very tip of the rear quarter panel beneath the chrome trim. There is a section on the rear trunk lid area about 2 inches long that shows scuffing of the paint. The body itself is straight and smooth throughout, with absolutely zero issues to speak of. All gaps and shut lines are in excellent order; nice tight and consistent. There is some minor surface corrosion occurring around the front lower edge of the driver-side front wheel well. Glass And Trim The glass throughout the car appears to be all original, with Duro Glass stampings on each pane. The glass is in excellent condition showing minimal wear, relatively no pitting, and no de-lamination issues. The headlights remain in excellent functioning order with no pitting, hazing, or cloudiness to the lenses. The chrome trim throughout the car is also in fantastic condition with amazing shine for the age with minimal swirling and scuffing. There are a few minor scratches on chrome surfaces in high-wear areas, such as on the front bumpers and the window surrounds. There is also some minor light scratching on areas, such as the side spears on the front quarter panel. The rubber trim throughout the car also remains in fantastic condition with great color and fitment. The black rubber bumpers in the front of the car have a few minor scuff marks but remain in great original condition. The rubber trim around the windows has some minor deformation around the edges on the corners but remains supple with great color. Wheels The wheels on this car appear to likely have retained their original finish as the silver is slightly dulled and does show its age in the form of minor fading, chipping, and cracking to the wheel's surface finish. Despite this fact, they are in fantastic original condition, and we wouldn’t change a thing. The silver chrome center caps are likewise in excellent order with fantastic shine and finish, and all four BMW branded centers have great color and solid graphics. Notable Flaws Overall, this car presents as fantastically original with a smattering of patina you would expect given the territory. There are a few spots of touched-up paint as well as some minor scuffs to the paint and the trim areas, but in the end, nothing we would change or that needs correction. For the best idea of this time-capsule example's current condition, please review all the detailed photos above. INTERIOR Seats And Surfaces The interior of this car is where the originality truly shines through. The tan cloth seats remain in fantastic condition. Being cloth, you would expect that they would be far more worn than they are, but their condition is a testament to the careful ownership that this car has had throughout its life. The driver’s side bolster shows a previously fixed spot in the form of a stitched section, and the very bottom of the seat back shows some minor fraying of the fabric. The driver’s side seat bottom has a bit of pilling to the fabric, but overall, it remains in fantastic condition with excellent color. The passenger side seat shows just a bit of discoloration on the bolster areas of the seat bottom, but the seat back itself looks in almost new condition. The rear seats appear to have seen little use throughout the years and remain in beautifully preserved condition, showing minimal to nowhere at all. The brown leather door cards remain in like new condition with fantastic chrome trim and smooth, issue-free wood. The wood veneer dash is in astounding condition with beautiful color and grain and no de-lamination or discoloration to speak of. The wooden shift knob and the leather shift boot show a beautiful patina that adds wonderfully to the interior. The steering wheel looks almost new, with some very minor patina in the form of scratching in the black painted surface of the spokes. The leather portions of the dash show excellent color and tight fitment. The factory brown carpeting retains excellent weave and color as well as fitment throughout the vehicle. The white perforated headliner is in fantastic condition with little to no discoloration and an excellent tight fitment throughout. There is some flaking of paint on the steering column near the ignition that appears to be from the hand grazing over it throughout the years as the car was started. Functionality And Accessories Everything on the interior is in beautifully preserved condition and functions very nicely. The overhead dome light turns on as you open the doors. The gauges are crystal clear with excellent color and visibility while all reading their intended functions as they should, the doors open and close with a fantastic mechanical click, and the windows roll up and down with ease. The electrically operated rear windows currently do not function. We performed some basic