According to a copy of the factory data card for this car, this 300SL was dispatched from the factory on July 26, 1961. The first owners enjoyed the car in both California and Nevada and subsequently underwent a sensitive restoration in the 2010s. Under prior ownership spanning 25 years, believed to have been with the President of the Gull Wing Group, this 300SL is not only a matching numbers example inclusive of the engine, head, and transmission, the front suspension spindles also match the factory data card. Additionally, the engine stamping, engine tag, and the stampings on the cylinder head confirm it is original to the car including the matching compression ratios on the round pad of the engine block and cylinder head. In addition to the documentation supporting the original components of this car, the original seat bottoms display the factory chalk mark numbers on the bottom of the seat panels indicating “188” matching the last three digits of the chassis number. In preparation for consignment, the compression was tested with the engine warmed for two minutes and the crank spun with the throttle open for roughly a dozen cycles on each cylinder. Numbers recorded front to back 1 – 168, 2 – 170, 3 – 175, 4 – 175, 5 – 168, 6 – 168. Today this rare and beautiful 300SL roadster presents as an excellent lightly mellowed restoration still displaying delightful cosmetics and exceptional mechanical continuity inclusive of the original drivetrain and numerous other original components. The restoration was performed to a very high level approximately fifteen years ago, but the quality of the materials and finishes continue to convey excellence in fit and finish. The white finish remains glossy and smooth with a very attractive presentation, showing only minor signs of use, but otherwise very still remaining quite nice overall. The doors, hood, and trunk gaps are excellent including supple rubber trim and weather stripping. The hood and trunk open and shut smoothly and the doors have properly finished jambs, also opening and shutting tightly with notable German precision. The exterior emblems and lenses are also in excellent condition, while the chrome shows only minor areas of light surface hazing. The chrome plated wheels and wheel covers are beautifully finished with matching white painted wheel covers contrasting the sporty black-wall tires, canvas top, and interior. The low fender line, sculpted speed blisters, and race-inspired side vents deliver a powerful presence to the low-profile design. The interior has a very handsome and settled presence which speaks well of the longevity of the finishes and quality of materials used during the restoration. The beautifully contoured leather surfaces have been properly stitched and pleated with both the leather and distinctive Mercedes-Benz perforated seat insert material now gently relaxed since the restoration was completed. The seats have a soft presence to them, still firm in support, but welcomingly contoured through gentle use. The workmanship throughout the interior is of high quality with excellent feel to the beautifully fitted leather topped dash, pleated door panels, and braided leather door pull. The black leather finishes are consistent throughout offering a classic contrast to the white exterior. The black canvas top smoothly disappears into the hinged rear deck and latches to the windshield header with tight closure including a clear, taut rear plastic window. The dashboard is beautiful in all respects with vivid dial faces, excellent numeric indication, clear lenses, and finely restored details including the colorful center gauge cluster and functional illuminated panel switches below the main dash area. The various detailed interior levers, trim, and knobs are all correctly finished including the light ivory steering wheel which matches the gear shift knob and horn center emblem. A pair of small diameter matching dial VDO gauges are mounted under the dashboard knee pad displaying water temperature and oil temperature. Inside the trunk, the condition is consistent with materials used in the interior including a leather center strap and proper factory finishes for the underside and inner side panels. The trunk is finished with low pile black carpet, houses a full sized spare tire on a steel rim, and includes jacking tools. The overall visual impact of the interior is quite nice, exhibiting uniform finishes clearly enjoyed since restoration but lovingly and professionally tended to as in keeping with the legacy and significance of the 300SL series. Under the hood, the correctly finished fuel-injected 300SL engine is visually captivating in every respect. The sculpted artistry and mechanical excellence blend together in this clean and well-presented example reflective of the quality of the restoration performed some years ago. All chassis plates, engine numbers, body number and casting details are correct and original to this car. Engine and engine compartment features are correctly finished including proper fittings, correct hoses and lines, a correct washer fluid bag, the correct air cleaner housing and hardware, and engine decals, some of which have lightly aged over time. Although some of the engine compartment finishes show evidence of use since the restoration was completed, the overall presentation is very satisfying, unified, and