The E-type Series I was introduced in Europe on March 15, 1961, at the Geneva Motor Show, and in the United States in April of the same year at the New York Auto Show. When the car was first presented, the owner of an Italian car manufacturer called it "the most beautiful car ever made." Do you know who we are talking about? Among most enthusiasts, the Fixed Head Coupe model of the Series 1 is the most sought-after. Its elegant lines are proof of an unmistakable iconic status in the automotive world, one without which no collection is truly complete. And this E-Type Series 1? A true cool classic among cool classics! Right at the top of the hierarchy! This Series 1 4.2 FHC was delivered to its first owner in New York in 1967. It was later selected by the specialists at Carrozzeria Franco in Italy for a complete restoration, where every part was meticulously documented and awarded a Class 1 certificate for originality. It retains all of its matching numbers, original color combination, and original registration papers. We have carefully prepared it, and it is now ready for you to take out on the road!