diagnosis, which appears related to the gearing for the motors that actuate the window. It does not appear to be a serious problem, but one that is likely dealt with by someone who has more knowledge of similar issues. The radio works as it should, playing out of the single speaker located in front of the vehicle on the dash. Even the glove box light illuminates as the glove box is opened! The shifter moves smoothly through its range of motion, and the parking brake holds the car firmly in place, with the parking brake light on the dash illuminating as the handle is pulled up. Notable Flaws The interior of this 2800CS remains in beautifully preserved original condition but does display some flaws that inevitably come with the originality and usage over time. The driver’s side seat shows a previous repair as well as some fraying of the fabric on the lower portion of the seat back. Over time, a large section of paint has worn off the steering column. However, neither of these items takes away from the car in the slightest. It should also be noted that the rear power-operated windows are currently inoperable. ENGINE BAY AND TRUNK Engine Bay Once again, the amazing originality of this vehicle shines through beautifully in the engine bay. Factory finishes adorn the bulk of the engine bay, with correct hoses, clamps, wires, etc., throughout. Factory stickers and number plates are all in their correct locations. Original or factory-correct components are present throughout the engine bay, with their correct BMW casting stamps visible in areas throughout the engine bay. It appears that the under-hood heat shield padding was replaced with a modern one at some point, a worthy and necessary upgrade. There are no signs of any current issues with any of the components, and overall, the engine bay presents as beautifully original and genuine, with a healthy amount of patina scattered throughout. Trunk Area The trunk area presents clean, tidy, and original. It appears that the Brown woven carpeting covering the floor is likely a more modern piece, but it fits perfectly and matches the carpeting on the interior of the car excellent. The rest of the trunk area is very nicely trimmed, with all the side paneling being in wonderful condition with great fitment. There is, of course, a bit of patina scattered throughout in the form of some minor scuffing and age, but it ties in excellent with the rest of the car’s condition. The fold-down tool kit is amazingly well preserved and appears to be all there and accounted for. Lifting the carpet reveals clean and tidy sheet metal, and the factory spare is tucked away in a nice dry spare wheel well. Underside The underside presents exactly as you would expect from the condition of the rest of the car: very genuine and original. While some road dirt is accumulated from normal use, factory finishes, and markings are still present in areas. The floors look very solid, and it appears that all mechanical components have been very well looked after. There is some very minor surface corrosion on bare metal surfaces and areas where painted components have flaked away, but everything appears to be very solid still. The wheel wells are clean, tidy, and solid. During its major 2021 servicing, the common areas that develop rusting were cleaned thoroughly and had a coating of wax applied to them to help prevent future issues from developing. Overall, there are no signs of any issues, past or present. MECHANICALS Engine Years of meticulous servicing and care have left this 2800 in fabulous mechanical condition. The engine fires to life with ease and quickly settles into a smooth and consistent idle. On the road, it makes smooth and reliable power with no stumbles or flat spots in acceleration. The throttle response is smooth and consistent and provides a joyful driving experience. Transmission The transmission was replaced in 2021 due to grinding gears by Sports Car Restorations of Connecticut. According to the service documents provided, a used ZF S5-16 4-speed transmission in good working order was placed in the car. Currently, the car shifts and drives with no issues. The transmission feels smooth and strong with direct gear changes, and the clutch feels responsive with proper takeup and engagement. Brakes And Suspension The brakes feel responsive and tight, bringing the car to a smooth and controlled stop with no binding or issues to speak of. The suspension feels smooth and compliant, with excellent road behavior and a supple but responsive road nature. Tires The tires are correct-looking Verdestein Sprint Classics on all four corners. They are sized 205 70,14 with DOT date codes of 2021. All four tires retain excellent sidewalls with plenty of tread life left to them. Notable Flaws