warmly reflective of a car that can be driven without worrying over the perfection associated with concours-ready jewelry. The car starts on command, submits patiently to proper warm up procedure, and offers the driver a chance to engage in the wonderful engine note on idle while warming. The engine is well tuned with no fuel-injection issues delivering crisp throttle response when blipping the accelerator. The gearbox engages easily in all gears offering smooth shifts through the properly sprung clutch. Suspension is quite pleasant on the highway with light steering, great passing power, and symmetrical braking from the all-wheel disc brakes even when coming down from highway speeds. The chassis and underbody components are in very good condition and while not concours level, surely as clean and correct as one would ever want from a car that can be confidently driven. There are no significant issues and no visible signs of structural compromise to the chassis or main suspension attachment points. The integrity of the restoration from top to bottom is reflected diligently in the underside with modestly driven miles reflective of the passion prior owners have enjoyed at the wheel. One of the most dramatic and innovative sports cars available when new, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster was a performance leader in all respects, brimming with innovative features, many of which would become hallmarks of modern engineering. Today these fast, beautiful, and exclusive cars continue to appeal to collectors and enthusiasts for their unforgettable beauty, precision build quality, and remarkably comfortable driving manners. • 1991-isdera-imperator-108i-series-2

Isdera was founded by the visionary automotive designer Eberhard Schulz, whose career had begun at Porsche, where he first made a name for himself with the hand-built prototype, the Erator GTE. Even while employed at Porsche, Schulz was developing his own concept in his spare time, a design explicitly intended to echo the elegance and engineering of the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL. By the early 1980s, Schulz decided to forge his own path and established Isdera, a company dedicated to small-scale production vehicles, design, and engineering services. Two years later, the firm introduced the Imperator 108i, a car representing the culmination of Schulz’s vision. Over the subsequent nine years, only 30 examples would be produced, each undergoing subtle design revisions and powered by rear mid-mounted V-8 engines sourced from Mercedes-Benz. All were constructed around a tubular steel spaceframe clad in bonded fiberglass, and each retained the car’s signature gullwing doors, an enduring hallmark of Isdera’s design language. The Imperator’s engineering was as sophisticated as its styling. The suspension employed front double wishbones and rear upper and lower transverse links, while coil springs and disc brakes were featured on all four corners. The car’s performance was formidable for its era, with Isdera claiming a top speed of 175 mph and a 0–60 mph time of 5.1 seconds. The example on offer is a later Series 2 Imperator 108i, immediately recognizable by its pop-up headlamps and dramatic swept twin-exit exhaust on the passenger side. Discerning enthusiasts will further note its softened body lines, enlarged front grille, sculpted wheel-arch vents, and offset NACA duct integrated into the hood. Together, these refinements create a car that blends the audacious spirit of a prototype with the sophistication of production engineering. Accompanied by fascinating documentation including copies of its original order form and correspondence, this factory left-hand-drive example was sold new to Japan and is dressed in the quintessential German sports car livery of silver over black leather. Beneath its rear hatch lurks a potent Mercedes-Benz M119 32-valve fuel-injected V-8 engine, paired with a five-speed ZF manual gearbox, delivering approximately 300 horsepower. In 2016, the car was registered in the United Kingdom before passing into German ownership, during which time it underwent a partial restoration by MePoPres F. Ulbricht GmbH. By 2021, it had joined another notable European collection, with invoices on file confirming inspection and servicing of the cooling system, climate control, and brakes. Shortly before the consignor’s acquisition, the car received an inspection and service from the renowned performance specialists at Canepa in Scotts Valley, California. With less than 1,400 miles on the odometer at the time of cataloguing, this Imperator 108i Series 2 remains an exceptional example of Isdera’s visionary craftsmanship. Its striking design, Mercedes-derived V-8 power, and extreme rarity render it not merely a car but a collector’s trophy—a rare jewel whose presence commands admiration and respect in equal measure, and one certain to captivate any automotive event. 1991 Isdera Imperator 108i Series 2 RM Sotheby's If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. This particular 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL boasts a remarkable history, having been meticulously cared for by only two previous owners throughout its life. Such limited ownership speaks volumes about the car's desirability and the dedication of its caretakers to preserve its pristine condition. Upon inspection, it becomes immediately apparent that this 560SL has been cherished and maintained to the highest standards. The exterior gleams with its original red paint, showcasing the timeless design that has aged gracefully over the years. