In 1986 Enzo Ferrari thought Ferrari contemporary cars were too bourgeoisified. So to celebrate Ferrari's 40th anniversary asked the Engineer Nicola Materazzi to design a car "very fast, sporting in the extreme and spartan". It was almost a "one man project" since Materazzi coordinated the whole engineering, designed the engine, the gearbox, and many other mechanical parts. And he made the miracle we all know.
A 1991 one will be at auction at RM Sothebys' in August 2019. Guess the price !