It should be noted that the original transmission was swapped for a ZF S5-16 4-speed during the car's 2021 major servicing. This was completed due to excessive grinding in the the original transmission. The original transmission was saved and will be included with the sale of the vehicle should a future owner desire to rebuild and re-install it. DRIVING EXPERIENCE Besides their timeless good looks, one of the great appeals of the 2800CS is their general ease of useability. The driving position is very comfortable, and the car provides an easy-going, responsive, and enjoyable driving experience. They certainly are not the fastest of cars, but they do provide the driver with a rewarding time thanks to their fantastic chassis and smooth power delivery. They are truly fantastic, useable classic vehicles. 1971 BMW 2800CS LBI Limited If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1983 BMW 635 CSi Group A 1

According to Schnitzer Motorsport, this BMW 635 CSi Group A car was built by the firm in August 1983 and was destined to compete in the European Touring Car Championship. The car formed part of an enlarged three-car assault on the final round of the championship at Zolder in an attempt to bolster Dieter Quester’s tilt at the title. Driven by Christian Danner and Stefan Bellof, the BMW retired from the race following handling problems, while Quester finished 4th to win the Championship. The car was sold in early 1984 and campaigned by Volker Strycek under the GUBIN Sport banner in the inaugural year of the Deutsche Produktionswagen-Meisterschaft, the race series that would become the DTM; Strycek was crowned Champion despite never having won a race. The car is understood to have been raced by Strycek in 1985, before being sold to Manfred Niederhof for the 1986 season. Today, the BMW 635 CSi has been returned to its 1984 Championship-winning livery and has been regularly campaigned in historic race series. It is both a significant machine in BMW and DTM history and golden ticket to the historic race series for which it is eligible. 1983 BMW 635 CSi Group A RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1967-mercedes-benz-250-sl-factory-5-speed

The car presented here, chassis no. 2423 GT, was completed on 20 March 1961 as a Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2 and delivered through the Ferrari dealer Franco Britannic in Paris. In the late 1980s, the vehicle underwent a comprehensive restoration by a Ferrari specialist in England. During the rebuild, it received a shortened chassis as well as a Drogo body (ex–250 GTO / Norinder) and was finished in blue. The mechanical components were completely upgraded to GTO specification: high-performance engine with dry-sump lubrication and six-carburettor setup, sports exhaust system, Colotti racing gearbox, racing-style instrumentation, external quick-fill fuel system, etc. Upon completion of the work, the car was sold through a renowend Ferrari dealer in England. In 1995 it passed to a Ferrari enthusiast in Hamburg, and in 2013 it was acquired by its current owner. Under his direction, the car underwent an extensive restoration in recent years. Inspired by the David Piper racing cars, it received its current green livery. The engine and gearbox were completely overhauled by a specialised Ferrari workshop. The Ferrari 250 GT/E “Drogo” SWB is not an original 250 GTO, but a car built on the basis of a 250 GTE that preserves the coachwork designed by Piero Drogo and has been upgraded technically to GTO specification. Its distinctive body design, interesting history, and impressive performance make it a fascinating automobile – at only a fraction of the price of a 250 GTO. The vehicle comes with a current German road registration. A unique automobile for any high-quality collection, ideal for Ferrari enthusiasts and historic sporting events. 1962 Ferrari 250 GT/E „Drogo“ SWB Thiesen Hamburg GmbH If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1993-ferrari-f40-lm-by-michelotto

FINE-TUNING A MASTERPIECE Upon its introduction in July 1987, the Ferrari F40 set a new benchmark for styling, engineering, and performance. With the model’s ferocious twin-turbocharged V-8 developing 478 horsepower, the F40 had more than enough output on tap for any self-respecting enthusiast. But being a Ferrari, and one built with a slew of advanced competition-grade components, speculation immediately abounded regarding the model’s potential as a racecar. Enter Daniel Marin, the managing director of France’s longtime Ferrari importer, Charles Pozzi SA. Tantalized by the possibilities, Marin instigated the development of a competition version of the stock F40 that was entrusted to Giuliano Michelotto and his eponymous consulting firm. Michelotto had