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a luxurious interior that exudes elegance, while every detail of the Palomino Leather reflects Mercedes-Benz's commitment to quality and comfort. One of the car's previous owners holds a significant position in the wine industry, being involved with the renowned Michael David Winery in Lodi, California. This connection adds a unique touch to the car's story, linking it to a world of sophistication and fine craftsmanship that extends beyond the automotive realm. The Mercedes-Benz 560SL, produced from 1986 to 1989, holds a special place in automotive history as a luxurious and iconic grand tourer. The 560SL was part of the R107 series, which was introduced in 1971 as a replacement for the W113 "Pagoda" SL. The R107 SL models were known for their elegant design, advanced technology, and solid build quality. By the time the 560SL debuted in 1986, it represented the pinnacle of the R107 lineup. It was powered by a robust V8 engine and offered a blend of luxury, performance, and timeless style that appealed to discerning buyers. The 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL was equipped with a 5.6-liter V8 engine, hence the "560" designation. This engine was part of Mercedes-Benz's M117 series of engines, known for their smooth power delivery and reliability. The V8 engine provided ample power for comfortable cruising and spirited driving, making the 560SL a capable grand tourer ideal for long journeys. The 1989 560SL featured a robust chassis designed for stability and comfort. It utilized a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, common among luxury sports cars of its era. Suspension-wise, the 560SL wore an independent front suspension with double wishbones and coil springs, offering a balance between handling and ride comfort. At the rear, a semi-trailing arm setup with coil springs further contributed to the car's smooth and composed ride quality. Today, the 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL is highly regarded by enthusiasts and collectors for its timeless design, solid construction, and driving experience. Well-maintained examples, especially those with low mileage and documented history, command attention in the classic car market and continue to be sought after by those who appreciate Mercedes-Benz's heritage of luxury and performance. In conclusion, the 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL remains a symbol of automotive excellence and timeless luxury. Inside, the cabin has a black leather Recaro interior, providing excellent support while retaining a genuine motorsport look and feel. The interior is in lovely condition. Externally, the car sits beautifully and really stands out thanks to the iconic Cibie rally lights mounted to the front, giving it a true rally-inspired presence. The paintwork is in good condition and the car attracts attention wherever it goes. The history field is made up of current v5, previous invoices and more. This car was very much built to encapsulate the finer details of the best 911s whilst still incorporating a modern twist. Optioned in Attack Grey, Singer’s version of Porsche’s famed ‘Slate Grey’ which was first introduced on the 356 as early as 1960 and has very much seen a resurgence in popularity more recently. Deviating from the norm, the exterior sees chrome bumperettes and trim contrasting the black livery and script and upfront and the bonnet features the important central fuel filler cap. The wheels echo the finish of the black and chrome in a matte finish. This example is fitter with the later, revised 4.0 litre powerplant producing 400 hp. Thanks to extensive use of carbon fibre for the majority of the body, the Singer weighs nearly 200kg less than a donor 964 Carrera 2, tipping the scales at just 1100kg all in. 4.0-litre Ceramic intake plenum KW suspension Brembo Big Brakes with black calipers and white script Inside this car benefits from Singer’s black perforated leather seats with chrome grommets. Additionally, the perforated black leather is used for the dashboard inserts with the five-wide dial layout all as per the 2.7 RS, finished in black. The black leather roll bar sits behind the 8-way electric folding front seats, the black leather extending to the transmission tunnel and sills, with the back of the seats and centre console inserts finished in Piano Black. Additional options include the upgraded stereo with subwoofer and iPod connectivity. This fantastic Singer presents with just 3,950 miles since it’s reimagination having been used sparingly since completion in August 2017. Produced in Lancashire under the ownership and guidance of the gifted self-taught engineer turned racer, Derek Bennett, Chevron Racing Cars remains one of the most remarkable success stories in international motorsport. From modest beginnings and without ever producing a road car, Chevron built machines of uncompromising purpose that consistently challenged and defeated far larger manufacturers. It was a classic 'David and Goliath' story played out on circuits across Europe and beyond, driven by ingenuity, efficiency