Offered here is a very well-sorted FIA Ford Mustang that has been very well-engineered with FIA/HTP papers through to 31st December 2033. It was taken back to the bare metal in 2020, with the brief to build a strong shell incorporating the latest regulation-compliant welding modifications and the strongest roll-cage possible. The engine is the latest 440bhp-specification Warrior, with just two races under its belt, and latterly qualified fourth on the grid in the Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars race at Brands Hatch on 28th May 2023. The suspension is again the latest FIA/HTP-compliant set up and has a Butler straight-cut gearbox with synchro on first and second. It comes with spare differentials for correct gearing for Goodwood, Brands Hatch Indy circuit and the Silverstone GP. Fitted with the lightest, new-specification windows and is accompanied by a running consumables spares package and a set of spare wheels. This FIA Mustang has been engineered to be a reliable, front-running car in Masters, or in a plethora of events, and represents a realistic guide level to be part of the evergreen FIA Pre-66 Touring Car scene.
