This rare Alfa Romeo Coupé was delivered in Switzerland and was first registered on 25 October 1972. The front seats were probably reupholstered in black goatskin in the early 1980s and the Montreal was painted in ‘marrone metallizzato’. In October 1986, the Alfa was deregistered and integrated into the collection of a garage owner. A few years later, he decided to preserve the coupé with around 106,000 kilometres on the clock and park it in his garage. Finally, in 2020, the Montreal was freed from the garage and carefully put back into operation - all the fluids were replaced, the brake lines were renewed, the petrol tank was flushed and refilled, and the engine was fitted with new spark plugs. Unfortunately, time had left traces of rust on the bodywork and it was decided to restore it. In the course of this work, the original colour was revealed and the Montreal was given a complete paint job in AR 601 - Orange. The Alfa Romeo now presents itself in new splendour, the interior shows signs of wear commensurate with its age and the engine and gearbox are in perfect working order. The last Swiss Mot as a veteran vehicle took place in May 2022.