been instrumental in the success of numerous racecars, including the Group 4-spec Lancia Stratos and various Ferrari 308 versions; not to mention a key contributor to the build programs of Ferrari’s 333 SP, 288 GTO, and GTO Evoluzione, and the mighty F40. Ferrari soon gave its officially sanctioned blessing to this build program, and 19 cars were ultimately prepared by Michelotto as the F40 LM, the name obviously signifying the intent to run Le Mans at some point. Because IMSA and FIA regulations limited weight reduction, the most significant modifications were made to the engine, which featured larger Behr intercoolers, revised camshafts, a modified fuel management system, and an increase in turbo boost, ultimately resulting in a shocking increase to 720 horsepower (a net gain of 242 horsepower). This impressive uptick in power was complemented by numerous chassis considerations, including larger Brembo disc brakes, wider wheels with softer tires, and a lowered ride height. Finally, the bodywork was aerodynamically massaged with a large front spoiler, a revised front hood with much larger cooling vents, underbody venturi, and a huge adjustable rear wing, while the interior was revised with racing harnesses and a competition instrument panel. While these specifications were adopted for cars intended for use in American IMSA events, a second version was simultaneously built to “GTC” specifications for racing in the European FIA-GT series. This version featured an even more powerful engine, with larger air restrictors bringing output up to a whopping 760 horsepower—nearly 300 horsepower more than the original engine configuration. Indisputably, Michelotto had transformed a promising colt into a no-holds-barred thoroughbred. Just 19 examples of the F40 LM were prepared by Michelotto, and with their awesome mechanical enhancements and aerodynamic refinements, they remain among the most collectable and correspondingly valuated premium iterations of the F40. It is worth noting that while later racing iterations of the F40 like the F40 GT and GTE may have been more highly developed in some regards, none of them were as brutally powerful as the F40 LM GTC-spec, which maintains the mantle of being the most powerful version of Maranello’s seminal 40th anniversary supercar. BUILD NUMBER 14—SPECIFIED FOR POWER According to the combined information of factory build sheets, a factory invoice, history reports by both Marcel Massini and Rosso Corsa Consulting, and Ferrari Classiche certification, chassis number 95448 is the 14th example prepared by Michelotto. Built to the more powerful GTC specifications, the LM was further equipped with the highly desirable Lexan plexiglass sliding side windows and finished in the characteristic Rosso Corsa paint over seats trimmed in Stoffa Vigogna (cloth upholstery). Following factory completion in December 1992, the spectacular LM was delivered a few months later to the buyer, the late marque collector Walter Hagmann of St. Moritz, Switzerland, who also owned a 275 GTB/4 and an F50, among other important Prancing Horses. Mr. Hagmann obviously embraced the prodigious competition machine with zeal, as he was involved in a minor crash during a private testing session at the Mugello Circuit in May 1993. Michelotto quickly repaired the limited rear-end damage, and the car was then featured in the July 1993 issue of the Swiss enthusiast magazine Auto Illustrierte. In October 1993 the F40 commenced a long record of event participation with its appearance at the Ferrari Club Italia meet at Mugello, followed by display at the Motor Classic Show in Zurich in February 1998. Hagmann sold the LM to a fellow Swiss enthusiast in 2002, only to buy it back and resell it in 2007 to a financier in Munich who worked for Ferrari Financial Services. This owner enjoyed the remarkable F40 at numerous Shell Ferrari/Maserati Historic Challenge events over the next eight years, including runs at Monza, Italy; Le Vigeant, France; Brno, Czech Republic; and Valencia, Spain. Perhaps most notably, in April 2009 the F40 LM was factory-certified by Ferrari Classiche, authenticating the presence of the matching-numbers engine, transaxle, and coachwork. The physical Red Book no longer accompanies the car, but a digital PDF of the Ferrari Classiche certification pages is on file. The only noted change to the car in the 2009 certification was that the car’s original wheels had been changed to larger, but slightly narrower, OZ magnesium wheels, which remain on the car today. Around this time following certification, the LM reportedly was returned to Michelotto for engine upgrades. In 2014 the Ferrari was again returned to Michelotto for a thorough freshening, and the car’s original build/tuning operation