and an almost obsessive focus on performance. Chevron’s first car, the B1 of 1965, set the template. The letter B standing for Bennett would go on to prefix more than 47 models produced before his untimely death in 1978. By the late 1960s Chevron was at the height of its powers and in 1969 unveiled what would become its final closed cockpit sports racing car, the sublime B16. Introduced at the Nürburgring 500 kilometres, the B16 was immediately recognised as something special. It combined breathtaking aesthetics with genuine aerodynamic efficiency and formidable on-track performance. Visually the B16 represented a clear evolution from the earlier B8, with a far more flowing and cohesive shape. The fibreglass body was originally conceived by Derek Bennett himself and later refined by Jim Clark of Specialised Mouldings, who would go on to manufacture bodies for Chevron. The result was a coupé of exceptional balance and presence, widely regarded today as one of the most beautiful sports racing cars of its era. While most B16s were built as closed cars, a single spyder was later constructed in pursuit of lower weight and increased start money in American racing, providing the conceptual bridge to the later B19. Beneath the bodywork sat an advanced space-frame chassis reinforced with steel and aluminium panels to form a semi-monocoque centre section. Tubular subframes at the front and rear carried the suspension and mid-mounted drivetrain. Power was typically supplied by Cosworth four-cylinder engines, most commonly the FVA and FVC units, though a handful of cars ran alternative powerplants. With a Cosworth FVC of 1,792cc installed, the B16 proved devastatingly effective. On its debut at the Nürburgring in 1969, driven by Brian Redman, it took outright victory, immediately confirming Chevron’s engineering brilliance and competitive intent. The car offered here, chassis B16 DBE 27, is one of the most storied examples of the model. Built in 1970, it was delivered new to Chevron’s Swiss agent and leading racing driver, Jo Siffert. It's believed that during this period the car was rented to Steve McQueen’s production company for the filming of the movie Le Mans, at which time it was finished in red. The car was subsequently sold to another highly talented Swiss driver, Arthur Blank, who enjoyed immediate success, winning on its debut and quickly establishing the car as a formidable competitor. During its early career the car suffered an accident and was later rebuilt, being converted into B19 spyder form for the 1971 season, reflecting the widespread shift away from closed cockpit sports cars at the time. In this guise it was campaigned by Arthur Blank and entered for major events including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, although it did not ultimately take the start. The car continued to race through 1972 in Interseries events, hill-climbs and endurance races, including appearances at Hockenheim and Interlagos, before evolving further into a later Chevron specification - the B21 built in 1973. Identified as Chevron Spartan P271 chassis number one, the car was raced during the 1973 season, before sustaining front end damage. Blank sold the car to Gerhard Kobler who repaired the front section and raced the car at various events through 1974 and 1975 – using a combination of 1,300cc, 1,600cc, 2,000cc and even turbocharging. The car crashed in 1975 and Kobler kept it until being sold to a Swiss collector who rebuilt it, fitting a Cosworth BDA engine and gained FIA HTP papers in 1991, which remain in the history file. In 2009, noted Chevron specialist and enthusiast Vin Malkie undertook a comprehensive restoration, returning the car to correct B16 specification using a replacement Chevron chassis and period correct bodywork finished in Arthur Blank’s 1970 colours, FIA HTP papers were issued which remain on file. Importantly, the original B21 chassis used during the car’s evolution is included in the sale and will be available for collection by the successful purchaser. It should be noted that another Chevron displays chassis number #27 and was reportedly constructed in 2012, however, The B16 offered at our Race Retro auction retains its own distinct and well documented identity supported by an extensive history file. Purchased by our vendor, an experienced and respected historic racer, in 2013, the car has been actively enjoyed and carefully maintained. It is powered by a Ford Cosworth FVC engine built by the renowned specialist Geoff Richardson and has recently benefited from an engine refresh and full season check over by MDV Specialist Engineering. Sabelt harnesses are fitted and valid until 2030 and the plumbed fire extinguisher system is in date. Offered with current FIA HTP papers and recent expenditure, the Chevron is fully prepared and ready for the 2026 season. With its exceptional provenance, striking presentation and unquestionable competition pedigree, this Chevron B16 represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most iconic British sports racing cars of the golden era, a machine that perfectly encapsulates Derek Bennett’s uncompromising vision and Chevron’s enduring legacy. 1970 Chevron Cosworth B16 Sports Racer FIA HTP Iconic Auctioneers Ltd If you are interested in the content of this listing, please contact the Dealer. • 1974-lamborghini-urraco-250s

