The 1962 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster is high on the list of all-time greats. With a 0-60mph time of 7.0 seconds and a top speed of 130mph it was one of the fastest convertibles of its time, at the time more expensive than a Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder.