overhauled the engine and gearbox, performed minor coachwork repairs, and refinished the exterior in the correct original color. A year later the highly authentic F40 LM was purchased by an investment developer in Las Vegas, and he kept the car for five years before it was sold to a German dealer, from whom it later passed to an Austrian collector. Under present ownership the F40 LM was shown at the 2025 ModaMiami concours held at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, where it naturally drew the attention of many discerning tifosi, winning the Ferrari: Passion and Performance Collection class award. In preparation for its current offering, the Ferrari has undergone a major service by Rosso Corsa Inc. of Jupiter, Florida, completed in June 2025. This work included the replacement of the fuel bladders, timing and accessory belts, spark plugs, and fuel filters. A new battery was installed, and the wheels were shod with new Michelin Pilot Sport GT Slick S7M tires. Invoices on file reflect this work, which totaled an investment of over $67,000. As one of just 19 Ferrari F40 LMs ever produced, this well-documented example, abounding in exquisite competition-engineered details, would make a sensational addition to any Ferrari-centric garage or racing-themed collection. It offers the next caretaker the pride of field exhibition or the visceral joy of hot laps in one of Maranello’s most powerfully specified modern berlinettas—a true wolf in wolf’s clothing. 1993 Ferrari F40 LM by Michelotto RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright FINE-TUNING A MASTERPIECE Upon its introduction in July 1987, the Ferrari F40 set a new benchmark for styling, engineering, and performance. • 1985 BMW 635 Group A

If the two petrol crisis in 1973 and 1979 have had the consequences that we know in the everyday life, they also had an effect in the world of car racing. The Group 5, one of the the leading series, had become just a debauchery of money, and everything was made to have the ultimate weapon on the track. But the FISA decided to react and to set new rules. Starting with the 1982 season, the only cars eligible for touring races would be models of which at least 25,000 examples had been produced, 2500 of which were specialized versions intended for racing, while 500 "Evolution" examples could be made to improve the race car. Additionally, annual production of the car had to amount to at least 5000 units. Along with the strict homologation requirements, the new regulations stipulated virtually all parts be interchangeable between the road car and its racing version. This included various specific engine and suspension parts, but most importantly forbade any aerodynamic development. Since the body had to comply to road legal standards, manufacturers and privateers alike were essentially forbidden from creating outlandish aero packages as seen in the days of Group 5. The change to Group A came as a bit of a shock to the manufacturers active in Group 5, as they weren’t given very much time to adapt. For BMW, this meant they suddenly had to drop their wildly successful 320i Turbo Group 5 and revert to a mundane E28 5-Series, the 528i. Even if this car has won many victories with the two-car BMW Italia, and even more with the Eggenberger Motorsport team which was really challenging the more powerful and faster TWR Jaguar XJ-S HE V12, BMW selected the venerable 6-Series as a replacement. The 635 CSi promised to be well worth the wait though, as it presented big improvement over the mundane 528i. The older car had used only a 2.8L version of the straight six engine, which produced a meager 240 horsepower. In an effort to counter the 400 horsepower V12 Jaguar, the 3.5L from the 635 CSi was taken as a starting point. Since BMW still hadn’t committed to a full factory effort, engine tuning was handled by specialists Alpina and Schrick, while final assembly fell into the very capable hands of Team Schnitzer. The end result was 295 horsepower at 6900 rpm, which still gave the BMW a 105 horsepower deficit over the Jaguar. Luckily, Group A featured an equivalency formula based on engine displacement. The size of the engine affected minimum weight requirements and maximum allowable tire width. With its 3.5L engine, the 635 CSi made do with 1185 kg (2612 lbs) minimum weight and 250-section tires on all four corners. By comparison, this left the BMW with a 222 kg (489 lbs) advantage over its British rival with its massive 5.3L V12. Furthermore, the 635 CSi had the luxury of a five-speed Getrag 265/5 transmission, whereas the XJ-S had to make amends with a four-speed unit. The weight advantage would pay dividends to BMW, as the 635 CSi could brake later, corner better, use less fuel and be easier on brakes