A 'small' Lamborghini intended to compete with rivals such as Ferrari's Dino 308 and Porsche's 911 in an important market sector, the Paolo Stanzani designed Urraco was announced in 1970, with deliveries commencing in 1972. Its Miura predecessor had been named after a breed of fighting bull so the name Urraco (young bull) was an understandable appellation for its junior sibling. The Miura's basic mechanical layout was adopted for the Urraco but in place of the former's transversely mounted 4.0-litre V12 there was a 2.5-litre V8, Lamborghini's first such engine. The latter was unusual at the time in employing toothed rubber belts to drive its single overhead camshafts, but despite its simpler specification produced a highly respectable 220bhp at 7,500rpm. Styled by Marcello Gandini at Carrozzeria Bertone, the unitary construction Urraco employed McPherson strut suspension all round and despite a wheelbase 9cm shorter than the Miura's was roomy enough to accommodate a 2+2 cockpit. Brisk acceleration and a top speed of 143mph (230km/h) were complemented by remarkable roadholding and a comfortable ride. The more expensive P250S version featured a full leather interior, power windows, air conditioning, and larger Weber 40DCNF carburettors. According to factory records, this car was completed on 02/05/1974, finished in Giallo (2469019) with a Nero (black) interior, in right-hand drive, fitted with factory air conditioning and delivered new to the UK. The early history of this car is not known although it is understood to have arrived in Australia early in its life. A long-term owner in Sydney, John Calamos, felt that the Urraco looked less exciting than his wife's Lotus Esprit and keen to enhance the car’s appearance, he commissioned Lamborghini specialist, Henry Nehrybecki, to give the car a more aggressive look, similar to a Lamborghini Silhouette. The template for the wheel arches was taken from a Silhouette and made from sheet metal with the work completed by Graham Watson from Ralt Australia. Nehrybecki fabricated the front spoiler, custom alloy grille, front and rear bumpers, the three-piece wheels and modified the front suspension. It was repainted in Midnight Blue metallic by Con Papoulis from Hi Tech Paintshop and after 9 months in 1997 the car’s refresh was complete. The car, and the thinking behind it, were featured in an article in Lamborghini Australia's house magazine, The Bull's Roar in June 1988 and a copy is in the car's history file. The history file itself is very impressive in terms of presentation and content and appears fairly comprehensive from about 1997. Since then, the car appears to have had three long-term owners up until it was sold to its current owner on 10/06/2025 and there are lots of well detailed invoices for all three displayed in the file. Acquired by its previous owner in July 2017 @ 81,982 miles, there are invoices from Sports and Classic Car Services of Braeside, Victoria over the next few years totalling $37,253 Aus including a new clutch, gearbox rebuild, suspension rebuild, head gaskets and other sundry works. The Urraco was purchased on 10/06/2025 by its new UK-based owner (Bill of Sale in the file) and the sale was handled by the well regarded team at Hamilton-based, OLDTIMER AUSTRALIA. Prior to being despatched, OLDTIMER commissioned Red Ant Kustoms to ensure the car was totally ready for its trip to the UK and the associated account ($10,998) is also in the file. The notice and take down procedure is described here: https://www.speedholics.com/copyright A 'small' Lamborghini intended to compete with rivals such as Ferrari's Dino 308 and Porsche's 911 in an important market sector, the Paolo Stanzani designed Urraco was announced in 1970, with deliveries commencing in 1972. The work included; engine and gearbox out, cylinder heads machined, cam belt, front strut mounts, oil leaks and misfire addressed, air-con re-gassed etc. The mileage noted on the invoice was 84,013 and the indicated mileage when we photographed the car was 84,017. The CARFAX report documents long-term U.S. ownership across California, Missouri, Florida, and Colorado, with no accidents or structural damage reported. As offered today, this Slant Nose Turbo represents one of the most recognizable and era-defining 911 variants. The Porsche 911 T 2.4 from model year 1972 is part of a special transitional series within the classic F-model range — recognizable by the distinctive external oil filler flap on the right rear fender. This feature was only fitted in the 1972 model year, making this car a highly sought-after rarity among collectors. Technically, the 911 T was powered by the long-stroke 2.4-liter engine with 130 hp, offering strong performance for its time and still providing a dynamic, purist driving experience today. This particular vehicle impresses with its especially attractive Platinum Metallic color paired with black leather upholstery. According to the Porsche delivery confirmation, the car was originally delivered to Culver City, California in 1972 and imported to Germany in 2004. The vehicle history is fully documented, including all relevant service and maintenance work. Over the years, engine and gearbox have been professionally overhauled, along with other technical work carried out to preserve and optimize the car. The mileage is fully traceable.
