This Porsche 911 Carrera RSR Brumos was captured at the Daytona 24HR Classic 2018 by the photographer Jonathan Szczupak. Brumos stands for Brumos Racing, an automobile racing team based in Florida established in 1971 by Peter Gregg as a part of the IMSA GT Championship, and sponsored by Brumos Porsche, an authorized Porsche dealership since 1959. The Brumos team has won the 24 Hours of Daytona four times. In 1973, 1975, 1978 and Thirty-one years later in 2009. For the 1973 Daytona 24, this car received the iconic Brumos red, white and blue livery and the numbers '58' and '59' on the hood, wich primary sponsor was GARRARD RECORD PLAYERS (Garrard Labs) an English company that built a series of turntables from the 1960s to the 1980s, some of which have left an indelible mark on the history of HiFi.