and tires than the big Jag. This would especially be of benefit in the longer rounds of the ETCC, like the 24 Hours of Spa.Again using its superior reliability. The 635 CSi became an immediate and very dangerous threat to the superior Jaguars. Furthermore, TWR fielded only two cars, whereas BMW could count on a veritable armada. Along with semi-works Team Schnitzer and Eggenberger-BMW Italia, the 635 CSi was used by Hartge Motorsport, Juma, Motul, Chiazzaro, and a few other ones. As there were now other competitors in the top level Division 3 over 2500cc, BMW stood a very real chance of defeating the fast but fragile Jaguars. The tactic seemed to work, as BMW won six races to Jaguars four. The 635 CSi even managed to win on its debut with Team Schnitzer’s Dieter Quester and Carlo Rossi at Monza, before winning at Vallelunga with 1981 ETCC champions Helmut Kelleners and Umberto Grano of Eggenberger Motorsport-BMW Italia. Between them, these teams took five of the six wins scored by BMW, but the sixth was arguably the most special. Although it was unable to defend its title against the improved Jaguar XJ-S in 1984, the 635 CSi moved on to other great things with success! In Germany a new series was launched to accommodate Group A cars : the Deutsche Produktionswagen Meisterschaft was the immediate predecessor to the later Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft. Despite lacking power in comparison to its opponents, the big Beemer’s sheer tenacity, bulletproof reliability and lovely handling gave it the ability to conquer virtually every inaugural Group A season on the planet. With total race wins in the dozens and 12 major national and international titles, the BMW 635 CSi is one of the single most successful Group A touring cars of all time. The 635 CSI chassis #RA2-59 has been entered by Bavaria Automobiles, a French team based in Reims. Assembled in 1985, it was initially intended for the European Touring Car Championship (ETCC). Finally, the team led by Dominique Fornage entered the car in the 1985 Spa Francorchamps 24 Hours with Claude Ballot-Lena, Jean-Claude Andruet and René Metge. They finished in a fine 8th place. Two more participations followed in the Belgian endurance event. In 1986, the trio of Marc Sourd, René Metge and Philippe Hazebrouck finished at the foot of the podium behind two factory cars prepared by Schnitzer. Driven by famous drivers: During its career, this 635 CSI was driven by famous French drivers such as JP Jassaud, twice winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, René Metge who, after numerous participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, won three times in the Paris Dakar, Jean-Claude Andruet who participated 19 times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and won numerous rally victories, including the World Rally Championship as well as Claude Ballot-Léna who participated 22 times in the mythical Mancelle race! Restored and back on track Our 635 CSI was then kept in its original condition before undergoing a first restoration including the replacement of the original aluminium roll bar with a steel FIA roll bar designed by MATTER. José Rocher and Eric Castel who had prepared the car at the time overhauled the car in 2014. Acquired in 2020 by the current owner, it has received extensive work including a complete overhaul of the engine and gearbox by Wasserman Racing with only 3H for the engine. The running gear has also been overhauled. The invoices for this recent work are on file. The car was tuned and validated during track tests in the autumn of 2021 with a view to entering it in the Heritage Touring Cup by Peter Auto in 2022 and 2023. That is the perfect car for Pater Auto HTC or VdeV endurance, with just new Valid for 10 yars FIA HTP. It's a beautiful story for a beautiful racing car with a clear history. The typical Motorsport aluminum plates are still present under the dashboard. With the factory having produced around ninety examples of the competition version of the 635, this is a unique opportunity to acquire a car that took part three times in the legendary 24 Hours of Spa and was driven by such great drivers at the time. 1985 BMW 635 Group A Historic Cars If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1966 Iso Grifo A3/C Continuation

