This specific Ferrari 250 GT Pininfarina Cabriolet was built in 1961 and was sold new to its first owner in Tivoli, Rome, Italy. The car retains a complete ownership history from new. Later the car was exported to the United States of America and until 1986 the car was owned by a Ferrari enthusiast from Florida. In 1986 the car returned to Italy and was shipped to Livorno for its new owner, who kept the car until 2013. In the period 1987-1988 the car was restored in Milan. Invoices of the restoration are still present. The car remained in Italy until 2013 when the car was acquired by VSOC for the current Dutch owner. Over the past 12 years, this Ferrari has formed part of an important Ferrari collection. This wonderful and rare car comes with a well documented history file, showing its ‘Foglio Montaggio’ (Built Sheet) which is an interesting read, original Certification of Ferrari Clasische, ownership documents, ACI papers and invoices of the restoration. The engine pulls strong and the gear change is very smooth. All numbers have been confirmed by Ferrari to be original and matching. The car is registered in Holland. Nothing beats the experience of driving a classic open-top 12 cilinder Ferrari. After 12 years in the current collection, the car is ready for a new enthusiastic owner and begs to be driven!
