This 911 was purchased new at Porsche Audi Classic Motors in Vallejo, California on March 19, 1982. A copy of the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity indicates the car was completed January 30, 1982, finished in Grand Prix White and trimmed with blue leather interior. Options included: Electric sliding roof California emissions Sport seats L/R Forged alloy wheels Cruise control Sport shock absorbers Brake pads w/abrasive pads Rectangular fog lights Pirelli tires The original warranty and maintenance booklet accompanying the car contains service stamps showing accumulated mileage from 1982 with dealer services up to December 1983 at 21,796 miles when a major service was performed at Valhalla Automotive. Parts and service records accompanying this Porsche begin in 2009 with miles recorded in 2012 at 106,393. In 2o14, the current and second California owner, a well-regarded vintage car enthusiast, purchased this 911 with 107,728 miles indicated on the six digit odometer. At that time the current owner freshened the car mechanically including a major service, a new distributor cap, rotor, clutch release seal, new throttle bushings, a new Hirschman antenna, and the headlight assemblies refinished, resealed, and new drain tubes installed. Over the years, the car was occasionally driven, but miles kept to a minimum due to being part of a collection of other vintage vehicles. In 2022 a set of Pirelli Cinturato 205/55 front and 225/50 R16 rear tires were installed, an oil change and brake fluid flush performed in September 2024 with 109,963 miles, and a new oil pressure sender installed in December 2025 with 110,392 miles indicated.