The Grifo is perhaps one of the most stunning, attractive, and desirable takes on what would eventually become a proven formula: a European chassis and body coupled with the robust and inexpensive performance provided by an American V8. When designing his beautiful and impressively fast Iso Grifo, Renzo Rivolta relied upon one of Italy’s greatest automotive engineers, Giotto Bizzarrini, who designed the Ferrari 250 GTO and Testa Rossa. Mr. Bizzarrini designed the Iso Grifo with the necessary elements for success: the stout, reliable and easily tuned Chevrolet small-block V-8 engine and 4-speed gearbox from the Corvette, a welded-sheet platform frame, sophisticated suspension and a svelte and aerodynamic body. Although it was double the price of a Corvette, it was significantly lighter and featured technical innovations that even the most exotic cars of the era could not better. The resulting car was a true race car for the road that looked the part, with the roofline standing a mere 43\" above the asphalt. The Grifo’s chassis and mechanical integration were also major contributors to the overall appeal of the car. Developed in large part by Giotto Bizzarrini, in tandem with the Grifo’s competition version (which would eventually become the Bizzarrini 5300), the chassis was sophisticated with coil springs all round, de Dion rear end, and tubular chassis, and inboard rear disc brakes. The engines were supplied by Chevrolet, but were disassembled and blue printed before installation in the Grifo. Giotto Bizzarrini built his own version of the Grifo for racing, winning the big-bore GT class at Le Mans in 1964 and 1965. The Bizzarrini GTs were developed as race cars and the two marques, Iso and Bizzarrini, coexisted. Iso built road Grifos while Bizzarrini built racing Grifos. Eventually their relationship soured but Bizzarrini had cleverly registered the Grifo name, reportedly the suggestion of Nuccio Bertone, and traded its use to Iso for a supply of parts sufficient to build about 100 Bizzarrini 5300GT Stradas. Fitted with more rakish and exotic bodywork, the Bizzarrini 5300GT is rare, exotic and aerodynamic. Early competition cars were designated Grifo A3/C prior to being separately identified as Bizzarrini 5300s. Historians and enthusiasts of the Grifo and Bizzarrini 5300 are well aware that these cars were built in fits and starts over the years as parts became available to various enterprising individuals, and therefore there are often multiple claims to serial numbers and confusing trails of construction and ownership history. Faced with spending seven figures on a car of dubious history, the owner of this car ultimately selected a different path. He was made aware by Winston Goodfellow, one of the pre-eminent gurus of these cars, of a “continuation car” built in Italy by Roberto Negri, a former employee of Iso when these cars were originally built, and now the owner of il bottegone, a shop that maintains and restores these cars. This car was one of five such cars built by Negri, a project on which he embarked about eight years ago. Using genuine Iso chassis and the original scheda (essentially blueprints), the cars are exceptionally accurate, down to the centimeter, and were built by the same individuals who built them when they were new. Indeed, Piero Rivolta gave his approval to officially name the cars Iso Rivolta A3/C and they are built using period correct parts. This particular car was built using the chassis, motor, and other components of an original Iso Rivolta needing restoration that was purchased from Gullwing Motorcars and shipped to Italy for its transformation. It was completed about 4 years ago with superlative attention to detail and accuracy and the result speaks for itself. It is a truly stunning and exciting car that accurately captures the aesthetic and driving experience of an original car, available for a fraction of the cost. Suitably convinced by the car’s experience, its current owner, who is an enthusiastic collector of European sports cars, bought and imported the car to the United States. Cosmetically, it is not only indistinguishable from an example built in period, it an absolutely beautifully built and finished car. The quality of the workmanship is first rate throughout and the car’s competiion details are beautifully rendered from the external rivits to the large cooling vents and quick release fuel filler that operates through the rear window. The paint is excellent, as is all brightwork, glass, lights, and trim. The car has vintage Carello headlamps and the overall presentation is of a show-ready freshly restored high caliber example done to the highest standards. The interior is equally impressive, and showcases the craftsmanship of the build as well as if not better than the exterior. The quality of the trimming and finishing is superb, from the abundant red leather to the high quality pile wool carpets with red binding. The unusual instrument layout which places the primary instruments to the driver’s right has been failthfully recreated and the car has a full suite of period instrumentation. The simple padded central tunnel is beautifully trimmed and dominates the cabin, giving a single-minded competition-oriented purposefulness to the interior, which is underscored by the fixed rake bucket seats. The interior is fully trimmed, with carpet, leather, and full headliner, all of which are in superb order. The wood rimmed steering wheel has one scratch in the finish but is otherwise essentially unmarked. The engine compartment presents like new and is technically fascinating. The engine is mounted well back in the chassis, with the back of the motor actually slipped underneath the cowl. There is a sizable gap between the front of the motor and the front crossmember and this space is thoughtfully filled with various mechanical components including the brake boosters (to keep the hood low) and battery. This layout and the car’s stunning proportions underscore that this may very well be the ultimate iteration and evolution of the front-engined sports car before the transition to a mid-engined layout was adopted by the foremost producers of exotic cars. The engine compartment is nearly spotless, again consistent with a fresh build to the highest standards and few miles since. The trunk is fully trimmed and surprisingly large, with space for plenty of luggage, a full sized spare, and an integrated tray to house the jack. The driving experience is very exciting. The car is very low and the view from the driver’s seat is extremely evocative thanks to the unusual gauge layout, steeply raked windscreen, massive center tunnel, beautiful fender contours. The dashboard finish is a bit too glossy and creates glare on the windscreen. The engine starts easily and has a ragged raw character to the exhaust note, but is surprisingly subdued in the interior. It is well-tuned and tractable, with a surprisingly civilized character. The clutch is aggressive and very communicative, but still quite manageable for street use. The gearbox is a pleasure to use with well-defined gates and good synchromesh. The brakes are effect and the low, wide dimensions of the car give it sure-footed handling. All in all, it is an exciting car that make any drive feel like an occasion, but it is still streetable enough to drive for pleasure or use for tours. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a beautifully turned out and very thrilling car. The driving experience and aesthetics of the car are extremely faithful and the quality of the build is truly remarkable. The car is just exciting enough on the street and perfectly encapsulate the purity, directness, and excitement of a truly great classic car experience. The car also represents excellent value, and as such, makes a superb event car that can be enjoyed more freely. It is built on a genuine Iso chassis and is titled as a 1966 Iso. 1966 Iso Grifo A3/C Continuation Fantasy Junction If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. Imagine this: it’s 1993. You’re a German banker with a slight penchant for antisocially fast driving, but you don’t want the neighbors to see that you’re actually a psychopath. That’s exactly where the E34 M5 comes in. On the outside, it looks like a car that dutifully shows up on time at the Rotary Club, but under the hood sits a 3.6-liter inline-six ripped straight from the legendary M1 supercar. This was the very last M5 truly hand-built by a group of stubborn men in Garching who refused to listen to the accountants. The result? A machine that just works. And let’s talk about those wheels. The ‘M-System’ Turbines. The average passerby probably thinks you stole hubcaps from an old washing machine, but in reality, they’re designed to ram cool air to the brakes while you’re blasting down the Autobahn at 155 mph. That’s the essence of the E34 M5: absolute form over function. No flashy spoilers or four exhausts the size of sewer pipes just a subtle “gentleman’s express” with the soul of a track monster. It’s the perfect bridge between the days when you actually had to know how to drive and the era when computers decided they knew better than you. It’s a car with balls but wearing a tie. Now, this particular example in Diamant Schwarz Metallic. With just 72,000 kilometers on the clock, this M5 is barely awake. It began life in Japan where they polish cars more often than their teeth and made its way to our showroom via a Danish collector. The condition is so frighteningly good you’ll fall in love immediately, and the toolkit in the trunk is more complete than the average operating room. Forget Bitcoin or soybean futures; this is a tangible piece of automotive history that only grows in value while you enjoy that glorious S38 engine. It’s rare, it’s hand-built, and it’s damn cool. Anyone still hesitating at this point probably deserves a Prius. 1993 BMW E34 M5 Cool Classic Club If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer.
